Abstract

Makalah ini memberikan deskripsi konseptual dan teoritis tentang sumber daya manusia dalam sistem manajemen arsip. Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui program arsip sumber daya manusia adalah persyaratan untuk mendorong pengelolaan arsip di lembaga arsip. Karena mereka adalah aset yang paling penting, peningkatan profesionalitas sumber daya manusia harus dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan bimbingan arsip. Artikel ini sangatlah penting selain karena masih sedikitnya artikel yang membahas tentang kompetensi arsiparis di Indonesia dan hal lainnya dalam artikel ini akan memberikan wawasan dan gambaran tentang cara atau langkah  pengembangan kompetensi profesionalitas arsiparis yang bisa dilakukan karena sampai saat ini pelaksanaan pengelolaaan kearsipan di Indonesia masih belum memadai dan berdasarkan penelitian Sudiyanto pada tahun 2014 berkesimpulan bahwa penyediaan pendidikan formal kearsipan sebagai instrumen untuk mengangkat arsiparis menjadi tenaga SDM yang kompeten dan profesional masih kurang.  Semangat untuk mengelola kearsipan menjadi lebih baik lagi belum diimbangi dengan pembukaan program studi ilmu kearsipan yang cukup oleh dunia pendidikan sebagai wujud upaya penyiapan dan penyediaan SDM kearsipan yang memiliki ilmu dan pengetahuan kearsipan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya banyak referensi dan artikel yang dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan kompetensi arsiparis. This paper provide a conceptual and theoritical description about human resources in archival management system. Having knowledge and skill through human resources archival program are the requirement to encoureged archival management in archival  institution. Since they are the most important assets, the improvement of professionality of human resources has to conducted through archival training and tutoring. This article is very important because there are still few articles that discuss archivist competence in Indonesia and other things in this article will provide insights and descriptions of ways to develop archivist professional competence that can be done because until now the implementation of archival management in Indonesia is still inadequate and based on Sudiyanto's research in 2014, it was concluded that the provision of formal archival education as an instrument to appoint archivists to be competent and professional human resources was still lacking. The enthusiasm for managing archives is even better yet not yet balanced with the opening of sufficient archival science study programs by the world of education as a manifestation of efforts to prepare and provide archival HR that have archival knowledge and knowledge. Therefore, many references and articles are needed that can be a reference in developing archivist competencies.

Abstract

Topik paper ini adalah Internet of Things (IOT) khususnya di perpustakaan. Penulis menguraikan definisi dan konsep IOT, pentingnya IOT dari perpustakaan, dan aplikasi potensial dari IOT untuk perpustakaan. Sumber referensi yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah dari artikel jurnal, buku, materi presentasi, dan situs manajemen data laboratorium. IOT menjadi tren penting bagi perpustakaan karena dapat mempermudah peningkatan kualitas layanan, fasilitas, dan penghematan biaya untuk mengakses informasi secara online oleh pengguna dan pustakawan. Misalnya dalam penggunaan di museum luar negeri sebagai layanan online, kontrol lampu bangunan, smart campus dan penyimpanan cloud computing di Perpustakaan. The topic of this paper is the Internet of Things (IOT) especially in the library. The author outlines the definitions and concepts of IOT, the importance of IOT from libraries, and potential applications of IOT for libraries. The reference sources used by the author are from journal articles, books, presentation materials, and laboratory data management sites. IOT becomes an important trend for libraries because itcan facilitate the improvement of servicequality, facilities, and cost savings to access information online by users and librarians. For example in use in overseas museums as online services, building light controls and cloud computing storage in the Library

Abstract

Introduction. This study aims to examine the inhibiting factors of the use of electronic journals atthe Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Library by UGM graduate school students. The study used Weber's information system model theory with the following variables: system quality, information quality, user training, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, computer self-efficacy, information system use, individual impact and information system satisfaction. Data Collection Methods. This study used surveys with a quantitative approach. and observations. Results and Discussion. The results of this study showed that the inhibiting factors of electronic journals at the UGM Library was the difficulties in using information systems electronic journals. This resulted that the students were less confident and rarely to access and utilize electronic journals due to their lack of understanding and skilss in using computers or e-Journal information system. Conclusion. The low utilization of the electronic journal is related to the quality of information system (system quality), user perceived difficulties when accessing the electronic journal Information system (perceived easy of use) and the user's ability to use the computer (computer self-efficacy).

Abstract

UGM library representation on the library website can be interpreted in a variety of ways by users depending on the user's information needs, experience and user background. This is an input for the library website to optimize the service and completeness of the information sources contained on the library website so that it can be interpreted easily and maximally by users.This study uses a qualitative approach with the reception analysis method. The informants selected in this study were 3 students from the third and fourth semesters. The results of this study indicate that: the library website contradicts the demands of the current library development that libraries have emphasized the function of social space rather than just as a source of information. The library website should also not be represented as a place for accessing limited information such as the ETD feature service which only contains abstracts / thesis titles, theses / dissertations only. Meanwhile, for online information retrieval, the library website can be used easily and can meet user information needs such as an online journal database to assist student assignments and theses. The results of this study, it can be concluded that the UGM library website makes it easy to access information sources and library services, it's just that sometimes the information presented cannot be easily understood and accessed in full text by users such as a collection of theses, theses, and dissertations..

Abstract

Makalah ini memberikan deskripsi konseptual dan teoritis tentang knowledge sharing dengan cloud computing di Perpustakaan. Knowledge sharing diperlukan oleh pustakawan dalam meningkatkan layanan kepada pengguna digital saat ini. Pustakawan dapat melakukan knowledge sharing melalui cloud computing yang menyediakan penyimpanan berbagai bentuk penyimpanan materi digital di Perpustakaan. Salah satu sistem penyedia cloud computing yang dapat digunakan di Perpustakaan adalah google drive. Hal mini disebabkan karena penguasaan teknologi penyimpanan cloud (cloud computing) seperti salah satu contoh google drive menjadi keahlian yang menguntungkan bagi pustakawan dalam memberikan layanan prima kepada pengguna di era digitalisasi yang berkembang pesat dewasa ini. Abstract

Pesan yang disampaikan dapat menghasilkan banyak makna tergantung dari perspektifpenerima pesan tersebut. Hal ini menjadi daya tarik bagi penulis untuk mengangkat topik artikelini tentang analisis semiotika logo dagadu. Sumber referensi yang digunakan oleh penulis adalahdari artikel jurnal, buku, dan materi presentasi dengan metode analisis semiotika pierce.Berdasarkan analisa penulis diambil kesimpulan bahwa logo dagadu dalam bahasa anak generasimuda Jogja berati mata, melambangkan citra kreatifitas, dunia rancang dunia desain.Berdasarkan khasanah budaya Jawa, mata berkaiatan dengan kata ma’rifat, bermakna sebagaisekelompok orang yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan lingkungannya. Dagadudiuapayakan untuk dapat mempresentasikan kepedulian terhadap masalah yang adadi perkotaandan kepariwisataan di Jogjakarta dengan penekanan Lebih mengutamakan secara spesifik padaaspek desain grafis dengan memadukan lokal,humor daerah, plesetan serta semangat eksperimenke dalam konteks seni dan budaya popular.

Abstract

This study discusses the reporting of Sexual Harassment in the online media Tribunnews.com from the standpoint of journalistic ethics and sexual harassment. Media reporting is demanded to be gender responsive, but media content cannot be separated from market interests. The method used in this research is ethnographic content analysis. The results show that some of the publications on Tribunnews.com have met Article 5 Journalistic Code of Ethics, but there are some that have not been gender responsive, which tends to display the workplace address, place of study and residence of victims of immoral crime.

Abstract

Social service can be a community service activity between students and lecturers to build a spirit of solidarity and a high sense of morality. The community service activities carried out by Da'wah Management students are social services at the Aisyiyah Orphanage in Sungai Penuh City with the distribution of stationery for the orphans. It aims to increase students' awareness of the surrounding environment and the successful implementation of the activity was carried out on Thursday 23rd at 10.00. The target of the social service that will be carried out focuses on the Orphans and Orphans in the orphanage. The existence of community drawing activities in the form of social service is expected to provide inspiration and motivation to students, especially the general public, to share and care for each other.

Abstract

Women are considered as gentle and identical creatures who are very good at providing services. One of the professions that is widely cultivated and in demand by some people is the librarian profession and the profession is mostly carried out by the female gender. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of women as librarians at the Sungai Penuh City Library and Archives Service. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive approach to describe the role of women as librarians in the Dispusip of Sungai Penuh City, the data obtained from observations, interviews, documentation and data triangulation, then the results of the interviews are analyzed and linked to theories and concepts related to research. The role of women as librarians in Sungai Penuh City, most of the respondents follow the community's stereotype of working in the library, where they work as librarians related to problems of self, social, and economic existence and the last choice is taken when they want to work not of their own will. This has resulted in the assigned women being often bored and bored in the service department. Meanwhile, regarding the policy on the role of women as librarians in Sungai Penuh City, equal opportunities have been given to women to play a role in the library, although there are still some women as librarians who are not included in the formulation of library program policies.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada masyarakat Desa Talang Lindung. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini agar masyarakat dapat mengamalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila secara optimal. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode terapan (Applied Research). Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat Talang Lindung, masyarakat secara tidak langsung sudah menerapkan bentuk-bentuk kegiataan yang terkandung pada nilai pancasila. Meskipun pengamalan penerapan Pancasila sudah cukup baik, namun masih perlu adanya optimalisasi dan arahan. Tujuannya supaya masyarakat Talang Lindung lebih mengetahui secara mendalam tentang pentingnya nilai Pancasila sebagai petunjuk dalam bertindak dan bertingkah laku dikehidupan sosial masyarakat sehari-hari.
