Abstract

Beberapa daun seperti daun jambu  biji, sirsak, alpukat, dan kelor memiliki komponen kimia penting dalam mengatasi penyakit degeneratif. Kandungan ini seperti flavonoid dan polifenol yang bersifat sebagai antioksidan. Konsumsi bahan yang kaya antioksidan dapat menurunkan kadar Malondialdehyde dan Superoxide Dismutase dalam darah, salah satunya dengan konsumsi teh. Akhir-akhir ini telah banyak penelitian mengenai aktivitas antioksidan teh terhadap kadar Malondialdehyde dan Superoxide Dismutase. Namun, terdapat kekurangan informasi mengenai efek aktivitas antioksidan teh dari berbagai daun. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari tinjauan ini adalah untuk meringkas dan mengumpulkan sudut pandang aktivitas antioksidan teh terhadap kadar Malondialdehyde  dan Superoxide Dismutase dari daun jambu biji dan beberapa macam jenis daun. Karakteristik tiap jenis daun memiliki persamaan komponen kimia dan perbedaan pada kadar tiap komponen tersebut. Komoditas daun jambu biji, teh (hijau, oolong, hitam), daun alpukat, daun sirsak, dan daun kelor memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang berbeda, diantara yang lainnya daun jambu biji memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang cukup tinggi. Tingginya aktivitas antioksidan dari olahan daun dapat menurunkan kadar Malondialdehyde dalam darah. Sesuai dengan hal tersebut ringkasan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk menjelaskan tinjauan komprehensif tentang aktivitas antioksidan teh terhadap kadar Malondialdehyde dan Superoxide Dismutase dari bahan yang kurang dimanfaatkan dan aman untuk dikonsumsi.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in this day and age has made some of the activities of human life shifted. Society is required to follow the development of existing technology so that it affects various kinds of activities in our lives. One of them is the ease with which information can be spread in various directions. This affects the level of business competition in the F&B world. Therefore, to maintain its existence, McD conducts marketing activities. In this study, we examine how digital marketing influences purchasing decisions at Mcd Rungkut Surabaya. The research method we use is a qualitative descriptive approach. The focus of this research is to find out how to make urchasing decisions through price analysis, brand image, and digital marketing. Abstract

Seafood is one of the foods favored by the community and has waste that is not used properly, such as shells. The component contained in the highest shell is chitin, this chitin content can be processed into chitosan. Chitosan is obtained from a process, namely enzymatic and chemical hydrolysis and this process can also be used to obtain chitooligosaccharides. Chitooligosaccharides are complex compounds of the glycoprotein group which have -1,4 glucosamine bonds. Chitooligosaccharides can act as prebiotics. Recently, there has been a lot of research on the characteristics and prebiotic activity of chitooligosaccharides. However, there is a lack of information regarding the relationship between the characteristics and prebiotic activity of chitooligosaccharides mainly from different sources of chitooligosaccharides. Therefore, the aim of this review is to summarize and collect viewpoints regarding the relationship of characteristics with prebiotic activity. The characteristics of chitosan of each type of shell have differences, the main parameter is the degree of deacetylation. The high degree of deacetylation and yield can affect the yield on the characteristics of the chitooligosaccharides produced. Thus, the higher the degree of deacetylation of chitosan, the higher the degree of deacetylation of chitooligosaccharides, so that it can show high prebiotic activity because probiotic bacteria can grow well. Accordingly, this summary can contribute to explaining a comprehensive review of the characteristics of chitooligosaccharides on the prebiotic activity of underutilized and safe materials for consumption.

Abstract

Candied food is one of the foods favored by the community so that many fruits are often processed into sweets. Making sweets is usually by using fresh fruits. Ngingas Hamlet is an area whose livelihood is cultivated. There are gardens that are planted with crystal guava fruit, which every time there are harvested cashew nuts. These problems have become challenges as well as opportunities for training related to the use of cashew fruit in Ngingas Hamlet, Prambon District, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of PKK mothers so that the rejected crop yields can be utilized and have selling value. The implementation was carried out with several activities, namely location surveys, training, and monitoring. The implementation method used is the procurement of materials, sweets, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation achieved are the increasing ability of PKK Ngingas hamlets to process crystal rejects into candied products. The creation of new innovative products for refined crystal guava candies is worth selling.
