Abstract

Trans Mebidang is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system in North Sumatra Province which operates in Medan City, Binjai City, and Deli Serdang Regency. According to the Research and Development Center for Land and Railways at the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 the traffic density level in Medan City reached a V / C ratio of 0.769, this has an impact on inconvenience and increases travel time for road users. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the governor's regulations and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Trans Mebidang Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) policy in breaking down congestion in Medan City. In this study, researchers used descriptive methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this research is analysis using transcripts of the results of interviews, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation.The results of the study, researchers found a phenomenon in the field that the implementation of policies in the Regulation of the Governor of North Sumatra Number 31 of 2014 concerning Road-Based Mass Public Transportation Services in the Urban Areas of Medan, Binjai and Deli Serdang. Based on the research focus set in accordance with Edward III's theory, the researcher can conclude that the supporting and inhibiting factors are influenced by aspects of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, this can be seen in the summary of the research results that have been presented by the researcher in writing this thesis.

Abstract

Kapur pertanian (KAPTAN) merupakan hasil produk dari unit ZA2 PT. Petrokimia Gresik. KAPTAN sendiri memiliki kandungan kadar air dan kadar ammonia yang menentukan kualitas dari KAPTAN itu sendiri. Kelemahan dari sistem saat ini yaituterlalu lama untuk menganalisa KAPTAN tersebut. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, dibuatlah alat yang dapat menentukan kualitas KAPTAN berbasis fuzzy logic pada mikrokontroler STM32F4Teknologi ini menggabungkan dua jenis sensor yaitu sensor kadar amonia (TGS2602) dan sensor kadar air (Soil Moisture Sensor) untuk menentukan kualitas KAPTAN. Pengambilan keputusan pada alat ini menggunakan logika fuzzy sugeno orde nol. Selain itu alat ini juga didesain untuk dapat berkomunikasi secara serial dengan PC dan LCD untuk monitoring kualitas KAPTAN.Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat yang telah dibuat dapat mendeteksi kualitas KAPTAN . Dalam pengujian sampel KAPTAN yang berbeda, Alat dapat mendeteksi kualitas KAPTAN dengan baik pada suhu ruangan yang berbeda dan memudahkan pihak produksi dalam mengetahui kualitas KAPTAN dengan cepat.

Abstract

Solar energy is very easy to get in Indonesia because it is located in the tropics and equatorial regions. With the abundance of solar energy, the PLTS system is very suitable for use in Indonesia. Apart from these advantages, the microgrid system with a PV mini-grid still has drawbacks, namely intermittent sun exposure, so the reliability of the PV mini-grid system is affected by time, climate, and weather. Therefore, the PLTS system requires electrical energy storage technology in the form of batteries. In addition to the use of batteries, the use of battery electric vehicles (BEV) can also be used as an alternative to help supply power to the microgrid system. Its application uses the Vehicle to Grid (V2G) and Grid to Vehicle (G2V) methods. In this study, the design of the V2G and G2V systems was made with the Smart Switching method as an alternative power source to the microgrid system. The Smart Switching method is used to consider the condition of the battery to prevent overheating, overcharging, and deep discharging. It is equipped with a battery condition monitoring system that can be monitored on the LCD screen. The results of this study showed that the design of the V2G and G2V switching systems can run according to the plan. The system can provide power to the microgrid busbar. The system can automatically cut off when the maximum temperature, the upper and lower limits of the battery voltage, and the monitoring system can provide information in the form of battery conditions, temperature values, voltages, and currents. Thus, the V2G and G2V systems with the Smart Switching method can already be applied as an alternative power source to the microgrid system.

Abstract

AbstrakPantai Losari merupakan sebuah kawasan wisata yang menjadi favorit warga Makassar untuk menghabiskan waktubersama, apalagi di waktu sore maupun akhir pecan. Tidak ada bentangan hamparan pasir di sini, yang ada hanyalah beragam fasilitas serta ornamen-ornamen yang ikonik dan biasanya dijadikan lokasi untuk berfoto. Mitigasi Bencana tsunami adalah serangkaian upaya untuk mengurangi risiko bencana tsunami, baik melalui pembangunan fisik maupun penyadaran dan peningkatan kemampuan menghadapi ancaman bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat informasi tentang Evaluasi Mitigasi Bencana Tsunami di Pesisir Pantai Losari di Kota Makassar, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Wilayah penelitian didasarkan dari peta topografi dan peta kepadatan penduduk maka didapatkan kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan identifikasi, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Upaya mitigasi dapat berupa pemetaan kawasan rawan tsunami, pembuatan green belt di kawasan pantai, penataan tata ruang, dan sistem peringatan dini bencana tsunami.Kata Kunci: Mitigasi Bencana, Pantai Losari, Desa Maloku, Tsunami, Evakuasi, SENSISTEK
