<![CDATA[Abstract: This paper aims to outline the actualization of the role of village consultative body (BPD) in the village of Sum-Berjo Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar districts and factors - factors that affect the actualization of the role of village consultative body (BPD). The results showed that the ime-alisasi role in the village Sumberjo BPD is BPD duties and powers which set village regulations along the village chief, the community and share their aspirations with good.This is evidenced by the ability and realize the aspirations of the BPD in Ben-tuk Regulation The village is 6 (six) and 7 decree BPD. The factors - factors that affect the actualization of the role of BPD is a supporting factor is the quality of human resources BPD, community participation and then the inhibiting factors that the relationship with the villageKeywords: village consultative bodies, human resources, government villageAbstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan menguraikan aktualisasi peran badan permusyawaratan desa (BPD) di desa Sumberjo kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi aktualisasi peran badan permusyawaratan desa (BPD). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi peran BPD di Desa Sumberjo adalah melaksanakan tugas dan wewenang BPD yaitu menetapkan Peraturan Desa bersama Kepala Desa, menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat dengan baik.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan BPD menyalurkan aspirasi dan merealisasikan dalam bentuk Peraturan Desa ada 6 (enam) dan 7 Surat keputusan BPD.Adapun faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam aktualisasi peran BPD adalah faktor pendukung yaitu kualitas Sumber daya manusia BPD,partisipasi dan masyarakat kemudian faktor penghambat yaitu hubungan dengan pemerintah desa.Kata kunci: badan permusyarawatan desa, sumber daya manusia, pemerintah desa]]>
