<![CDATA[The analysis conducted will interpret ratios or financial data and its implications. This research is compiled to analyze health assessment KJKS Berkah Madani years 2015-2016 using a standard assessment of the Regulation of the Minister of State for Cooperatives and SMEs RI Number: 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007 on guidelines for a health assessment KJKS and UJKS Cooperative. The results of this study will be taken into consideration in the evaluation and a policy for KJKS Berkah Madani to improve their business performance so that stability is maintained and is expected to enhance public trust in this Islamic Microfinance Institutions. The approach used in this study is a quantitative and descriptive variables used are capital; asset quality; management; efficiency; and liquidity. Based on analysis of the health assessment KJKS Berkah Madani can be seen that score recapitulation of five variables in 2015 amounted to 73, 7832 and in 2016 increased to 79,9832 with the category Fairly Healthy.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Islam SEBI, Sawangan, Depok, dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa baru STEI SEBI mengenai implementasi ekonomi Islam di dunia kerja. Metode PKM dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi dengan pendekatan talkshow dengan tujuan agar sosialisasi tersebut mampu diterima oleh mahasiswa baru yang merupakan generasi milenial. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa baru STEI SEBI terhadap praktik ekonomi Islam di dunia kerja.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the study is to examine how PT Pegadaian (Persero)'s rahn reacts to changes in inflation rates, gold prices, and operational income in Indonesia. The EVIEWS 10 analysis software is used to do multiple linear regression analysis (ordinary least square) and classical assumption testing on the hypotheses. Time series data from 2014-2019 are utilized for this analysis. A t-statistic of 0.0014 indicates that inflation rates have a considerable influence on credit rahn, while t-statistics of 0.0000 and 0.0152 indicate that operational revenues and gold price both have significant effects on lending rates. With a coefficient of determination (R2 adj) of 99.5% and the remaining 0.5% impacted by other factors, it can be said that all independent variables influence the lending rahn at PT Pegadaian (Persero).]]>

<![CDATA[Persoalan sikap kerja yang menjadi latar belakang penelitan ini, dan tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara menyeluruh dan parsial antara sikap kerja, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kausal. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data tentang ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel yang lain menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling, yaitu metode simple random sampling, diperoleh 40 sampel dari 101 populasi yang tersedia dengan menggunakan program software SPSS 25, analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan korelasi regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Sikap kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (3) Sikap kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan di PT Mediamaz Solusindo Nusantara. Metode yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan menggunakan skala likert. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 55 orang karyawan, menggunakan program software SPSS 20, analisa data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan korelasi regresi linier berganda. Teknik sampling yang diperoleh dari sampel sebanyak 55 responden, teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan; (2) Kompensasi berpengarug signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (3) Lingkungan kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel tingkat suku bunga dan pendapatan usaha terhadap penyaluran kredit rahn pada PT Pegadaian di Indonesia. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda (ordinary least square). Data yang digunakan adalah data time series yaitu periode 2014-2019. Berdasarkan analisis parsial tingkat suku bunga (probabilitas t-statistik 0,0000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan rahn. Dan pendapatan pegadaian (probabilitas t-statistic 0,0000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan rahn. Secara simultan semua variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan rahn PT Pegadaian di Indonesia, dengan koefisien determinasi (R2 adj) 99,5% dan sisanya 0,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.]]>

<![CDATA[Stunting is very influential on the development of growth and development as a determinant of the quality of human resources. Many factors include the lack of good nutrition, congenital and infectious diseases, ignorance of a mother's knowledge related to stunting, wrong parenting, poor hygiene handling and low environmental health services. Many people do not know and realize stunting children as a big problem. Because these stunted children in the midst of society look general and have normal activities. Seeing this problem, we have a goal to share information, knowledge and experience with the community, so that it is hoped that in the future the community will be able to avoid, overcome and prevent this stunting problem. The things achieved in this program are (a) residents have knowledge about stunting; (b) Regulate and maintain health in the family; (c) Printing of quality resources.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to examine indicators as a measured by inflation and interest rates to the Return On Asset (ROA) of Shariah Banking in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Whereas the data used is secondary data, thus to determine the accuracy of model it is important to test some classical assumption underlined the regression model. The classical assumption testing used in this research contain of experiment, normality, multicolinearity, heteroskedatisitas and autocorrelation. The results showed that the rate of inflation and interest rate variables simultaneously affect significantly to Return On Asset (ROA). According to the t test result, it can conclude that inflation variables partially have effect to Return On Asset (ROA), whereas interest rates variables don’t have effect partially.
