Abstract

Abstract: The specified formulation of History Basic Competence in school curriculum contains competence, concept and material space that has to be developed. Using interdisciplinary approach, Diffusion theory from Anthropology is useful for developing basic competence material of traditional state life. Enlarging of Majapahit and Gowa power area has been diffused cultural traits from Java and South Sulawesi into political building and Sumbawa Kingdom culture. The model of concentric area structure has been diffused from Kingdom of Majapahit (then Mataram) and has been adopted into city structure and area of Sumbawa Kingdom. The government system based on Hadt Syara’ and model of palace model has been diffused from Kingdom of Gowa to Kingdom of Sumbawa. Theory of cultural diffusion enrich material perspective about relations among traditional states.

Abstract

The meaning of social harmony in the Dalam Loka Palace is reflected in the layout and architecture of  multi-ethnic city. The learning model research methods include problem analysis, formulating a draft model, expert validation, model revision stage 1, limited trial of the initial model, model revision stage 2, extensive trial, final revision, and model preparation. Through validation and testing, a suitable model has been produced to foster the harmony of multiethnic life. The uniqueness of the model is the partnership of the regent as regional leader and the sultan as the holder of the Samawa tradition and culture according to the regional motto of Sabalong Samalewa. With the uniqueness of the model, it is hoped that it can eliminate the potential for conflict through the implementation of policies on internal and external factors of the model in development in the area concerned, which touches various aspects of multi-ethnic life. Makna kerukunan sosial di Keraton Dalam Loka tercermin dalam tata ruang dan arsitektur kota multietnis. Metode penelitian model pembelajaran meliputi analisis masalah, merumuskan rancangan model, validasi ahli, revisi model tahap 1, uji coba terbatas model awal, revisi model tahap 2, uji coba ekstensif, revisi akhir, dan penyusunan model. Melalui validasi dan pengujian, dihasilkan model yang cocok untuk membina kerukunan hidup multietnis. Keunikan model tersebut adalah kemitraan bupati sebagai pemimpin daerah dan sultan sebagai pemegang tradisi dan budaya Samawa sesuai semboyan daerah Sabalong Samalewa. Dengan keunikan model tersebut, diharapkan dapat menghilangkan potensi konflik, melalui penerapan kebijakan faktor internal dan eksternal model dalam pembangunan di daerah yang menyentuh berbagai aspek kehidupan multi etnis

Abstract

In this democratic era, the ethnic advancement of a nation or region in Indonesia is like a double-edged knife, it can be both rich and prone to conflict. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a tolerant attitude in togetherness, through excavation of sources of tolerance as a reference. This research uses the historical method including the stages of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Heuristics and criticism were carried out on historical sources obtained in Makassar, Mataram and Sumbawa Besar. It turned out that the leading factor in the Sultan as a role model, as well as accepting and granting land for settlement to each ethnic migrant, including making the church as a means of worship. The Sultan's example also represented a tolerant attitude that was always open to accepting and living in harmony with ethnic migrants. The history of the Sumbawa Sultanate, found the values of character education as local wisdom which is very valuable to foster tolerance and togetherness. The values of character education are none other than universal values in Pancasila. The present generation learns history and learns from the history of previous generations. Character education remains a priority in the field of education development in Indonesia.Di era demokrasi ini, kemajukan etnis suatu bangsa atau daerah di Indonesia bagaikan pisau bermata dua, bisa menjadi kekayaan sekaligus rentan konflik. Untuk itu perlu terus dibina sikap toleran dalam kebersamaan, melalui penggalian sumber-sumber toleransi sebagai rujukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah meliputi tahap-tahap heuristik, kritik,  interpretasi, dan historiografi. Heuristik dan kritik dilakukan pada sumber-sumber sejarah yang diperoleh di Makasar, Mataram dan Sumbawa Besar. Ternyata faktor kepemimpinan pada diri Sultan sebagai teladan, sebagaimana menerima dan menghibahkan tanah untuk pemukiman kepada setiap etnis pendatang,  termasuk membuat gereja sebagai sarana beribadah. Keteladanan sultan juga merepesentasikan sikap toleran yang senantiasa terbuka menerima dan hidup harmonis dengan etnis pendatang contoh. Dari sejarah Kesultanan Sumbawa, ditemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter sebagai kearifan lokal yang sangat berharga untuk memupuk toleransi dan kebersamaan. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter itu tidak lain dari nilai-nilai unversal dalam Pancasila. Generasi sekarang belajar sejarah dan belajar dari sejarah generasi terdahulu. Pendidikan karakter tetap menjadi prioritas pembangunan bidang pendidikan di Indonesia. <w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="67" Name="Medium Grid 1 Accent 3"/

Abstract

Textbooks are media that play an important role in learning activities in the classroom. In this research, the textbook that used the object of research was the Indonesian History Textbook for SMA Class XII, especially the military narrative on the material of the struggle to national disintegration. However, there are narratives that have words or sentences that can show understanding of multiple interpretations. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the discourse in the textbook on military narratives so that they can be understood and avoid negative perspectives. So the method uses critical discourse analysis of the Teun A. van Dijk model, which includes three structures are macrostructure, superstructure, and microstructure to see word choice and sentence structure in military narration in textbooks. This research by using a qualitative design with text analysis methods and literature/document studies as data collection methods. The result shows that the military narrative is shown as the central figure who defends the country.

Abstract

Writing this article aims to find out the perceptions or views of X IPS 3 students on the use of Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in Year-End Assessment (PAT) in Indonesian History (Compulsory History) subjects at SMA Negeri 9 Malang. To find out, the researchers used qualitative research methods with data collection instruments, namely questionnaires, in which the Likert scale was used. In addition, interviews were also used as a data collection method. The data obtained are then analyzed. From the results of the analysis, the researcher can find out that the perceptions or views of X IPS 3 students on the application of AKM in PAT Indonesian history subjects at SMA Negeri 9 Malang are not good.Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi atau pandangan siswa X IPS 3 terhadap penggunaan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) dalam Penilaian Akhir Tahun (PAT) pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Indonesia (Sejarah Wajib) di SMA Negeri 9 Malang. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut, maka peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan instrumen pengambilan data yaitu angket, di dalamnya menggunakan skala likert. Selain itu, wawancara juga digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan data. Data – data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis. Dari hasil analisis tersebutlah peneliti dapat mengetahui bahwa persepsi atau pandangan siswa X IPS 3 terhadap penerapan AKM dalam PAT mata pelajaran sejarah Indonesia di SMA Negeri 9 Malang kurang baik.

This paper has been found to be in violation of the Jurnal Integrasi dan Harmoni Inovatif Ilmu-Ilmu Sosial (JIHI3S) publication principles and has been retracted. The article contained redundant material, the editor investigated and found that the paper published in International Journal of Social Sciences and Education, Vol. 3, No. 2 (2022), DOI: https://doi.org/10.26858/ijosse.v3i2.42450.
