Abstract

Background: The fluctuated patient satisfaction level shows the need to improvenursing performance. Several factors that can improve nursing performance includeleadership, job motivation, management and environment. Leadership and job motivationbecome fundamental aspectsin improving employee performance. Aim: This study analyzedtherole of manager’s leadership and nurses’job motivation on nursing performance in the inpatient room ofthe Indonesian Red Cross Hospital Bogor.Methods: This study sampled a total of 150 nurses in the inpatient roomof the Indonesian Red Cross Hospital Bogorusing the incidental random sampling technique. This study employed a path analysis with three variables, such as manager’s leadership and job motivation as exogenous variables and nursing performance as an endogenous variable.Results: Leadership of the head of the inpatient room couldincrease job motivation and nursing performance.Conclusion: Manager’s leadership and job motivation could affect the level of nurses’ performancepartially and simultaneously. The Indonesian Red Cross Hospital Bogor could provide regular training to every head of the room to enhance their leadership and nurses’ job motivation. Keywords: leadership, job motivation, nurses’ work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine discharge planning on patient satisfaction when the patient is treated at the Jakarta Hajj Hospital. This research method is using quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The results of the study obtained an overview of the influence of the implementation of discharge planning on the most dominant satisfaction in nursing care at the Jakarta Hajj Hospital, which had the most effect on reliability satisfaction (reliability) p-value = 0.002 (α <0.05). In conclusion, discharge planning affects satisfaction during treatment; the dominant indicator of reliability is discharge planning. Keywords: Discharge Planning, Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominant factor of Katim's task in the management process of directing motivation, communication, cooperation, conflict handling, and supervision, with the job satisfaction of the nurse executing. The method used in this research is quantitative research with the cross-sectional approach. The results showed a relationship between Katim duties in the management process of directing motivation p-value 0.04, communication p-value 0.001, cooperation p-value 0.034, and no relationship between Katim duties in the management process executing conflict handling p-value 0.41 and supervision p-value 1. The most dominant factor that increases the nurse's job satisfaction in charge is the task of Katim in the management process of directing conflict handling OR 20.097. In conclusion, the excellent direction will increase the job satisfaction of nurses. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Team Leader, Implementing Nurse

Abstract

Background of Study : Improving the quality of nurses in providing quality nursing care to clients requires a leadership role in influencing and moving the nurse. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of effective leadership of the head of the room on the performance of the implementing nurses in RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso. Methods : This study was descriptive analytic research with cross sectional design. The sample of this study were 131 nurses at RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso. The data were taken by using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution, bivariate analysis using chi square.Results : There was a relationship between effective leadership and performance (P value = 0.000). The analysis of the independent sub-variables on the performance of all variables stated that there was a relationship because of sig 0.05 including knowledge (0.000), self-awareness (0.002), self-awareness (0.009), communication (0.019), energy use (0.000), goal setting (0.012), taking action (0.000).Conclusion : The variables that have significant relationship with the nurse's performance are effective leadership. It is expected that the hospital will seek to make policy and planning of nursing resources through the provision of continuous education, training / skills related courses, and seminars related to leadership in nursingKeywords : Leadership, Performance, Effective Leadership, Direction Functions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of head room transactional leadership on the implementation of nursing nurses' nursing care. The design of this study was Quasy Experiment with pre and post test design with control group. The results of the analysis of transactional leadership data have a significant effect on the implementation of nursing care in the intervention group with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05. Whereas in the control group there were differences in the pre and post measurement values of week VI of the Implementation of Nursing Care with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05. Conclusion, in the intervention group it was found that the measurement of the implementation of the first, second, and third post nursing care had a significant increase from 77.55 to 105.45 but not yet reached the optimal value. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of nurses' Islamic behavior to the ability to implement Islamic nursing care inpatients at the Sukapura Jakarta Islamic Hospital in 2019. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental method with the research design is pre and post with control group design. Results The intervention group from the measurement before intervention was obtained a mean value of 82.53 and after intervention 98.68 at the measurement of week VI, with a difference of 16.15. While the average value in the control group between measurements before 75.34 and at the measurement of week VI obtained a mean value of 86.06 with a difference of 10.71. In conclusion, the application of Islamic behavior is effective in implementing Islamic nursing care at Sukapura Islamic Hospital, Jakarta in 2019. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di dunia sedang memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 yang berdampak juga terhadap perkembangan di dunia kesehatan, khususnya teknologi informasi digital Rumah Sakit (RS) terkait dokumentasi keperawatan elektronik. Tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kompetensi perawat dan sarana prasarana terhadap dokumentasi keperawatan elektronik dan dampaknya pada patient safety di unit rawat inap RS Mulya Tangerang. Desain cross sectional, yang melibatkan 52 responden, kuisioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompetensi Perawat, Sarana Prasarana, terhadap Dokumentasi Keperawatan Elektronik dan dampaknya pada Patient Safety dengan nilai Pvalue = 0,00. Penggunaan dokumentasi keperawatan elektronik dapat meningkatkan patient safety di rumah sakit bila didukung dengan kompetensi perawat yang baik dan sarana prasarana yang baik.

Abstract

Terdapat sekitar 20-33% perawat sudah mengikuti pelatihan komunikasi SBAR dan setiap ruangan sudah menggunakan tehnik SBAR dalam handover. Namun penerapan komunikasi SBAR tidak maksimal karena masih banyaknya perawat yang belum mengikuti pelatihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi SBAR terhadap pemahaman hand over keperawatan di rumah sakit Bhayangkara Tk I R Said Sukanto tahun 2022. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment dengan pre-post test with control group, populasi penelitian ini seluruh perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit Bhayangkara yang sesuai kriteria inklusi, jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang terbagi menjadi 49 kelompok intervensi dan 49 kelompok kontrol. Responden didapat dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Ada pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi SBAR terhadap pemahaman hand over keperawatan di rumah sakit Bhayangkara, dengan nilai pvalue=0,010 (<0,05). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh antara masa kerja (pvalue=0,024) serta pelatihan komunikasi SBAR terhadap pemahaman handover keperawatan (pvalue=0,010) di rumah sakit Bhayangkara Tk. I. R. Said Sukanto.

Abstract

Turn over perawat pelaksana tahun 2019 – 2021 adalah 18,2%, 18,5% dan 14,6%, masih banyak perawat pelaksana yang berpindah tempat bekerja dan belum pernah ada penelitian tersebut di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK I R Said Sukanto. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pendapatan, lingkungan kerja, dan status kepegawaian terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana. Teknik multistage random sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 83 responden. Metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Ada pengaruh pendapatan terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat dengan nilai P 0,046 < 0,05, tidak Ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai P 0,678 > 0,05, ada pengaruh status pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai P 0,032 < 0,05, ada pengaruh status pegawai terhadap lingkungan kerja dengan nilai P 0,000 < 0,05, ada pengaruh status pegawai terhadap pendapatan dengan nilai P 0,000 < 0,05, tidak Ada pengaruh status pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh lingkungan kerja dengan nilai P 0,706 > 0,05, dan ada pengaruh status pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh pendapatan dengan nilai P 0,047 < 0,05. Kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana dapat ditingkatkan dengan peningkatan aspek pendapatan, lingkungan, dan status kepegawaian. Disarankan untuk Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK I R Said Sukanto berupaya meningkatkan pendapatan sesuai UMR (Upah Minimum Regional), peningkatan sarana dan prasarana serta peningkatkan status kepegawaian guna meningkatkan kepuasan perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan pelayanan dan asuhan keperawatan.

Abstract

Kinerja perawat merupakan suatu elemen penting untuk mengukur kualitas mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, dalam mencapai hasil kinerja yang baik tidak lepas dari pemimpin dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk meperoleh kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini adalah cross sectional, dengan 99 responden perawat pelaksana. Kuisioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Smart PLS). Rata-rata usia perawat adalah 32,6 tahun, jenis kelamin didominasi oleh perempuan, pendidikan terakhir terbanyak yaitu pada level Diploma 3 dengan masa kerja didominasi lebih dari 5 tahun. Uji hipotesis di dapatkan pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja (P 0,000), pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja (P 0,042), pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja (P 0,493). pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja (P 0,459), pengaruh fungsi kepeminpinan dengan lingkungan kerja (P 0,0000, pengaruh kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja (P 0,001), pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya pada kinerja perawat (P 0,109), pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya pada kinerja perawat (P 0,004). pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya pada kinerja perawat (P 0,008).
