Abstract

Sayur merupakan makanan penting yang harus selalu dikonsumsi setiap kali makan, tidak hanya bagi orang dewasa, mengkonsumsi sayur dan buah sangat penting untuk dikonsumsi sejak usia anak-anak untuk menunjang kesehatan dan tumbuh kembang anak pra sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku konsumsi sayur anak pra sekolah di TK Dharma Wanita Landungsari Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian mengunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 60 anak dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 52 anak pra sekolah yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen berupa lembar kuesioner. Metode analisa data yang di gunakan yaitu uji deskriptif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan hampir seluruhnya 42 (80,8%) responden memiliki perilaku konsumsi sayur kategori kurang pada anak pra sekolah di TK Dharma Wanita Landungsari Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan ibu dari anak pra sekolah memasak sayur yang beragam setiap hari, menyiapkan sayuran di meja makan sehingga anak siap mengkonsumsinya bersamaan dengan nasi, menyiapkan bekal anak ke sekolah yang berisi sayuran. Vegetables are an important food that must always be consumed every meal, not only for adults, consuming vegetables and fruits is very important to be consumed since the age of children to support the health and growth of pre-school children. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of pre-school children's consumption of vegetables in Dharma Wanita Landungsari Kindergarten, Dau District, Malang Regency. The research design uses descriptive cross sectional approach. The population is 60 children with a sample of 52 pre-school children determined based on Simple Random Sampling technique. Instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive test. The results of the study proved that almost all 42 (80.8%) respondents had a lack of vegetable consumption behavior in pre-school children in Dharma Wanita Landungsari Kindergarten, Dau District, Malang Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that mothers of pre-school children cook a variety of vegetables every day, preparing vegetables at the dining table so that the children are ready to consume them together with rice, preparing children's supplies to schools containing vegetables.
