Abstract

The data warehouse is a concept and a combination of technologies that facilitate organizations to manage and maintain the historical data obtained from the operating system or application. This study discusses the application of data processing on a web-based payroll data warehouse approach in STMIK Pradnya Paramita Malang. The goal is to support the presentation of information in the decision making process both leaders, academic and financial sections. The method used is the method of analysis and design methods. Its design method that makes the application of information systems, data warehouse architecture design salary,  database design and analysis of salary data tables. The method of analysis is done by using observation and interviews, literature studies, surveys directly by interviewing those involved to complete the required information . The end result of the application of data processing payroll information system using the web-based data warehouse is used to simplify and speed up data access and provide the leadership the full access to historical data without data processing operations. With the data warehouse can be generated structured data collection and integrates well as input for management in the decision making process.Keywords: Data Processing , Web , Data Warehouse , Salary, STMIK Pradnya Paramita Malang.

A very useful information for all the people, and valueless moreover, in an institution and company.Through the information quickly and correctly to facilitate a lot of things wothy to gain information needed, for example businessman, the shops, enterpreneurs, restaurants, private education institutions as well as the country. Through the information quickly and correctly, exchange of information that will further develop and extends it.Because it, writer takes the theme about the information system based on the WEB. Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now in full swing as the manufacture developed an expert system application. Expert system is a computer system that has the ability to make expert decisions, this expert system is a high degree of specialization that seek to duplicate the function of an expert or experts in a particular area of expertise, expert systems can also act as advisers or consultants in a given environment, so that even ordinary people can make the expert system as a tool to solve a problem or issue at hand. The purpose of this expert system design is to make the software checks the damage of four-wheeled vehicles. Abstract

Teaching faculty salary data processing by using a data warehouse is to support the presentation of information in the decision-making process of leadership, academic and financial sections. The method used is the method of analysis and design method. The results achieved are in the form of Data Warehouse design and prototype simulation data warehouse that contains data and can be further analyzed for decision making. The end result of the design of the data warehouse is used to simplify and speed up the data access and gives full access to the corporate leaders of historical data without performing data processing operations. Abstract

Abstrak: Alumni Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK)  PPKIA Pradnya Paramita (STIMATA) Malang membutuhkan sebuah sarana yang dapat menampung aspirasi para alumni berupa web site. Dengan adanya web site ini diharapkan para alumni dapat juga memberikan informasi-informasi yang berguna bagi alumni yang lain maupun mahasiswa yang masih aktif. Informasi tersebut meliputi informasi lowongan pekerjaan, trend IT,  ataupun berbagi pengalaman-pengalaman dalam dunia pekerjaan. Sehingga hubungan antar alumni tetap terjaga dengan baik. Dari pembuatan website  alumni STIMATA menghasilkan beberapa hal yaitu  forum penyampaian  aspirasinya dan berbagi informasi yang berhubungan dengan dunia kerja melalui fasilitas forum. Kata Kunci: website, Alumni, STIMATA

Abstract

Since the formation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor Leste problem faced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor-Leste is the absence of a record of information systems, transaction manage hardware assets turnover and create reports necessary for the department. The purpose of this research is the establishment of an information system application data processing hardware assets in the ministry of agriculture and fisheries East Timor. This information system is built using Java script software, netbeans and use My SQL database. By using Java script, netbeans the development of this information system is fast and easy. Information Systems implements data processing hardware assets as may assist staff in the IT division of the ministry in the control of hardware assets are in use by employees and information systems can also be mendatakan all assets and computer hardware at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor-LesteProcess usage of hardware assets in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor Leste begins with data collection staff, then transferring assets hardware to staff, as well as mengortrol every weekday. Abstract

The development of information technology brought significant changes in the development of world civilization.  At True Pharmacies,  all management  systems run  manually,  so  the constraint that  often arises  is common miscalculation financial  statements and require long lead time, thereby reducing the efficiency of the work. This research aims to generate sales of drug information systems using Microsoft Visual  Basic that  is  expected to assist the data processing becomes faster and easier in terms of making drug sales report.  The information system is also expected to facilitate pharmacists in the process of checking the critical drug stocks and report the sale and purchase  of drugs.  It  can improve the quality of service to consumers.Key words : application, drug sales, information systems, pharmacy true.

So many weaknesses, in addition to the validation process takes a long time values are also many things that cause the file is not safe. The application system created aims to simplify the assessment process for admission exam results in STMIK Pradnya Paramita Malang, fast and accurate. Abstract

Purwodadi Botanical Garden still experiencing problems in the record, manage and search for employment data collections because all process still use the file storage vaults. This makes data management processes are not well structured and search the data or employee file will take quite a long time. Related issues such as personnel administration data calculation error on leave, the absence of a history of the award, punishment, education, seminars and so on can be one of the obstacles and constraints to the development of human resources well. Based on these problems need for Development of Human Resources Management Information System that can help record, manage and help search history data from the incoming employee as ID until his retirement in digital form so as to minimize errors that can be wrong an obstacle in the development of Human Resources. Type of research is descriptive research, the type of data used are primary and secondary data, engineering data collection is by interview and observation. For analysis method the author uses descriptive method where data is collected, compiled, interpreted, and analyzed so as to provide complete information on the problems encountered. For application development, the method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Abstract

Background: Universities need to conduct data searches to graduate. This data can be used in a variety of needs. A media needed to connect between the faculty graduates or graduates with other graduates so that they can be interconnected. But it is constrained because most colleges difficulty in recruiting alumni data despite already done in various media. It is necessary for a more effective alternative media for support in collecting data of graduates. Method: The design of the portal using social network approach. So the first step is to design the parent website Tracer Study focus to accommodate the main data of  graduates who are equipped with an interactive community features. Prototype portal tested and evaluated based on benchmarks dynamic, informative, and communicative, further refined to achieve an increase in visitors in every time data is consistent with the conditions or no distortion. Conclusion: The results of this research is a tracer study portal with social network approach to be one of the alternative media to attract graduates to interact with the media, and also that benefits the institution of data collection becomes more optimal.KEY WORDSPortal, Tracer Study, Social Network, Website, Alumni.
