Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Leader Member Exchange, Digital Transformation on Work Innovation Capabilities and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This research was conducted the sample units were 390 Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that transformational leadership has a significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, transformational leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leader Member Exchange has a significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, Leader Member Exchange has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, digital transformation has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, digital Transformation has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Work Innovation Capabilities have no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, transformational Leadership has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities through Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leader Member Exchange has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities via Organizational Citizens hip Behavior , digital transformation has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The outbreak of Corona virus pandemic is changing the face of the education process in various parts of the world. Lots of the educational processes are transformed into online or learning from home. In spite of this, it was found that some teachers experienced difficulties administering online teaching. This phenomenon moves the community service team to organize a varied, interactive, and fun learning process for educators at the elementary school level in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. A total of 90 educators from private and state schools were trained to use a fun reading style using the Literacycloud browser. The training began with online dissemination, followed by visitations to target schools. All educators were asked to practice Triwaca, namely Uninterrupted Sustained Silent Reading (USSR), story pyramids, and BookTalk. performance. The results of cognitive measurements showed an increase in educators' knowledge about the pleasuring reading by 50%. In addition, the target school has produced more than 20 story pyramids and practicing BookTalk both online and offline for students. In conclusion, the Triwaca and Literacycloud programs in general ran successfully as seen from the program achievement indicators.

Abstract

The Amanah Bangsa Islamic Bank Financing Bank exists and grows as a bank that is able to provide banking services based on sharia principles. As a community facility, BPRS Amanah Bangsa offers a time deposit product or often referred to as Time Deposit. Deposits at BPRS Amanah Bangsa are savings using a mudharabah contract, where the customer is called sahibul maal while the bank is the mudharib. Funds in deposits are guaranteed by the government through the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) with certain conditions. Usually Deposit products have a storage period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months according to the wishes of the customer. Deposits can also be renewed automatically when they are due until the owner withdraws the deposit. The mudharabah contract application in time deposits products at BPRS Amanah Bangsa is a contract whose management meets the mudharib (bank) responsibilities and the customer is obliged to follow the provisions given by the bank.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of original local revenue and balance funds partially on the capital expenditure in districts / towns of North Sumatra Province. The amount of capital expenditure for each region varies according to the size of the region and the needs of the region. The realization of capital expenditure in each region can show the economic progress of a region. Based on data that the author obtained from the website of the Director-General of Fiscal Balance, there is still a capital expenditure budget that has not been maximally realized for regional development The population was 33 districts / towns of North Sumatra Province years of 2010-2018 and population will be used as sample. The data were processed by using panel data regression statistical method. The result of the research that original local revenue and balance fund had positive and significant influence on the capital expenditure in districts / towns of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the bankruptcy prediction of the Altman z-score model, auditor reputation and opinion shopping on going concern audit opinion in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 25 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were determined using purposive sampling technique. Observations in this study were carried out throughout the period 2015 to 2019 so that the number of observations was 125 data. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. While the data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis with statistical data processing software, namely STATA. Based on the results obtained in this study, it can be seen that the prediction of bankruptcy based on the Altman z-score model has no significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Auditor reputation is proven to have a negative and significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And opinion shopping is also proven to have a negative and significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Competitive competition to achieve high performance does not only occur in private organizations, but also government. The formulation of the problem in this study is work discipline and cooperation on employee performance at the BPPRD Office of North Sumatra Province UPT Pematangsiantar. This research aims to determine work discipline and cooperation on employee performance at the BPPRD Office of North Sumatra Province UPT Pematangsiantar. The research design used by the author was field research, where the research was carried out at the BPPRD Office of North Sumatra Province UPT Pematangsiantar, the population was employees at the BPPRD Office of North Sumatra Province UPT Pematangsiantar. The sampling technique used saturated samples by using the entire population as the research sample, amounting to 43 employees. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination. The results showed that work discipline and cooperation have a positive effect on employee performance on the Employee Performance of BPPRD Office of North Sumatra Province UPT Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Technological developments are so fast and fast that all banks are increasingly trying to provide excellent service to customers who are the spearhead of the banking business. The high competition in the banking business and the heterogeneous condition of customers make the management have to make efforts to improve services. the inability of banks to deal with customer complaints makes customers dissatisfied and shifting. The large costs associated with service recovery have prevented the banking sector from responding quickly to various customer complaints or customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which service recovery can improve banking services. The independent variable (independent) in this study is service quality (X), namely the application of service recovery strategies consisting of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Meanwhile, the determining variable (dependent) is customer satisfaction (Y) at Bank BRI Pasar Horas Unit. The analytical technique used in this study is linear regression to see how much influence the variable X has on Y. The results of data processing using SPSS are that X has a significant positive effect on Y with a significance value of 0.00 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.772. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 0.772 is equal to 77.2%, this figure implies that quality affects customer satisfaction by 77.2% Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, service recovery

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the interest in applying for credit loans at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar. The research variable x is the impact of Covid-19 and the variable y is the interest in applying for a credit loan. In this study, the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling where the sample data collection method was by selecting subjects based on criteria predetermined by the researcher. The population of this research is all members of CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar during January to July 2019-2020 as many as 520 members, the sample is the special criteria for members who make loans (daily) who actively borrow from January to July 2019-2020 with a total of 80 people. . Data collection techniques used questionnaire techniques, interviews, observation. Data analysis used simple regression analysis program SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 24 For Windows. Based on these results, it shows that the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic has a significant negative effect on the Interest in Applying for Credit Loans at CUM Caritas HKBP. The regulations and performance of CUM Caritas HKBP affect the interest of members to apply for credit loans, not only the Covid-19 impact factor. So it is suggested for further researchers to conduct extensive research and add other variables that affect the interest of members in applying for credit loans.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on performance, Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on Job Satisfaction (JS), the variable: Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Job Performance (JP) and the variable Organizational citizenship behavior ( OCB) to Job Satisfaction (JS). This research method includes explanatory quantitative research, The independent variables in this study are OCB and innovation culture which affect the dependent variable performance and job satisfaction. The population in this study are star hotels in Tangerang City, which amount to 66 hotels. This study uses simple random sampling method to determine the sample of respondents. The research instrument used was an online questionnaire via google form. For data analysis use software  SmartPLS 3.3.3 . The results of this study are Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on work performance (JP), Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS), Job Satisfaction Variable (JS) has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS ), Innovative work behavior (IWB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS).
