Abstract

Kepribadian merupakan karakteristik seseorang yang menyebabkan munculnya konsistensi perasaan, pemikiran dan perilaku. Ketika individu yang cenderung memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert yang tinggi maka mereka cenderung untuk menceritakan permasalahannya dengan orang di sekitarnya sehingga mereka akan merasa beban mereka berkurang, sehingga kecenderungan mereka untuk mengalami penarikan diri lebih rendah. Individu dengan kepribadian introvert cenderung tertutup dan memendam segala permasalahan yang ada baik itu dengan keluarga, tetangga, maupun dengan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tipe kepribadian dengan mekanisme koping pada lansia. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah agar lansia mendapatkan wawasan tipe kepribadian yang terjadi pada lansia dan penggunaan mekanisme koping. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 26 responden pengambilan sampel secara non-random dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Hasil uji spearman rank dapat diinterprestasikan bahwa tipe kepribadian mempunyai hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan mekanisme koping ditandai pada nilai correlation coefisien atau tingkat korelasi sebesar 0,610 atau 61% dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar α = 0,001 dengan taraf signifikan α < 0,05. Maka Ho ditolak artinya ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara tipe kepribadian dengan mekanisme koping pada lansia di RT 01 dan RT 02 Desa Kalisongo Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Kata Kunci: Mekanisme koping, tipe kepribadian.

Abstract

Since the enactment of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015 it should encourage all economic actors, including SMEs and Micro Enterprises, to improve themselves in order to improve the quality of production, both goods and services. If this is not done, then Indonesia is a “soft” market for other Asean countries because Indonesia has the largest population size in Asean, which is close to nearly 260 million people. SMEs and micro enterprises, which are the manifestation of people's economic democracy, will be devastated when the heavy flow of goods and services from various Asean countries invades the Indonesian market. Realizing that, empowering SMEs and Micro Enterprises is a necessity and a necessity to be able to find a national identity that has a comparative and competitive advantage. The activity is one of the media in order to strengthen SMEs and Micro Enterprises. For this reason, in the proposed IbM (Science and Technology for the community) Cake Business Group in Penjaringan Sari Surabaya's Cake Village, we chose:1. AA Micro Business under the brand ADFUN; and2. Rahayu Micro Business under the brand PELITA HATI. Where both of them are engaged in the production of typical Surabaya cakes, which so far are both more distinctively known as the Surabaya cake village. This activity aims to improve product quality in the form of various kinds of products, so that there will be more choices of buyers and if there are more variants, the more attractive it is to buyers.

Abstract

Purpose: The government's efforts in developing the economy of low-income communities in the city of Surabaya require high participation support. The low community participation in the incubation facilitation program for independent businesses is a problem that needs a solution Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is descriptive quantitative and case study methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses inferential analysis and analysis of data characteristics. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the novelty at the level of community participation is arranged into three steps, namely: Stairs 1 (Basic Need Participation), 2 (Learning Encouragement), and 3 (Participation for growth).
