Abstract

Bullying children tend to do juvenile delinquency, and other criminal behavior. Parenting style also plays a role in the process of socialization on children to show bullying behavior. The objective of this research is to determine the type of parenting pattern concerning bullying behavior at Sudirman Islamic Senior High School at Ambarawa, Semarang Regency. The method of this research was descriptive correlation using cross sectional approach to 766 students as the population, and 88 respondents as the samples. The data collecting technique used questionnaires about the type of parenting pattern and bullying behavior. Data analysis used chi square analysis.  The findings of this research reveal that the type of parenting pattern felt by students is mostly democratic than authoritarian and permissive parenting pattern as many as 40 students (45.5%). Bullying behavior done by students is mostly mild as many as 51 students (58.0%).  There is a relation between tehe type of parenting pattern with bullying behavior in Sudirman Islamic Senior High School at Ambarawa, Semarang Regency (p value 0.027).  An advice for parents should exemplify a positive attitude, be flexible according to the situation and ongoing conditions, understand children as young teenagers who areexperiencing a period of transition and change and experiencing rapid growth in many ways, both physically and mentally, respecting and giving support to childrent.Keywords: type of parenting pattern, bullying behavior

Abstract

Jamur merupakan salah satu bioaerosol yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas udara di dalam suatu ruangan. Sebagai organisme eukariotik jamur bisa ditemukan di mana mana termasuk di dalam transportasi publik seperti bus. Di Jakarta bus merupakan salah satu moda transportasi massal yang digunakan untuk melakukan aktivitas pekerjaannya. Keberadaan jamur di dalam bus dapat beresiko terhadap penumpang maupun awak bus yang menghirup udara di dalam bus seperti timbulnya alergi, asma dan gangguan pernafasan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan jamur pada beberapa bus di jalur Pinang ranti-Pluit dan Kampung rambutan-Kampung melayu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan metode isolasi jamur dengan agar plate dan diidentifikasi morfologi secara makroskopik dan mikroskopik Sebanyak 30 sempel udara diambil dari lima unit bus dengan waktu pengambilan pagi hari, siang hari dan sore hari. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diidentifiksi jamur Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium spp, Mycellia sterilia, Monilia sithophila, Curvularia spp dan Fusarium spp. Dapat disimpulkan adanya jamur yang dapat disolasi di dalam bus di Jakarta berpotensi sebagai penyebab turunnya kualitas udara di dalam bus.

Abstract

To enhance the quality and competitiveness of its human resource capital, in Indonesia The Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan education system is a 3 – year education system that trains the students to be ready for employment in the respective industries, as SMK Santa Theresia which offers tourism majors. The goal of this research is to identify most influential factors that affect the decision in choosing SMK Santa Theresia from parents’ and students’ perspectives, respectively. The research methods employed are the quantitative with descriptive approach, data analysis and technique summarized in multiple regression models. Furthermore, a census of 142 people has been done in order to get desired data for the analysis. Specifically, the overall demographic of the data is composed of 71 10-grade students (X PAR 1 and X PAR 2) of SMK Santa Theresia and 71 students’ parents for the academic year 2018/19. Conclusively, the results are presented from two points of view. The first, being from the students’ perspectives: it is found that reputation, image, school’s syllabus and teacher’s competence are not significant variables to influence the decision of choosing the school. Secondly, being from the parents’ perspectives: it is found that school’s syllabus is affecting decision of choosing the school.
