Abstract

Abstrak: Social relations are the core of the realization of social life because without social relations, individuals will not be able to run their lives well. This study aims to describe the social relations of students before and after being given Teachers 'Values through group guidance, to determine differences in social relations before and after being treated with Teachers' Point Values through group guidance and to determine the influence of Teachers Point Values through group guidance to improve student social relations. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental method, the research design used is the Pre-Experimental approach with one group pre-test and the post test subject in this study were 7 students taken by purposive sampling technique with the results of the questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) the social relations of students before being given Teachers 'Point Values through group guidance were mostly in the low category and after being given Teachers' Point Values through group guidance most of them were in the high and medium categories. (2) There are significant differences in the level of student social relations before and after being given Teacher's Value through group guidance. (3) There is a significant effect of students 'social relations before and after being given Teachers' Point Values through group guidance. Key Words: Tunjuk Ajar, Social Relations, Group Guidance

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this researchs to develop a single parent street children's education module in the MALL SKA Pekanbaru red light area in terms of clarity of material, systematic material, image support, matching time in the delivery of material, and completeness of the material. In this study using the lowest type of research and development which conducts research but is not followed by field testing. After many revisions and suggestions by supervisors I and II, the education module was validated by validators from two Guidance and Counseling Lecturers at Riau University and two Guidance and Counseling teachers. From the values and suggestions that have been given by the validator, the results of calculations for the clarity of the material are obtained values that fall into the clear category with a score of 3.75, for systematic aspects of the material to get a value including the systematic category with a score of 3.75, for the aspect of image support obtain a value that is categorized as very good with a score of 4, 25, for the aspect of time suitability in the delivery of material to get a value that includes a category that matches a score of 3, 75, and aspects of the completeness of the material get a value that includes a complete category with a score of 4.0. Whereas for all aspects of material assessment, the material compiled has fulfilled the expected criteria by obtaining a score of 3.90 which is included in the good category so that it is appropriate to use. The validator also provides suggestions to add verbatim to the module, add the source to the image, remove enough words with the word single parent, add goals and evaluate to the module.Keywords: Module, Education, Single Parent

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of assertive training therapy on students' social interactions in communicating at Pekanbaru Hasanah Vocational School. This type of research is a quantitative study with an experimental method using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of measurement of social interaction of students in communication consisting of 53 items before the validity, and after the validity obtained 29 valid items with validity of 0.396 and reliability of 0.812 The subjects of this study were 7 students of Pekanbaru Hasanah Vocational School who were identified as having low levels of social interaction in communication. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric statistical techniques using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study proved that the research hypothesis was accepted. To that end, it can be concluded that there are differences in scores of students' social interactions in communicating before and after being given treatment in the form of assertive training. From the results of Rank Spearman test obtained r = 0.778 while the correlation coefficient r2 is 0.605. Thus there is the effect of assertive training therapy on social interaction of students in communication by 60,5% in Pekanbaru Hasanah Vocational School.Key Words: assertive training, student social interaction in communication

Abstract

Abstract : This study determines to develop a therapy module of Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Insyirah Verses 1-8 to reduce the students' stress levels. The type of this study is Research and Development (R&D) level 1 as the lowest level of development by conducting research but not continuing with field testing. In developing a better module, this research carried out a validation test for two areas of expertise, which are material experts and interpreters. The data collection techniques in this study used interviews and validation questionnaires. The result of this research is that the compiled module of Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Insyirah Verse 1-8 therapy to reduce the stress level of students divided into five guidance activities with a total reading duration of ± 40 minutes. The result of the module validation test as a whole based on the material and interpretation aspects shows that the assessment obtained an average value of 84.4% declared "Eligible" to be tested as a learning media.Key Words: Module, Therapy of the Qur'an Surah Al-Insyirah, Reducing Stress Levels

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the differences in learn helplessness of students before and after the application of reframing techniques through group guidance and knowing the effect of reframing techniques to reduce the helplessness of students' learning through group guidance. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 29 Pekanbaru on 7 subjects with purposive sampling technique. The design of this study was pre-experiment with the one group pre-test post-test model. The data collection instrument conducted is a scale of measurement of learned helplessness. The results showed that there were differences in learn helplessness of students before and after the reframing technique was given with a significance value of 0.018 <0.05. In addition, based on the Spearman rank test it is known that there is a significant influence between reframing techniques to reduce learned helplessness with a significance value of 0.033 <0.05. The effect of reframing technique to reduce learned helplessness is 62.8% while 37.2% is influenced by other factors that come from within and from the student's environment. From the results obtained, it is recommended that educational institutions should continue to carry out activities that are able to reduce students' learned helplessness in the teaching and learning process to encourage more positive cognitive, motivational and emotional improvement.Key Words: Reframing, Learned Helplessness Techniques, Group Guidance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to understand and clearly describe the description and social interactions of street children at the SKA Pekanbaru traffic lights. The research subjects were three street children at the SKA Pekanbaru red light. The research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Street children at the SKA Pekanbaru red light are aged 7 to 12 years, activities carried out on the streets are selling tissue and busking. Street children at the SKA Pekanbaru red light are street children who no longer go to school. Street children interact well with their peers, the patterns of social interaction between street children and peers which include cooperation, accommodation, assimilation and acculturation, competition and conflict have been well established. Street children and their peers have never had any significant conflicts or disputes, the dominant aspect of street children's social interaction with peers is the cooperation and acculturation of children with their peers, accommodation, competition, and conflict.Key Words: An Overview, Social Interaction, Street Children

Abstract

Abstract: Social anxiety is where a person feels anxious about things that are new or related to a new environment, problems experienced by group members such as difficult to adapt to the new environment and new friends feel that they are not ready to eliminate the anxiety felt so they often think negatively compared to positive thinking. This study aimed to determine social anxiety before and after cognitive restructuringwas applied through group guidance and to determine the effect of cognitive restructuring through group guidance to reduce social anxiety. The study was conducted in Pekanbaru State Junior High School 25 of eight subjects with purposive sampling technique. The research design was pre-experiment with the one group pretest post-test model. The instrument of data collection used is a social anxiety questionnaire adapted from W. Ray Crozier (2001). The results showed that there were differences in social anxiety before and after cognitive restructuring was given with asignificant value of 0.012 <0.05. In addition, based on the Spearman rank test it is known that there is a significant effect between cognitive restructuring on social anxiety students with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. The influence of cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce social anxiety 12.5% while 87.5% is low is influenced by other factors originating in and from the environment. From the resultsthat can continue to carry out activities that are able to reduce students' social anxiety towards the environment to be able to reduce the feeling of social anxiety can change the negative mindset to be positive towards the surrounding environment by using cognitive restructuring techniques.Key Words : Cognitive Restructuring, Social Anxiety, Group Guidance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify and clearly describe the profile and social interactions of child victims of exploitation in the Marpoyan area. The subjects of this study were five children of exploitation victims. The research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used in this study were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Profiles of children victims of exploitation in the Marpoyan area aged 5 to 12 years, who work as a fried food seller and newspaper seller. Four out of five children victims of exploitation still live with complete parents and one child only lives with the father. The five children who are victims of exploitation are no longer in school. The social interactions of children victims of exploitation in the Marpoyan area are interactions that exist in the form of cooperation, competition, accommodation and assimilation, as well as conflicts / disputes that have gone well. There is no significant competition and conflict in the interaction of child victims of exploitation in the Marpoyan area. The dominant aspects that occur in the interaction of child victims of exploitation in the Marpoyan area are cooperation, accommodation and assimilation.Key Words: Profile, Social Interaction, Child Victims of Exploitation.

Abstract

Abstract: This research designed to describe child victims of exploitationaround Rumbai and to describe social interaction of child victims of exploitation.Subject of this research is five children victims of exploitation as scavenger age nine upto fourteen years old. This research is using qualitative research methods. The datacollection technique is observations and interviews. This research using data analysistechnique of Miles and Huberman. Result of this research show child victims ofexploitation around Rumbai is elementary school’s student, age nine up to fourteenyears old, scavenging as long as 1-3 years, scavenging with their family and friends,about six up to nine hours in a day. They are using long shirt and hat, but not usegloves. When they are scavenging, the kind of social interaction around Rumbai iscooperation, competition, accommodation, and conflict.Key Words: Profile, Social Interaction, Child Victims Of Exploitation
