Abstract

Latar Belakang: Definisi stroke adalah disfungsi neurologis akut yang disebabkan oleh gangguan aliran darah yang timbul secara tiba-tiba, sehingga suplai darah ke otak terganggu. Di Indonesia 1 dari 7 orang meninggal karena stroke. Insiden stroke adalah 12,1 per 1.000 orang Indonesia. Terapi musik alami adalah salah satu jenis terapi non-farmakologis yang dapat meningkatkan nilai GCS. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa efek terapi musik suara alam pada skala koma glascow pada pasien stroke. Metode: Sebuah studi pre eksperimen kuantitatif tanpa kelompok kontrol. Sampel penelitian adalah 35 pasien stroke non hemoragik. Sampel akan mendapatkan terapi musik suara alam selama 3 hari dengan durasi 20 menit dengan volume 50% atau 60dB. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil tes wilcoxon adalah p = 0,000. Artinya, terapi musik suara alam memberi efek pada glascow coma scale pasien stroke. Kesimpulan: Terapi musik suara alam dapat meningkatkan GCS pada pasien stroke.

Abstract

AbstrakKonseling dan tes HIV/AIDS sukarela merupakan suatu pembinaan dua arah atau dialog yang berlangsung tak terputus antara konselor dan kliennya dengan tujuan untuk mencegah penularan HIV, memberi dukungan moral, informasi, serta dukungan lainnya kepada ODHA, keluarga, dan lingkungannya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 7 Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK) sebagai partisipan. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam yang dianalisis dengan content analysis. Hasilnya para PSK memaknai proses Konseling dan tes HIV/AIDS sukarela yang telah mereka jalani dengan tetap mempertahankan perilaku hidup bersih sehat mereka sehari-hari dan tetap mencari pelayanan kesehatan serta menjadi pendidik sebaya di lokalisasi. Pemerintah dan LSM terkait hendaknya turut memfasilitasi para PSK untuk mempertahankan perilaku hidup bersih sehat mereka setelah melakukan konseling dan tes berkelanjutan. AbstractVoluntary Counseling and Testing HIV/AIDS (VCT) is a two-way counseling or continuous dialogue between counselor and client to prevent HIV transmission, give moral support, information and other supports for people with HIV/AIDS, his family and the environment. The total participants in this research were 7 CSWs. The researcher used in-depth interview to collect the data, which were analyzed by content analysis method. The research showed that the meaning of VCT for CSWs themselves could kept their daily healthy behavior and healthy seeking and also became peer educators after following the VCT process. The government and the voluntary organizations which are concerned with CSWs and HIV/ AIDS should facilitate the CSW’s efforts to keep their health oriented after doing VCT with continuous screening.

Abstract

Severe acute respiratory syndromecoronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a virus that attacks the respiratory system. The disease caused by this viral infection is called COVID-19. COVID-19 can attack anyone, one of them is people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). One of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic for PLWHA is anxiety. Ongoing anxiety problems result in PLWHA being irregular in taking treatment, and difficulties in obtaining health facilities. This research is a quantitative-research that is descriptive analytic. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 45 respondents. Data is presented in the form of tables, pictures, and narratives. Respondents with no anxiety category 17 (37.8%), mild anxiety 15 (33.3%), moderate anxiety 10 (22.2%), severe anxiety 3 (6.7%). Based on gender, male respondents who were not anxious 8 (17.8%), mild anxiety 12 (26.7%), moderate anxiety 6 (13.3%), severe anxiety 3 (6.7%), female who are not anxious are 9 (20.0%), mild anxiety 3 (6.7%), moderate anxiety 4 (8.8%), severe anxiety 0 (0.0%). Based on age, respondents with no anxiety were 13 (28.9%), mild anxiety 13 (28.9%), moderate anxiety 9 (20.0%), severe anxiety 3 (6.7%). In the middle age, respondents who were not anxious were 4 (8.9%), mild anxiety 2 (4.4%), moderate anxiety 1 (2.2%), and severe anxiety 0 (0.0%). Most of the respondents did not experience anxiety as many as 17 respondents (37.8%). Male respondents were dominant in mild anxiety, namely 12 (26.7%) while women in the non-anxious category were 9 (20.0%). Adult respondents in the non-anxiety and mild anxiety categories were 13 respondents (28.9%), while middle age dominated the non-anxious category, namely 4 respondents (8.9%). So, the level of anxiety between one respondent and another respondent will be different, this is because one of the factors is age, and gender.
