Abstract

This study aims to describe the talent and entrepreneurship that have the potential students, teaching methods courses in entrepreneurship, student interest in entrepreneurship and know the effect of entrepreneurial talent and potential and methods of interest in entrepreneurship students. The analysis tool used is the range of scale and multiple linear regression. Results obtained findings that entrepreneurial talent and competence of students is very high, both entrepreneurial learning methods and student interest in entrepreneurship is very high. Entrepreneurial talent and potential has the strongest influence on student interest in entrepreneurship than learning methods, while learning method had no significant effect.

Abstract

The power and morality is to be a pairs in the human civilization, and illustrate the culture,, social system of the society. Power and authority needs legitimation support to applicate due to the its basic orientation thet power / and authority talking about controls a man to the others. The power is the way of thinking and the way of doing. However, the power or authority needs ecological sound, specially in orientation of morality. In relation to motivication and morality in the social ecosystem, there is the looser and the winner, at once. Then , it could be arise the prey and predator of power of authority. The rule of conduct is one ofinterested motive to assess in discussion about power of authority.

Abstract

Perusahaan mitra (Rumah Yoghurt dan Pure Yoghurt) merupakan perusahaan kecil yang ingin meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk yoghurt serta memperluas pangsa pasar tidak hanya di kota Batu dan kabupaten Malang saja tetapi dapat lebih luas sampai Malang Raya atau Jawa Timur. Kendala yang dihadapi saat ini adalah proses produksi dilakukan pada ruang yang kurang steril (agak terbuka) dan proses pengemasan produk masih manual sehingga perlu waktu pengemasan yang agak lama. Kedua hal tersebut sangat mempengaruhi terhadap kualitas produk yoghurt. Tingkat kerusakan produk dapat diatasi dengan melakukan proses produksi dengan menggunakan konsep lean production. Di bidang pemasaran, perusahaan masih mengandalkan direct marketing dengan cara bertemu langsung ?face to face? dengan pelanggan, dan menyebar brosur. Cara ini akan lebih efektif jika ditambah media promosi secara online atau electronoic teleshopping dengan menggunakan situs web perusahaan atau blog perusahaan sebagai ajang promosi yang murah dengan jangkauan pangsa pasar yang sangat luas. Untuk itu IbM ini bertujuan membantu mitra untuk : (1) menghasilkan produk yoghurt dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dan tingkat produktivitas yang tingg dan (2) membantu dalam pemasaran produk. Hasil yang dicapai dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Pemahaman tentang lean production ; (2)  Motivasi bisnis yang meningkat; (3)Pemasangan AC dan Cup Sealer pada mitra; (4) Pembuatan blog  perusahaan; (5)  Penguatan pada bagian pemasaran melalui :  jaringan kerjasama yang lebih luas , perubahan desain logo yang lebih menarik, menambah varian rasa dan adanya diversifikasi produk

Abstract

It is also an effort to increase student involvement in the learning process. Byapplying Learning Experience Method which place more emphasis on experience, students are ableto feel, express and enhance personal development (soft skills). The method used was to compare theexperience between the use of constructivist learning is a method in an experimental class usinglecture and discussion on the control class.Observations on the experimental class and control class obtained results indicate that the methodis considered more interesting learning experience and fun, the involvement of students in the learningprocess more student skills can be improved and enhanced. In addition, if viewed from the aspect ofstudent satisfaction attitudes towards learning experience methods showed higher yields than lecturemethod and discussion. Another indicator used is the value of midterm test and final test as anindication of the cognitive aspect or understanding of students in the experimental class obtainedbetter results than the control class. Abstract

This study examines how the impact of work from home on performance, due to the existence of a new working atmosphere so as to examine whether it has an impact and has an effect on perfor- mance; work from home against work stress. This is due to changes in routine and prone to conflict and role ambiguity that can lead to work stress; readiness for change or readiness to change as mod- eration. Changes in work routines make workers have to adapt to technology and become com- pletely online. This type of research is explanatory research which aims to test the hypothesis. The research method uses a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires as primary data and the respondents of this research are teachers in the city of Malang. The analysis tool uses path analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that work from home had no significant effect on performance; work from home has a significant effect on work stress; work stress has a significant ef- fect on performance; work stress mediates the effect of work from home on performance; readiness to change does not moderate the effect of work from home on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe leadership, competence, and employee performance; analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance in Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) both directly and through employee competence as a mediating variable. Data collection used a survey method, with a questionnaire as a tool. The population is employees in MSMEs. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 83 respondents. The analytical method used is a Scale Range and path analysis with the Smart PLS3 program. The results of the study showed that leadership is very good, the competence and performance of employees are very high; leadership has a significant effect on employee performance directly, as well as through competence mediation variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of the transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Accordingly, it needs to add the mediating variables, namelythe trust and Islamic work ethic in order to evaluating the effects of moderation. The object of this study (population) is all members of staff at the syariah rooms, one of the guest house in Malang. This study instrumentalizes the probabilty sampling technique in dealing with a total sample of 50 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis of this study is the path analysis. This study finds that the transformational leadership seems to have no effects on the organizational citizenship behavior, but on trust. In this context, the trust has had an effect on theorganizational citizenship behavior and has mediated the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.The Islamic work ethics has had no moderation effect onthe transformational leadership ofthe organizational citizenship behavior. Although the result of this study seems to be specific, it needs to be supported by the larger scale of study and advancement of the research variable in order to find larger patterns of study in the similar field.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pertama, Ikatan Pengusaha ‘Aisyiyah (IPAS) adalah pengembangan pada jumlah produksi yang harus ditingkatkan. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil observasi, juga diketahui bahwa produsen susu IPAS sudah memiliki beberapa jenis produk susu yang dapat dikembangkan. Selain itu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra juga terkait dengan produk olahan yang memiliki kemasan yang kurang menarik yang membuat tim pengabdi merasa itu menjadi salah satu permasalah yang dialami oleh mitra padahal produk mereka sudah banyak dikenal dipasar namun kapasitas produksi mereka juga masih kecil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi pengusaha susu yang berada di IPAS adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengembangkan rebranding produk sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang lebih di masyarakat. Metode implementasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Pemberian pelatihan terkait dengan peningkatan produktivitas menggunakan teknologi baru, (2) Pelatihan dan pengembangan terkait dengan rebranding produk. Tim pengabdi juga memberikan beberapa pandangan terkait desain kemasan produk yang dianggap menarik dan bernilai jual dipasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para mitra, memberikan poin penjualan tambahan untuk produk IPAS, publikasi terkait dengan diferensiasi produk IPAS, meningkatkan volume produksi untuk pengusaha susu IPAS, dan memberikan pandangan terkait inovasi yang dapat mereka perbaiki untuk terus mengembangkan pasar mereka di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji peran knowledge sharing dan motivasi pada pengaruh learning organization terhadap kinerja. Penelitian diadakan di bidang layanan Telekomunikasi, khususnya Telkom dan Telkomsel. Sampel adalah semua karyawan di kedua perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan metode Smart PLS3.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan learning organization akan meningkatkan kinerka karyawan, knowledge sharing dan motivasi; knowledge sharing akan mingkatkan kinerja karyawan, namum motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Knowledge sharing memiliki peran mediasi pada pengaruh learning organization terhadap kinerka karyawan, sedangkan motivasi tidak memediasi pada pengaruh learning organization terhadap kinerja karyawanbc b
