Abstract

 Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi yaitu masa perubahan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Masa remaja identik dengan masa yang penuh masalah, karena remaja berupaya mencari identitas diri. Remaja memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi sehingga kadang kala melakukan tindakan yang tidak wajar, pergaulan yang tidak terbatas, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kepribadian yang labil. Dengan adanya gejolak batin tersebut akan tampak dalam kehidupan beragama yang labil, bimbang dan mengalami kerisauan. Di samping itu jiwanya yang labil dan mengalami kegoncangan, kemampuan berpikir yang abstrak, daya kritis yang berkembang dan emosi yang meluap-luap. Hal ini mengakibatkan kesadaran dalam melaksanakan semua perintah agama menjadi terhalang. Melaksanakan perintah agama hanya ikut-ikutan teman, tanpa menghayati makna dari setiap ibadah yang dilakukan. Menyikapi perkembangan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh remaja khsususnya remaja Islam, maka perlu suatu pendekatan dalam membimbing, mengarahkan dan membantu mengatasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi remaja mengenai penanaman kesadaran beragama untuk mencapai pribadi yang berakhlakul karimah melalui pendekatan konseling Islami. Penerapan Konseling Islami akan membantu remaja mencapai kepribadian yang diharapkan sebagai generasi penerus bangsa dengan kepribadian yang berakhlakul karimah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of individual counseling through emotive rational counseling approach in overcoming anxiety in Payakumbuh Class IIB Penitentiary. The population is fostered citizens before the criminal period ends as many as 20 people, while the study sample is fostered citizens before the criminal period ends as many as 5 people and who are indicated to have high anxiety based on non-rondom sampling techniques and recommendations from employees. The data collection instrument is a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using non-parametric statistical tests using Wilcoxon rack test, hypothesis testing using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The results showed the difference between the pretest and posttest values. From the Wilcoxon test calculation results obtained a significant sip-value of 2.023. Based on the applicable provisions, it is known that the Wilcoxon Sig p-value test result is 0.043 <α (α = 0.05) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation it can be concluded that it is effective to overcome anxiety in the target population before the criminal period expires.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring techniques in individual counseling to reduce the smoking behavior of students in SMA N 1 Batipuh. This research is a Pre Experiment One Group Pretest Posttest Design model. The population is students of class XI IPA and XI IPS as many as 20 people, while the study sample is students of class XI IPA as many as 5 people and are indicated to have smoking behavior based on non rondom sampling techniques and recommendations from BK teachers. Data collection instruments are in this study a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using non-parametric statistical tests using Wilcoxon rank test, hypothesis testing using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20. The results of research that have been known from the results of the Z (Wilcoxon) test values show the difference between the pretest and posttest scores. From the Wilcoxon test calculation results obtained a significance value of Sig p-value of-2.032. Based on the applicable provisions, it is known that the Wilcoxon Sig p-value test result is 0.042 <α (α = 0.05) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the calculation results of the Wilcoxon test it can be concluded that individual counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques can reduce student smoking behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that occur in students at SMA 1 Kuantan Hilir in theonline learning process. The problems in question are related to self-management, such as selfmotivation, self-organization, self management and self-development, such as time management, place setting and great interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of mastery of students' self management in online learning.The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research by describing, describing and interpreting events in accordance with the facts obtained, the results are in the form of numbers. The population in this study was 88 students, the samples taken were all of the number of students in class XI IPS using total sampling technique. The results of the study obtained that self management of students in online learning atSMA 1 Kuantan Hilir was based on 4 indicators, three of which were in the medium category witha percentage of 50% and one of them was in the low category with a percentage of 33.33%.Therefore, the indicator in the low category is the self-compilation indicator, this is due to theassumption/thought among students that the learning process that occurs during the Covid-19pandemic is not what they want. This means that the school must understand all the limitationsthat exist, especially those experienced by students. The impact of this, students hope that the teacher continues to give the best (value) to them so that they do not feel disadvantaged. Students do not try to organize themselves (organization/management) of independent learning to compensate for the shortcomings that exist during the learning process.
