Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to determine the effect of servicequality and propmotion to the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously, with a sample size of 60 people. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, that taking sample by using specific criteria. Data analysis methods use of multiple linear regression. Based on the results obtained F-value (30,911)> F-table (2; 57) = 2.47 means simultaneously servicequality and promotion have a positive and significant impact on the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru. The results of the partial test for service quality variable t-value (2.170)> t-table (1.67) means servicequality influence on decision making. Pormotion variables with the t-value (4.595)> t- table (1.67) means that the promotion has a significant effect on the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru. The coefficient of determination obtained amounted to 0.520 it showed that 52% change in the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru determined by the independent variable which is the service quality and promotion, while 48% is determined by other factors.Keyword: Service Quality, Promotion, Decision Making

Abstract

Abstract; The purpose this paper is to know the level of health of Koperasi Unit Desa Melati based on the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium business, No. 14 / M.KUKM / XII / 2009. The research was conducted at Koperasi Unit Desa Melati in the village Empat Balai District of Kuok. This study started in April 2015. This is quantitative descriptive research.The research result showed that; in 2010 the acquisition of the cooperative health level score was 51.25 to predicate less healthy. In 2011 the acquisition of the rating of the cooperative is to predicate less healthy 48.25. In 2012 the acquisition of the rating of the savings and loan is 48.50 with the predicate less healthy. In 2013 the acquisition of the rating of the cooperative is to predicate less healthy 48.25. In 2014 the acquisition of the cooperative health level assessment score was 48.75 with the predicate less healthy.Keywords: financial statements, the acquisition of the cooperative health level

Abstract

Abstract : the research aims to detemine finance capacity of Pekanbaru in the implementasion of regional autonomy among 2005-2013. This study is a descriptive comparative study with the object of study is  Pekanbaru city Central Bureau of Statistics. Secondary data is needed is the realization of the reflected toward budget revenue and expenditure in 2005 – 2014. Methodology of data collection used in this study documentation. Analysis of the data used: 1. The independence ratio of the financial area, 2. The autonomy ratio of the fiscal degree, 3. The index of ratio routin capability, 4. The accord of ratio, 5. The growth of ratio. The result showed: 1. The independence ratio of the financial area is insturctive pattern, 2. The degree of fiscal decentralization are at less intervals that is 17,06%. 3. Ratio routine capability index is less scale that is 23,24%. 4. The accord of ratio showed the result of routine expenditure is greater than the development expenditure amounted to 68,09% and 29,89% of development expenditure. 5. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at SMAN 11 Pekanbaru with the aim to analyze problem solving method to student learning outcomes. The population in this study were students of class X IPS and Samples performed by using simple random sampling because the samples taken 2 classes based on homogeneity test results from the class. Technique of completion of data is done by observation, documentation and teacher activity sheet then the data is analyzed using homogeneity test test and t test. The result of the research shows that the result of pretest of X class students still get very less category and the result of pretest result of students is done by determining homogenous class with simple random sampling technique and can be homogenous class group that is class X IIS 2 and X IIS 4 Levene's test results 0.819> 0.05 which means that the data comes from a homogeneous variant. After doing the pretest then the homogenity test is done postes The data obtained from the experimental class postes and control classes will be analyzed using levent test. Then get value Pvalue 0,743> 0,05 then this can be interpreted that data of learning result of postest class of IIS 4 and X IIS 2 is homogeneous. After the homes of postes test, then t test analysis from post test of experiment class and control class with 5% (α 0,05) belief obtained significance value 0,007 so it can be interpreted that there is significant difference.Keywords: Problem Solving Method, Student Learning Results

Abstract

Abstract: Learning outcomes are the ability students possess once they have received their learning experience, and to determine the outcomes of learning are conducted using tests. Basically student learning outcomes in Economic lessons IPS low. This happens because teachers often use learning methods that are still conventional with dominated lectures that seem monotonous, and the lack of using learning models and learning media. With this research aims to determine the influence of cooperative learning model type examples non examples on the results of learning IPS class VII SMPN 6 Siak Hulu. The population in this study is all students of grade VII SMPN 6 Siak Hulu Kampar regency, amounting to 80 students. While the subjects taken in this study were 54 students. The data of this study were analyzed using lilifors test with significant level α = 0,05. Results of data analysis, in the experimental class obtained an initial average of 75 to 88 on the average final test score. While the control class obtained an average of 66 initial tests and increased to 82 in the final test. The results of data analysis obtained in the study can be concluded that the learning by using the model of learning examples non examples gave a significant effect on the improvement of learning outcomes. The increase did not occur in the experimental class alone but the control class also increased. In this study found the influence of cooperative learning model type examples non examples is 57.43% while 42.57% influenced by other factors. The success of teachers in the learning process can be used as an alternative, and increase the teacher's insight in the use of the model.Keywords: Model of Learning, examples non examples,of Learning outcomes
