Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP NU Al-Fudloli dengan 50 responden dan sampel sebanyak 40 responden yang diambil megunakan teknik sampling purposive. Teknik pengunpulan data menggunakan nilai ulangan harian semester ganjil dan skala minat belajar dari skala milik Pangestuti (2012) berdasarkan teori dalam buku Slameto (2010) yang terdiri dari 22 item dengan validitas 21 item valid dan reliabilitas 0.880. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS (statistical program for social science) versi 24.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP NU Al-Fudloli dengan nilai sig yang diperoleh adalah 0.000. Dengan hasil tabel determinasi 4.9 diperoleh besarnya nilai korelasi atau hubungan yaitu nilai R sebesar 0.953. dari oautput tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi R Square 0.908, yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar 90,8 %. Hal ini seperti yang dikatakan Slameto (2013 dalam Kusumo, 2016) minat memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap belajar baik proses maupun hasilnya, yaitu bila pelajaran yang dipelajari tidak sesuai dengan minat siswa, siswa tidak akan belajar sebaik-baiknya, karna tidak ada daya tarik baginya.

Abstract

The educational field is one of the fields affected by the impact of COVID-19, in which college students include in sub-field that cannot be spared from the effect given by this pandemic. The researchers want to investigate the relationship between social support and achievement motivation on college students during this COVID-19 Pandemic. This research is using correlational quantitative research with a population of 165 college students and the sample research is 65 students in the Study Program of Psychology, Raden Rahmat Islamic University, Malang. A positive relationship between social support and achievement motivation is found in the results of research conducted on the college students of Study Program of Psychology, Raden Rahmat Islamic University, Malang. The higher social support given by the environment shows that the student’s learning motivation is also higher

Abstract

Purpose: This study enhances sustainable agricultural practices by addressing straw waste management issues in Mergosingo Hamlet, Jatirejoyoso village. The aim is to promote the utilization of straw as an organic fertilizer and highlight its relevance within the agricultural sector. Method: Using a qualitative approach, we conducted a one-day educational program for Mergosingo's farming community. Data collected from instructional sessions and discussions were analyzed to explore the adoption of straw as an organic fertilizer for sustainable land management. Practical Applications: This research benefits farmers, practitioners, and policymakers by offering a solution to curb environmental pollution from conventional waste practices. Embracing straw as organic fertilizer could increase crop yields, reduce environmental impact, and improve soil health. Conclusion: This study addresses straw waste and the transition to sustainable agricultural practices. The advocacy for straw's use as organic fertilizer contributes practical insights, advancing agricultural sustainability and environmental awareness.
