Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the system of life in this country has changed. The impact of the Virus really affect on the economy of our country so that many companies go out of business and eventually lay off their employees. This condition also has an impact in Sawangan Village, Depok – West Java. The Community Service Team from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta found some problems occurred relate with the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (also known as UMKM) so the team has conducted and  provide counseling, training to increase of Start Up Knowledge among RT 05 / RW 10 Pasir Putih , Sawangan, Depok.. This Community service activities (PKM) took place at the Perumahan Koperasi Hall, RT 05/ RW 10, Pasir Putih Village. This community service activity (PKM) divided to 3 working group, one of them is Education and Cooperatives Group. In total there were 20 households and X employees (layoff victims) to become Tenants in Creating Start-Ups in Pasir Putih Village, Sawangan, Depok.. In the extension and training activities, the attendance rate of prospective tanents in participating in counseling and training is good, namely 18 persons. The conclusion is that prospective tenants have improved to create a start-up. Suggestions for partners working with the UPN  Veterans Jakarta with prospective tenants will consistently create a new Start-Up

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to be able to know the influence of work discipline, work stress and organizational culture on the work productivity of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Bogor. The population is all employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Bogor with a total of 174 employees. The number of samples used in this study was 64 employees with slovin use. Data processing the dissemination of questionnaires and using quantiative data analysis techniques using the statistical methode partial Least Square (PLS). The test result of this study are, (1) work discipline has significant and positive effect on work productivity, (2) work stress has a significant and negative effect on work productivity, (3) and organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on work productivity of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Bogor. Keywords: organizationa culture, work discipline, work productivity, and work stress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of the employees of the Jakarta Creative Media State Polytechnic. The data used is quantitative data with a population of 258 and a sample of 115 responses. This research hypothesis was tested using Multiple Linier Regression Analysis Method with SPSS software program and with a significant level of 5%. The results obtained from this study are (1) there is a significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction, (2) there is a significant influence between compensation and job satisfaction, (3) there is a significant influence between work environment and job satisfaction, and (4) there is a significant influence between motivation, compensation and work environment simultaneously or together on job satisfaction. In this study, because the Covid-19 pandemic has limitations, it is difficult for researchers to find references directly, and it is also difficult for researchers to distribute questionnaires directly. This research provides ideas that can considered by Jakarta Creative Media State Polytechnic in solving HR problems related to these variables, as well as assisting the learning process and application of science especially HR management science.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods to define the impact of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work environment on employee performance. This research was performed using objects in the form of an employee of the Jakarta Food Crop Germination Directorate. The research became held using a saturated sample, specifically via taking the entire population of employees as many as 58 employees. The data collected in the study by using a questionnaire with google form on 58 employees. The analysis performed as part of the writing of this research was performed using the SmartPls 3.0 application. The conclusion that may be visible from the research method that has been accomplished are: 1) organizational culture has a good impact on worker performance. 2) organizational commitment has a huge impact on worker performance. 3) the work environment has a huge impact on employee performance. 4) organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work environment concurrently affect employee performance.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Lestari 25 is a community group in Serang City that carries out business activities to utilize waste to be managed with a system of refuse, reduce, and recycle. This effort is certainly a form of public concern in helping the government improve environmental cleanliness. In addition, of course, you will get income to improve people's welfare and advance the economic structure. The absence of financial management carried out at Bank Sampah Lestari 25 makes the performance of this waste bank not optimal. Financial management is an action to achieve financial goals in the future. Financial management includes personal financial management, family financial management, and company financial management. Financial management is an important part of overcoming economic problems, whether individuals, families, or companies. The objectives of financial management in general are to achieve certain target funds in the future, protect and increase wealth owned, regulate cash flow (income and expenditure of money), and carry out risk management and manage investment risk properly and manage debt and credit. From the results of the implementation of community service activities in the form of financial management literacy, training on recording financial transactions, and preparing simple financial reports, the benefits were very much felt. From ignorance of financial management and irregularity in managing finances to understanding and being able to carry out more regular financial management. Abstrak Bank Sampah Lestari 25 adalah kelompok masyarakat di Kota Serang yang melakukan kegiatan usaha memanfaatkan sampah untuk dikelola dengan sistem refuse, reduce, dan recycle. Usaha ini tentunya sebagai bentuk kepedulian masyarakat dalam membantu pemerintah meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan. Selain itu tentunya mendapatan penghasilan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memajukan struktur ekonomi. Belum adanya manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan pada Bank Sampah Lestari 25 menjadikan kinerja bank sampah ini tidak maksimal.  Manajemen keuangan merupakan sebuah tindakan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangan di masa yang akan datang. Manajemen keuangan meliputi manajemen keuangan pribadi, manajemen keuangan keluarga, dan manajemen keuangan perusahaan. Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam mengatasi masalah ekonomi, baik individu, keluarga, maupun perusahaan. Tujuan manajemen keuangan secara umum adalah mencapai target dana tertentu di masa yang akan dating, melindungi dan meningkatkan kekayaan yang dimiliki, mengatur arus kas (pemasukan dan pengeluaran uang), dan melakukan manajemen risiko dan mengatur risiko investasi dengan baik serta mengelola utang piutang. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk literasi manajemen keuangan, pelatihan pencatatan transaksi keuangan, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana memang sangat dirasakan manfaatnya. Dari ketidaktahuan mengenai manajemen keuangan dan ketidakteraturan mengelola keuangan menjadi mengerti dan mampu melakukan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih teratur. Abstract

Institutional strengthening in the form of establishing an organizational structure model, drafting job descriptions and handling conflicts are very important issues today. The need for institutional strengthening is needed not only in large organizations but also very much needed by small organizations such as MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). The Garbage Bank is a type of investment from the sale of community waste that is not cashed directly but is recorded as personal savings. The Sustainable Waste Bank, which was established by a community of environmental care residents at Perum Taman Banten Lestari, has experienced ups and downs in its organizational journey, institutional strengthening is expected to be one of the supporting tools so that this organization can survive and grow in the future. From the results of the implementation of this institutional strengthening activity, results were obtained in the form of a more introduction to the importance of making a clear organizational structure and preparation of job descriptions so that there is no overlapping in the implementation of duties and authorities within the organization. Abstrak Penguatan kelembagaan berupa penetapan model struktur organisasi, penyusunan job description dan handling conflict menjadi isu yang sangat penting dewasa ini. Kebutuhan akan penguatan kelembagaan diperlukan tidak hanya di organisasi besar tetapi juga sangat diperlukan oleh organisasi kecil seperti UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah). Bank Sampah merupakan jenis investasi dari penjualan sampah masyarakat yang tidak secara langsung diuangkan akan tetapi dicatat sebagai tabungan pribadi. Bank Sampah Lestari yang didirikan komunitas warga peduli lingkungan hidup di Perum Taman Banten Lestari ini mengalami pasang surut di dalam perjalanan organisasinya, penguatan kelembagaan diharapkan menjadi salah satu tools yang mendukung agar organisasi ini bisa survive dan semakin berkembang ke depannya. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan penguatan kelembagaan ini didapatkan hasil berupa pengenalan lebih akan pentingnya pembuatan struktur organisasi yang jelas, dan penyusunan job description sehingga tidak terjadi tumpang tindih pelaksanaan tugas dan wewenang di dalam organisasi. Abstract

The use of technology in education is a necessity that cannot be avoided. Information technology-based learning such as presentations using Microsoft Power Point is an interesting process for students. Teaching materials/materials delivered using Microsoft power point can help students understand the material being taught. Generation Z as a generation that is already familiar with technological advances, of course, is also familiar with this technology. This affects their learning process. Visual learning style by relying on visual acuity is a mainstay for generation Z in the learning process. Attractive media and teaching materials will help them understand the material being studied. High school students BP FAI UMJ Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) "Ki Bagus Hadikusumo" are included in generation Z who like visual learning styles. Therefore, the teaching staff of SMA BP FAI UMJ Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) "Ki Bagus Hadikusumo" needs to deepen the use of attractive learning media in delivering material so that students more easily understand the subject. In this mentoring activity, it is expected that the teaching staff can explore the features in Microsoft Power Point so that they can create attractive teaching materials that can be implemented in the teaching and learning process in class or online.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran. Populasi pada penelitian ini ada seluruh pegawai KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran yang berjumlah 113 pegawai. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 88 pegawai dengan penggunaan rumus slovin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner atau angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran, dan (2) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pegawai KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran Kata Kunci: kompetensi, pengalaman kerja, kinerja pegawai ABSTRACT This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of competence and work experience on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Development Bank of Singapore Indonesia Tower II. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden.  Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 44,5%. Uji hipotesis secara parsial  diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,206 > 2,011), artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kounikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank DBS Indonesia Tower II. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 46,8%. Uji hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,503 > 2,011 artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank DBS Indonesia Tower II. Uji simultan komunikasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (31,778 > 1,678). Kata Kunci : Komunikasi; Motivasi; Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh antara komunikasi, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, dan metode penelitian melibatkan dua variabel: variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Populasi yang ada yaitu sebanyak 230 pegawai dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 86 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan Sampling Insidental. Analisis yang digunakan, yaitu mean, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t. Hasil penelitian: komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sub Bagian Umum dan Pengadaan Kementerian Pertanian RI.
