Abstract

Services in the health sector are one of the most needed forms of service by the community. This study aims to describe the process of public service innovation carried out by the Hospital Management and to identify the factors that influence public service innovation implemented by the Jeneponto District Hospital. This research is also expected to provide input (suggestions) in the process of implementing innovation in public services to create quality services and improve the performance of the Regional General Hospital Lanto Dg. Pasewang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Researchers will explain the research problem in detail, namely the innovation process and the factors that influence it. Data collection was obtained through direct observation of the object of research and in-depth interviews with relevant sources, namely, Hospital Management in public services at the Lanto Dg. Pasewang Regional General Hospital led by the Hospital Director, and Heads of fields and communities involved directly feel the hospital service innovation. The results of this study indicate that Hospital Management Innovations in Public Services at the Lanto Dg. Pasewang Regional General Hospital Jeneponto Regency, have made public service innovations in improving services to the patients

Abstract

Abstrak Krisis moneter tahun 1998 yang menimpa Indonesia mendorong masyarakat untuk mencari alternatif ekonomi lainnya yaitu ekonomi syariah. Akan tetapi, praktik ekonomi syariah di Indonesia masih kental dengan praktik ekonomi konvensional terutama yang terdapat dalam lembaga keuangan syariah atau perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif telaah literatur untuk meneliti bagaimana praktik ekonomi syariah dalam perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik ekonomi syariah syariah yaitu murabahah, penerapan denda, dan penggunaan akad dalam Bank Syariah di Indonesia masih jauh dari prinsip syariat Islam, dan didukung oleh pembuat peraturan ekonomi syariah yang melakukan salah tafsir mengenai pengimplementasian ekonomi syariah. Kata Kunci: Bank Syariah, Ekonomi Islam, Bank Konvensional Abstract The 1998 monetary crisis that hit Indonesia encouraged people to look for other economic alternatives, namely the sharia economy. However, the practice of Islamic economics in Indonesia is still thick with conventional economic practices, especially those found in Islamic financial institutions or Islamic banking. This study uses a qualitative research method to examine the literature to examine how the practice of Islamic economics in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The results show that the practice of sharia sharia economics, namely murabahah, the application of fines, and the use of contracts in Islamic banks in Indonesia is still far from the principles of Islamic law, and is supported by sharia economic regulators who misinterpret the implementation of sharia economics. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Sinjai. Metode penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yaitu regresi sederhana. Indikator penelitian yang diukur berupa motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik guru di SMK Negeri 3 Sinjai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis deskriptif motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru menghasilkan persentase nilai sangat tinggi dengan hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Sinjai.

Abstract

Fish waste is often found in coastal areas due to high fishing activity in the area. Fish waste is found in the form of remains of internal organs, head bones, scales, and crab shells. The handling of fish waste in Lamurukung Village has not been carried out properly so there is a need to increase knowledge in processing fish waste into products. Community service activities aim to educate the public about processing fish waste into fish feed. From the results of the activities carried out, it was obtained an increase in public knowledge in processing fish waste into fish feed

Abstract

Value Added Tax (PPN) is a type of tax that is levied directly by the government through State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as an intermediary for state business activities, in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation No. 37/PMK. 03/2015, PT. Hutama Karya (Persero), which is a state-owned company in the field of construction services, is also a VAT collector for WaPu as well as a VAT taxpayer. This study uses an interpretive qualitative approach with a case study method, because it aims to find out the problems contained in the collection of VAT in SOEs in the field of construction services, especially PT. Hutama Karya (Persero). There are three problems in the Indonesian tax system, namely; The first is that there is no clarity on the rights or incentives obtained by SOEs, the second problem is, the process of restitution or refund of VAT overpayments which takes a long time, and the third problem is the tax fines that arise when SOEs are late in depositing VAT to the state.

Abstract

The method of cultivating mud crabs in Kajuara Village is still carried out traditionally and uses natural food, thus affecting the production of crabs which are not uniform in terms of size and weight. Apart from that, there is still a lack of partner knowledge regarding the behavior and habits of mud crabs as well as appropriate methods for cultivating mud crabs. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge and skills of cultivators in cultivating mud crabs using crab boxes. The stages of implementing service activities include: 1) Survey and interview stage, 2) preparation stage, 3) implementation stage and 4) evaluation stage. Based on the achievements of the service activities, participants have knowledge and skills in the mud crab cultivation method using a crab box.
