Abstract

Teknologi internet saat ini sudah dirasakan oleh berbagai pihak, seperti maraknya media sosial, youtube dan instant messenger. Hal tersebut berdampak pada perilaku kerja dosen yang inovatif. Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi di Indonesia melalui penerapan Indeks Sains dan Teknologi (SINTA) mencatat hanya 1.551 dari 4.200 guru besar dan 2.517 dari 17.133 Guru Besar Madya yang lulus persyaratan publikasi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cyberloafing terhadap perilaku innovative works behaviour (IWB) dan bagaimana pengaruh terhadap kinerjanya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei, dengan jumlah sampel 230 responden dosen dan analisis menggunakan algoritma SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa cyberloafing secara positif memoderasi IWB terhadap kinerja penelitian dosen, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan internet yang salah berdampak pada rendahnya penelitian dosen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh ekspektansi kinerja, ekspektansi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan inovasi terhadap niat perilaku dalam menggunakan software akuntansi pada mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas Surabaya. Selain itu penelitian ini juga memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ekspektansi usaha terhadap ekspektansi kinerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi di UHW Perbanas. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa akuntansi di UHW Perbanas yang telah mengkuti mata kuliah terkait software akuntansi yaiut MYOB dan SAP. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui google form. Sejumlah 90 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM_WarPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektansi kinerja dan pengaruh sosial memiliki pengaruh posisitif yang signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan software akuntansi. Adapaun ekspektansi usaha memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspektasnsi kinerja. Sementara itu ekspektansi usaha dan inovasi mahasiswa tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan software akuntansi.

Abstract

The problem challenged by MSMEs in ‘Rusunawa’ ( a rented simple flat belonging to the local government of Surabaya), at Wonorejo, Rungkut District, Surabaya is the low market response due to the lack of the quality of photos of MSME products as digital content. Therefore the solution offered is learning and practicing photography and digital image. The output of the activity is photos and edited photos and digital product catalogs uploaded on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp Status, and WhatsApp Business). After the training, participants are  able to create product photos for digital content. product photos made by the support  of a mini studio, properties that support the technique of taking the right angle and lighting. In addition, participants were also able to edit photos with the applications of  Photorrom and Canva. Assistance of the Team is provided by monitoring the quality of photos taken and shared on WAG. After the photo is considered good, then it will be uploaded as content on Instagram or on WA Business.

Abstract

Medokan Ayu Mangrove Botanical Garden is managed by the Medokan Ayu Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Pokdarwis has 54 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The management of the Pokdarwis organization and the Medokan Ayu Mangrove Gardens is still in manual way. Pokdarwis management `s views they need information systems and technology to overcome them. This condition was increasingly needed when the Medokan Ayu Pokdarwis had to temporarily close the Medokan Ayu Mangrove Botanical Gardens due to restrictions on community activities to stop the spread of Covid-19. Perbanas Hayam Wuruk University (UHW) partnership team provides a solution by presenting the Pokdarwis website with an online network. The website is socialized on how to operate, equipped with features that are integrated with MSMEs. The results of the socialization based on the evaluation provided benefits for a number of participants, so the PKM team was still providing assistance for the operation of the website. Pokdarwis Medokan Ayu also hopes that the socialization will continue in the future.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of community service is to design mosque books and accounts based on the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35. Community service activities focus on developing a mosque accounting information system that is designed regarding applicable accounting standards and is relevant to mosque entities. Mosque entities are classified as non-profit-oriented entities, so the accounting information system developed refers to accounting standards governing accounting for non-profit-oriented entities. namely SAK ETAP and ISAK 35. The implementation method in community service activities is currently carried out through discussion forums, training, and mentoring. Discussion forums were held with mosque administrators in the context of compiling a chart of accounts and initial trial balance. Training and mentoring are carried out concerning the input of daily transactions to prepare financial statements. The results of community service activities are software called the mosque accounting information system (SIMAS) and mosque financial statements.Abstrak. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah merancang pembukuan dan pembukuan masjid berdasarkan Interpretasi Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (ISAK) 35. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat fokus pada pengembangan sistem informasi akuntansi masjid yang dirancang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku dan relevan dengan entitas masjid. Entitas masjid tergolong entitas non profit oriented, sehingga sistem informasi akuntansi yang dikembangkan mengacu pada standar akuntansi yang mengatur akuntansi untuk entitas non profit oriented. yaitu SAK ETAP dan ISAK 35. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat saat ini dilakukan melalui forum diskusi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Forum diskusi dengan pengurus masjid dilakukan dalam rangka penyusunan chart of account dan neraca saldo awal. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan mengenai input transaksi harian untuk menyusun laporan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa perangkat lunak yang disebut sistem informasi akuntansi masjid (SIMAS) dan laporan keuangan masjid.

Abstract

In ‘Rusunawa’ (a rented simple flat which belongs to the Surabaya government, at Wonorejo, Rungkut District, Surabaya) there are about thirty MSMEs (Micro-small-medium entrepreneurs) whose market response is relatively low. This is due to the limited number of the target market mostly ranging from those living in ‘rusunawa’ to relatives and friends contacted through social media. The business owners have not accessed to other customers through optimizing social media uses specifically to offer products and manage orders. Based on problem root, it is necessary to give the MSMEs a training to set up and manage simple application such as WhatsApps Business, Google Business, and Instagram. These applications are popular, potentially easy to learn, set, and apply by MSME owners which are household wives. The training, firstly, was not immediately expected to increase sales, rather to increase their digital literacy first. One big obstacle encountered was that household wives who mostly are above forty years old were not familiar with social media. That’s why there were only limited participants actively implementing the training. They have shown good performance in optimizing social media use falling to the areas of making account of WhatsApp Business, intensively upload content in that business application and Instagram. The training has triggered and improved the participants’ digital literacy.
