Abstract

Abstract: Formulation of the problem in this study is How much is the credibility of the tutor in PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tambang District, Kampar Regency? How high is the motivation of learning citizens to learn about Equality in Package C education at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tambang District, Kampar Regency? Is there a significant positive contribution between the credibility of the tutor on the learning motivation of citizens learning the equality of package C in PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how much the contribution of tutors' credibility to the motivation of learning in PKBM Harapan Bangsa, This research is a descriptive quantitative research of two variables. The population in this study were residents of package C, as many as 113 residents. Simple Random Sampling sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Tutors' credibility and learning motivation each consists of 40 statements. Tutors' credibility is measured through indicators of expertise, trust, dynamism, sociability, coordination and charismatic. While learning motivation is measured through the existence of desires and desires to succeed, there are encouragement and needs in learning, the hopes and ideals of the future, the appreciation of learning, the existence of interesting activities in learning, the existence of a conducive learning environment. The credibility of the tutor to the learning motivation of citizens learning equality education in Package C in PKBM Harapan Bangsa is relatively high with a mean of 4.25. Based on inferential statistical analysis the tutors' credibility contribution to the learning motivation of learning citizens was obtained at a low of 14.50%. This means that there are still 85.50% caused by other factors not part of this study.Key Words: Contribution, Credibility, Motivation, Learning Citizens

Abstract

Rumah sakit saling bersaing dalam memberikan pelayanan jasa kesehatannya kepada masyarakat. Penelitian inibertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi bauran pemasaran terahadap loyalitas pasien di RuangRawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Haji,Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey analitikdengan pendekatan potong lintang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien di Instalasi Rawat InapRSUD Haji, Makassar. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 208 pasien yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik penyampelanpurposif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah chi square dan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh variabel product (p=0.00), place (p=0.00), price (p=0.00), promotion(p=0.006), people (p=0.001), costumer servic e(p=0.00) dan performance (p=0.00). Tidak ada pengaruh variabelprofessional (p=0.124) dan process (p=0.485). Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi logistik berganda secara bersamaandiperoleh bahwa product merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inapRSUD Haji, Makassar.

Abstract

Abstract To minimize dishonesty, it is necessary to have Internal Operations which play a very important role in an organization. Effective internal operations will cover the possibility of fraud in accounting. The internal operating tools help lay the auditor's confidence about his / her financial statements from possible fraud and errors. In order for the Institution to improve the internal operating structure, implement and monitor it so that the company can be realized, good internal operations will ensure the accuracy of the resulting accounting data so that the data cannot be trusted. The purpose of this study is to analyze fraud in financial reporting. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data taken from research PT. Taspen (Persero) Tanjungpinang. The results showed that the operating environment, risk determination, operating activities, accounting information and communication systems, and individually (partially) or collectively (simultaneously) played quite a role in anticipating the trend of accounting insincerity. The author reports that internal control is very important in terms of management, supervision and company procedures. The author also provides suggestions for each company to control the internal system and evaluate the work performed by the company's internal auditors.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the description of students' initial abilities, online learning and learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (2) The influence of students' initial abilities and learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (3) The influence of online learning and student learning outcomes of class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (4) The influence of students' initial abilities and online learning on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population of this research is 222 students with a sample of 143 students. The data processing techniques in this study are Instrument Validity Test, Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Simple Regression Test, Multiple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) the initial ability of students to obtain a TCR score of 80.95% with a good category. Meanwhile, the TCR value of online learning obtained a score of 80.25% in the good category. (2) There is an effect of students' initial ability on student learning outcomes of 2,546 with a significant value of 0.12. (3) There is an effect of online learning on student learning outcomes of 2,546 with a significant value of 0.15. (4) There is an effect of X1 and X2 on Y with a Ftable value of 4.523 with a significance of 0.12. Thus, the initial ability describes the readiness of students to accept the lessons that will be delivered by the teacher, and online learning is quite influential on the learning activities carried out between students and teachers. So even in the process of changing learning activities from offline to online, it still affects the learning activities of students even though it can determine the success of students in learning.Keywords: Initial Ability, Online Learning, Learning Outcomes
