Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of cash receipts procedures at PT. Indonesian post. Cash receipts that occur at PT. Pos Indonesia come from many types of transactions. The writing focuses on cash receipts that come from sending postal packages, because it is a transaction that still often occurs even though there are other goods delivery service companies. The recording and bookkeeping system carried out at PT. Pos Indonesia is in accordance with the procedures established by the head office and the bookkeeping is carried out very consistently and thoroughly. The analysis technique used is a qualitative approach. With this cash receipt procedure, it is hoped that it can assist financial activities in processing cash flow reports and presenting them in the form of reports quickly, easily and accurately. Thus, the existence of a cash flow reporting system that is designed can be implemented properly and helps to minimize the problems that are being faced by PT. Pos (PERSERO). It is expected that the cash receipts process will run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In granting credit, banks must pay attention to the principles of sound credit, including the risks that must be faced on loan repayments by customers/debtors. In a credit application, the PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch conducts an analysis first related to the precautionary principle, after the bank believes and trusts the customer's ability to return the borrowed funds then the credit can be disbursed. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch. This study uses the interview method. Interviews were conducted with the Head of Credit, Credit Analysis, Customer Service, and Customers of Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch. Data collection techniques were obtained by conducting interviews and observation methods. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the provision of credit is appropriate and in accordance with the existing theoretical studies, and the procedure for granting credit is in accordance with the procedures applied to PT. Abstract

Every individual in work not only wants a salary and achievement, but work is a fulfillment of the need for social interaction. Teachers who have friendly and supportive co-workers will lead them to good work results as well. The success of school communication can be interpreted as the effectiveness of communication between the principal and his subordinates (teachers). The purpose of this study was to determine the communication between the principal and the teacher that occurred at SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Serbalawan. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with the approach of Miles and Huberman. The result of the analysis is that communication between the principal and the teacher is an action that must be maintained properly in order to improve the quality of the relationship between the principal and the teacher. Broadly speaking, the communication relationship between the two is good and needs to be maintained in order to remain harmonious and create an atmosphere of modesty and peace.

Abstract

The Amanah Bangsa Islamic Bank Financing Bank exists and grows as a bank that is able to provide banking services based on sharia principles. As a community facility, BPRS Amanah Bangsa offers a time deposit product or often referred to as Time Deposit. Deposits at BPRS Amanah Bangsa are savings using a mudharabah contract, where the customer is called sahibul maal while the bank is the mudharib. Funds in deposits are guaranteed by the government through the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) with certain conditions. Usually Deposit products have a storage period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months according to the wishes of the customer. Deposits can also be renewed automatically when they are due until the owner withdraws the deposit. The mudharabah contract application in time deposits products at BPRS Amanah Bangsa is a contract whose management meets the mudharib (bank) responsibilities and the customer is obliged to follow the provisions given by the bank.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country where most of the population earns a living from the agricultural sector. Until now, most of Indonesia's population uses natural resources to meet their needs and depend on the agricultural sector for their livelihood. High agricultural productivity will be in vain if it is not fully absorbed by the market. Various kinds of sales techniques that exist today can be directly sold in the market, through catalogs and what is currently developing is using the online method. Technology that is developing rapidly increases the rate of economic growth, unfortunately there are still many who have not taken advantage of technological advances, especially in the field of marketing agricultural products. The main source of income for the residents of Ajibata Subdistrict, Tobasa Regency, is from the agricultural sector and people's plantations. The agricultural products of Ajibata Regency are rice, corn, peanuts, cassava, sweet potato, coffee, cocoa, and candlenut. The results of this study indicate that Information Technology has a positive and significant effect in increasing the marketing of agricultural products in Ajibata District, Toba Samosir Regency. This is indicated by the tcount value of 5.418 which is greater than the t table value of 0.138 and the significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the 0.05 significance value. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi mendalam terhadap kebijakan penentuan bunga dan jaminan dalam proses pemberian kredit di PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar. Dalam konteks lingkungan perbankan yang dinamis, penentuan bunga dan jenis jaminan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kelancaran transaksi kredit dan risiko yang dihadapi oleh bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk menggali persepsi dan pandangan internal bank terkait kebijakan tersebut. Melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak terkait di PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penentuan suku bunga dan persyaratan jaminan dalam pemberian kredit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan penentuan bunga dan jaminan di bank ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti risiko kredit, tingkat suku bunga pasar, profil nasabah, dan pertimbangan kebijakan eksternal.  Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa strategi penentuan bunga dan jaminan harus seimbang antara mendorong pertumbuhan kredit yang sehat dan mengelola risiko yang mungkin timbul. Kebijakan yang tepat dalam penentuan bunga dan persyaratan jaminan dapat mempengaruhi daya saing bank, kepercayaan nasabah, dan stabilitas keuangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kebijakan penentuan bunga dan jaminan di PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar memainkan peran penting dalam mengelola portofolio kredit dan risiko. Penting bagi bank untuk terus memantau perkembangan pasar dan risiko yang ada serta melakukan penilaian yang cermat terhadap nasabah dalam menentukan suku bunga dan jenis jaminan yang sesuai. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami dinamika kebijakan perbankan dan memberikan panduan bagi bank dalam mengoptimalkan keputusan terkait pemberian kredit.
