Abstract

Dwikarya Indonesia MandiriE-mail: novipl_biru2511@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of whether the acquirers perform earningsmanagement prior to implementation of the acquisition. This type of research is a comparative studywhich compares the financial performance before and after the company making acquisitions. Analysisof financial performance is using financial ratios, including profitability, and activity. The results ofdata analysis shows that there was no indication of earnings management before the acquisitions conductedby the acquirer with Increasing income accruals. Furthermore, the company’s financial performanceas measured by the ratio of total asset turnover, net profit margin, returns on assets after theacquisition has a difference in the negative direction. The conclusion is that the acquirers before theacquisition are not convicted of earnings management with increasing income accrual. Acquirer’s financialperformance before and after the acquisitions have a difference, but the condition of thecompany is in sound condition.Keywords: Acquisitions, earnings management, financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and development on teacher performance and is mediated by a readiness to change during the covid 19 pandemic. The type of research used is Explanatory Research or survey research methods. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 38 teachers at the Salsabila Foundation. Testing the instrument in this study uses validity and reliability tests where the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test in this study are Normal distribution and there are no symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that training and development affect teacher performance through readiness to change. It can be concluded that readiness to change can mediate between training and development on teacher performance at the Salsabila foundation.

Abstract

Daycare purpose of providing services to children aged 0 - 6 years who are forced to leave their parents because of work or other obstacles, in addition to providing services related to the fulfillment of children's rights to grow and develop, get protection and affection, and the right to participate in their social environment. TPA is a service that organizes education and care for children from birth to the age of six (with the priority of children under the age of 4 years). The Community Service program is focused on improving the quality and management of As Sakinah Dau's daycare in order to create a child-friendly and attractive form of child care like most daycare centers. The Child Care Center has been established for a long time but in terms of school profile and other information related to supporting schools is quite less..

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kenaikan upah minimum terhadap pengangguran di Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif-kuantitatif, yakni menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Selama kurun waktu 2011-2015 pengangguran di Kalimantan Barat menunjukkan tren kenaikan, hal ini bersamaan dengan tren pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terus mengalami perlambatan dan kecenderungan upah minimum yang terus mengalami kenaikan. Mayoritas sektor ekonomi yang masih betumpu pada sektor pertanian dan pertambangan adalah salah satu penyebab minimnya lapangan pekerjaan, selain itu, laju inflasi tahunan yang cukup tinggi juga menyebabkan upah minimum di Kalimantan Barat selalu mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediation of work engagement at PT. Dija Jaya Perkasa Mataram City. Research using quantitative methods with the entire population of 65 respondents. The sampling technique uses a total of all employees. Sources of data were collected from distributing questionnaires (primary data). The analysis tool uses a range of scales and path analysis. The results of the scale range on quality of work life are said to be good, organizational citizenship behavior is said to be high, and work engagement is said to be high. The results showed that the quality of work life had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on work engagement; work engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between quality of work life variables and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of social media and brand image on repurchase intention. The population in this study is Wardah liquid lipstick consumers. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling and quota sampling methods. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires via Google form. The analysis tool uses SPSS 25. The results showed that social media had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, the brand image had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, and social media had a dominant influence on repurchase intentions.
