Abstract

This study aims to analyze two things: first, the effectiveness of qarḍul ḥasan financing in Baitul Maal Al-Amin at Kedungkandang for Micro, Small and Medium Business Development (known as UMKM). Second, to know the impact of qardhul hasan financing for micro business development at Kedungkandang. This research using case study approach with the method of data collection is an interview, observation and documentation. While data analysis is qualitative data analysis technique using Miles and Huberman’s model. The results of this study indicate that qarḍul ḥasan financing in Baitul Maal Al-Amin at Kedungkandang is quite effective with the fulfillment of measurement of several indicators such as usability, accuracy and objectivity, scope, accountability, cost effectiveness, and timeliness. In addition, qarḍul ḥasan financing in Baitul Maal Al-Amin has a significant impact for micro business development at Kedungkandang with the growth of sales turnover which is seen from the income and the growth of custome, even though the growth of local labor and the expansion of the place are has low significant impact.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of supply chain management (supplier partnership, information sharing, customer relationship) on the operational performance of the furniture industry in Jombang Regency, and to find out the dominant variables that influenced the operational performance. The population and sample in this study were all furniture business owners in Mojowarno Sub-District, Jombang Regency. The total population was 163 and the total sample was 62 respondents. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to furniture business owners. In this study, the analytical tools used were scale range, multiple linear regression analysis, and a dominance test that showed that supply chain management with supplier partnership, information sharing, and customer relationship variables significantly influenced the operational performance. The dominant variable influencing operational performance was the customer relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the dimensions of total quality management (TQM) implementation on the operational performance of MSMEs in Malang City and to find out what dimensions of TQM are considered to be dominant in influencing operational performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on MSME Entrepreneurs in Lowokwaru District, Malang City with a total sample of 45 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire and Likert scale to measure the dimensions. The instrument test in this study uses validity and reliability tests, and the analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all dimensions of TQM had partial effect except the dimensions of Long-Term Commitment and Unity of Purpose. The simultaneous test proves that the dimensions of TQM have a simultaneous effect on operational performance. It is also known that education and training are dimensions of TQM implementation that have a dominant influence on operational performance
