Background of study: workng stress is part of nursing activities. This was caused by many things, and one of them is high working time. It makes the differences to the working performance. One way to overcome this matter is providing music therapy.Aim of the research: to observe the effectiveness of music therapy to the reduction of working strees in Emergency department RSUD Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga.Method: this research applied pre experimental design through one group pretest-post test method. Total sampling was used as a sampling technique consisted of 23 people. For analyzing the data, the researcher run paired simple t test. Research result: there was significant difference to the nursing before and after getting classic musical, with the mean before getting treatment was 33 and SD= 6.749 and with the mean 28.35 and SD= 6.642 after getting treatment. With p value = 0.000 and Î±= 0.05Conclusion: music therapy was effective method to reduce working stress in emergency department RSUD Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata with size effect= 5.594.Keywords: classic music therapy, working stress, nurse.

Theft is a crime that can harm others. One of them is the crime of theft with violence and weighting. The theft with violence and weighting is theft carried out accompanied by violence against the victim and taking the victim's belongings (Jabar, Bjorkman, & Matzopoulos, 2019). Usually this theft is carried out by two or more people. Violent theft is usually carried out through robbery, robbery, mugging, robbery and piracy. Meanwhile, if accompanied by ballast, the perpetrators also take a motorcycle that is in a place that is the target of the theft took place. Then all communities should be able to work together with the police to eradicate criminal acts of theft within the community. So that these crimes can be prevented and reduced (Naanen, 2019). This study aims to determine the factors that cause the emergence of violent theft with violence in the Demak Police jurisdiction and the coping process carried out by the Demak Police in overcoming theft crimes with violence in the Demak region.

Latar Belakang : Stres kerja merupakan bagian kehidupan perawat dalam bekerja. Stres kerja yang terjadi pada perawat dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa hal salah satunya yaitu beban kerja yang tinggi. Stres kerja pada perawat dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerjanya, oleh karena itu stres kerja harus diatasi. Salah satu cara untuk menurunkan stres kerja pada perawat adalah dengan terapi musik. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi musik terhadap penurunan stres kerja perawat IGD di RSUD Dr. R. Goetheng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga tahun 2013. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pre experimental design dengan metode one group pretest - post test. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 23 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired simple t test. Hasil : Terdapat perbedaan antara stres kerja perawat sebelum dan setelah dilakukan terapi musik klasik, dengan nilai rata-rata sebelum dilakukan terapi musik klasik sebesar 2,52 dan SD= 0,511 dan nilai rata-rata setelah dilakukan terapi musik klasik sebesar 2,17 dan SD = 0,388. Dengan nilai p = 0,002 pada signifikan α = 0,05. Kesimpulan : Terapi musik klasik efektif dalam menurnkan stres kerja pada perawat di ruang IGD RSUD Dr. R. Goetheng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga dengan effect size= 2,01. Kata Kunci: terapi musik klasik, stres kerja, perawat.

The purposes of this assistance were to increase the capacity of the waste community in managing domestic waste, including communication, coordination and initial assessment of domestic waste management with stakeholders, preparation of a sustainable waste management plan, implementation of provision waste management facilities in the community, the integration of community waste management with stakeholders, implementation of management (sorting and processing of waste). The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of the assistance carried out were a change in the pattern of waste management in Mpokdamira, which initially used organic waste as liquid organic fertilizer, and it became solid organic fertilizer with better quality, the existence of waste management activities at the Al Rosyid Islamic Boarding School by maximizing the role of TPD and TPS, able to operate machines with better fuel quality, the emergence of impacts due to changes in clean and healthy living behavior on the environment of each program, as well as increasing the capacity of the waste community in managing domestic waste.
