Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui hubungan HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills), peer group (kelompok teman dekat), dan classroom management (pengelolaan kelas) pada motivasi diri; serta hubungan motivasi diri dan proses belajar siswa. Proposisi penelitian adalah motivasi diri berkembang melalui faktor internal dan eksternal siswa. Faktor internal dalam studi ini adalah HOTS, sementara faktor eksternal terdiri dari peer group dan manajemen kelas. Selanjutnya, motivasi diri yang berkembang akan memiliki pengaruh positif pada proses belajar siswa. Data penelitian diambil dari siswa kelas 12 jurusan sosial dari sekolah menengah swasta di Jakarta dan diolah mempergunakan program SmartPLS. Penelitian menemukan bahwa proses belajar siswa secara kuat dipengaruhi motivasi diri, serta motivasi diri dipengaruhi HOTS, peer group, dan manajemen kelas. HOTS dan peer group memberikan pengaruh besar dan manajemen kelas memberikan pengaruh kecil.

Abstract

This study intended to identify the influence of Generation Z’s perceptions on political parties and political education by mediating political leadership on the commitment to Pancasila. The study used a Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The population was high school students in Jakarta. The sample was 82 students in XI grade. The results showed the perception of political parties influenced the views of political leadership (0.627). Perceptions of political parties influenced Pancasila’s commitment (0.357). The strongest influence was found to be in political education on the commitment of the Pancasila (0.722). Political education did not influence the views of political leadership (-0.009). The view of political leadership did not influence the commitment of the Pancasila (-0.194). The view of political leadership was not a factor influencing generation Z’s commitment to Pancasila. Generation Z’s commitment to Pancasila was influenced by two factors, namely political parties and political education. Political education was the highest factor influencing generation Z’s commitment to Pancasila.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformational, transactional, authentic dan authoritarian terhadap kinerja guru di sebuah  Madrasah Aliyahdi Tangerang Banten . Responden dari  penelitian ini adalah  guru  sebanyak 100 orang  dan metode pengumpulan data dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner online elektronik ke para guru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  SEM (Structural Equation Model)  program LISREL versi 8.70. Hasil analisis dan pengolahan data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan , transactional dan  authorian pada Madrasah Aliyah di Tangerang menunjukkan berpengaruh secara  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan transformational dan authentic tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the digital transformation that affected people, including university student. The research intention is to know the contribution of digital literacy and digital entrepreneurship to digital economy among university student. The study used PLS-SEM and the data was collected through online questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among university students in Jakarta in which 103 respond and filled it. The result of the research that digital literacy influenced both digital entrepreneurship and digital economy, digital entrepreneurship influenced digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transactional, transformational, authentic and authoritarian leadership styles on the performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Kudus, Central Java. Teacher performance can be improved when there is a match between work and their expertise, as well as teacher placement in their assignments. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of online electronic questionnaires to Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Kudus, Central Java. Data analysis in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) LISREL program version 8.70. The results of the analysis and processing of research data indicate that; Transactional and authoritarian leadership styles in Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Kudus have a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance. While the transformational and authentic leadership style does not significantly influence the performance of teachers in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Kudus, Central Java.
