Abstract

Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini memiliki tantangannya sendiri dalam mengelola dan memenejerial Lembaga Pendidikan. Kompleksitas yanga dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam memimpin Lembaga Pendidikan PAUD agar semua unsur dalam lembaga dapat bersama-sama secara aktif dan optimal dalam mencapai tujuan, maka diperlukan kecakapan sebagai pemimpin dan sekaligus manajerial. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kepustakanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan argument bahwa gaya kepemimpin kepala sekolah yang transformasional akan lebih baik dalam mempengaruhi, menggerakkan, memotivasi semua unsur dalam lembaga pendidikan, sehingga tujuan dan visi dari lembaga pendidikan PAUD tercapai. Pendekatan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah PAUD yang transformasional dapat secara bersama serta komponen-kompon sekolah menjadi Tim yang saling mendukung. The leadership of the Head of the School of Early childhood Education has its own challenges in managing and memenejerial Educational Institutions. The complexity of yanga faced the head of school in leading Educational Institutions of early childhood education so that all elements in the institution can be together actively and optimal in achieving the goals, then the necessary skills as a leader and at the same time managerial. In this study, using methods of analysis kepustakanan. The results of this study provide the argument that the style of leadership the head of the school of transformational would be better in affect, move, motivate all the elements in the educational institutions, so that the goals and vision of the institution of early childhood education achieved. The approach of the leadership style of the head of the school of early childhood education transformational can be shared as well as the components of the school to be the Team that support each other.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pembelajaran matematika di TK GMIM 236 Liandok, Kecamatan Tenga, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, Sulawesi Utara. Ada 3 hal utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembelajran matematika, pembelajaran matematika AUD, metode yang digunakan guru dalam pengajaran matematika. Penelitan ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi . Sumber-sumber data dari penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah serta guru bantu di TK GMIM 236 Liandok. Hasil penelitian menunjukka proses pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut terlebih khusus dalam pengenalan matematika sudah terealisasi karena pembelajarannya sudah memperhatikan konsep serta usia dari peserta didiknya. Adapun pengajarkan matematika selama dilaksankannya pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut dilakukan dengan cara anak sambil bermain dengan anak lainnya dan membuat permainan sederhana dari barang-barang bekas dilingkungan sekitar. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, matematika, Anak usia dini. Abstract

Konflik interpesonal yang tersurat dalam surat Paulus ke pada Filemon, dengan jelas memperlihatkan hubungan Filemon dan Onesimus yang sedang tidak baik. Onesimus sebagai budak di rumah Filemon telah melarikan diri dan mencuri sebagian harta tuannya. Paulus mengambil tanggung jawab untuk merekonsilasi hubungan ke duanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan pendekatan manajemen konflik Rasul Paulus guna mendamaikan Filemon dan Onesimus yang sedang konflik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan memperhatikan sumber- sumber teks Alkitabiah dan sumber sumber literatur terbaru. Temuan dari manajemen Paulus dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan dua (2) pola yakni pertama: Paulus mendorong Filemon untuk mengimplementasikan kasihnya kepada Onesimus dengan pertimbangan Kasih kepada Kristus, reputasi nama besar Filemon, dan hubungan personal Paulus dan Filemon sebagai anak dan orang tua (rohani); Kedua, melalui Pendekatan Komunikasi yang meliputi komunikasi Paulus kepada Tuhan melalui doa dan permohonan, komunikasi pastoral untuk Onesimus, dan komunikasi bersifat persuasif kepada Filemon

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the Church’s Youth Character Forming Through Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the GERMITA Baitani Pulutan Congregation. This research is a qualitative research, conducted at the GERMITA Baitani Pulutan Congregation. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Through the results of data analysis, it was found that Church Youth Character Building through PAK in the GERMITA Baitani Pulutan Congregation was still lacking because Pelsus only carried out tasks around worship services, both in the field of worship services in the church or in the field of youth worship services which were carried out once a week. There have been no new innovations such as creative youth spiritual activities such as beach worship, as well as seminars that educate youth to pay more attention to character as church youth. Efforts that must be made by pastors, church councils, elders and parents of youth are character building through PAK such as giving advice and examples to youth and involving them in the field of church ministry and special youth ministry.

Abstract

This article was created with the aim of knowing and understanding the nature of Jesus Christ through analyzing His two natures, namely the nature of the Godhead and humanity in the New Testament theology. This research was conducted due to the emergence of various teachings that are not in accordance with the truth of the Word which attack sound teachings or teachings that are in accordance with the truth of the Word. This research was also carried out so that Christians can correctly understand the person of Jesus Christ in His nature as God and Man so that they are not easily provoked by teachings that are not in accordance with the truth of God's Word contained in the testimony of the Bible. The research method used in this study is the method of literature study or literature-based descriptive qualitative study. With data collection techniques through analyzing the contents of the literature. There are various references in the form of books, online journals, articles and theses. The result of this research is that Jesus Christ is truly true God and true man in His divine and human nature and this is proven in the testimony of the books in the New Testament through New Testament theology.

Abstract

The Great Commission delivered by Jesus is a duty and order that must be carried out by everyone who believes in Him. This Great Commission must be applied in daily life. The purpose of writing this article is to see the relevance between Christian Religious Education and the Church in the implementation of the Great Commission. Teaching everyone to make disciples is something that is not easy to carry out, even so this task is a noble task that is mandated for us people who believe in Jesus. The research method in this article is a literature study, in order to obtain various references and information regarding the implementation of the Great Commission in the context of Christian Religious Education and the Church context. The conclusion from this research is that the Great Mandate of Jesus Christ can be carried out and carried out both in schools through teaching Christian Religious Education and can also be carried out in churches as agents in spreading the Gospel of God's Truth, becoming agents who bring about change, impact people in the environment where they live.
