Abstract

This study aims to develop learning of physical activity using traditional Ballinese in junior high schools, Buleleng Regency. Students can learn physical materials without feeling bored and tired. This study refer to research and development model by Borg and Gall. From the research and development, as well as the proposed procedures, the resulting product is a physical fitness learning model based on traditional Balinese games in junior high schools that consist of 30 traditional Balinese games. Product development begun with expert studies, field tests in small and large test groups and. Effectiveness tests. From the large-group test results, the model developed can be applied by students properly. In the effectiveness test, the mean of the control group was 364.08, while the mean of the experimental group was 350.00 that show the difference between the results of the experimental group and the control group. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental group given the treatment and the control group. Product development can be ,improved significantly on the physical activity and attitude or affective student. Based on the results of the research, the product model of learning physical fitness activities based on traditional Balinese games can be recommended and can be effective as a learning model of physical fitness activities in junior high schools.

Abstract

menghasilkan produk model latihan bertahan bolavoli untuk pemula. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk dapat memperoleh informasi tentang pengembangan dan penerapan model latihan bertahan bolavoli untuk pemula serta untuk mengetahui efektivitas model yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research Development (RD) dari Borg and Gall. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler SMP yang terdiri dari 30 siswa / atlet. Tahapan-tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah: analisis kebutuhan, evaluasi ahli (evaluasi produk awal), ujicoba kelompok kecil, dan ujicoba kelompok besar (field testing). Uji efektivitas model menggunakan tes bertahan bolavoli yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan bertahan siswa ekstrakurikuler sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan model latihan bertahan yang dikembangkan. Tes awal yang dilakukan diperoleh tingkat kemampuan bertahan siswa / atlet adalah 45.40. Setelah diberikan perlakuan model latihan bertahan didapatkan tingkat kemampuan bertahan 51.77. Pada uji signifikan perbedaan dengan spss 16 didapatkan mean= -6.37 menunjukan selisih dari hasil pre-test dan hasil post-test, hasil t-hitung= -6.291 df=29 dan p-value= 0.00 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan model latihan bertahan bolavoli. Dengan demikian  model latihan bertahan bolavoli untuk pemula efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bertahan bolavoli.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to produce and develop a javelin learning model for SMK students. This research uses the method of Research and Development (R&D) of Borg and Gall, the subject of this research and development is the student/I SMK Negeri 2 Rangkas Bitung. In limited trials (small group trials) use subjects 20 students/I and a large group trial using 40 subjects while the effectiveness test was using the 40 subjects. In the test of the effectiveness of learning models using the instrument assessment instruments how to hold the javelin, prefix attitude, throwing movements, the final attitude/recovery using rubric/portfolio (Process Assessment). Analysis of the data in this study using test-T, the results of the initial test before given the treatment of a javelin learning model amounting to 52.93 then after giving the treatment of the learning model in javelin increased to 89.90. Abstract

The aim of this research was to produce and develop an O’Brien shot put learning model for high school students. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method from Borg and Gall, while the subjects in this research and development were students of SMAN 8 DEPOK. In limited trials (small group trials) using 20 students and large group trials using 60 students while the effectiveness test used 40 students. In the test of effectiveness of learning model used the instrument assessment of preparation phase, slip phase, delivery phase and recovery phase skills using a rubric / portfolio (process assessment). Data analysis in this study used the t-test, the results of the initial test before being given the treatment of the O’Brien shot put learning model was equal to 47.70 then after being given the treatment of O’Brien shot put learning model turned up to 83.68. In the significance test of the difference with the application of SPSS Statistics, the t-count result was -85,377 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05 which means that there were significant differences in the O’Brien Shot Put learning model for high school students before and after the treatment of the O’Brien Shot Put learning model was given. Based on the analysis of the data above it was said that the O’Brien Shot Put learning model for high school students was effective and could improve the learning outcomes of the O’Brien Shot Put for high school students.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the improvement of futsal dribbling skills at the MTs Daarul U'luum PUI Majalengka School through playing methods. This study uses Action Research method (action research). The penetlitian model of action used is the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart with 4 processes, namely process (1) Planning, (2) Implementation of Action, (3) Observation or Observation, and (4) Reflection. This research was carried out at MTs Daarul U'luum PUI, Majalengka District, Majalengka District. The subjects of this study amounted to 30 students. The instrument used in this study is a test and observation instrument. The results of the assessment of futsal dribbling skills in the initial data were around 26% of students who achieved the KKM score. In Cycle I researchers applied a play method to improve futsal dribbling skills. The result is around 60% of students who achieve KKM scores. In the second cycle there is an increase in students who scored above the KKM approximately 83.33% of students. In this cycle is said to be successful because 80% of the number of students already meet the KKM. Results Performance Researchers in the first cycle, obtained a percentage of about 93.75, in cycle II, researchers get 100 percent. Student activity on the first cycle, earn a percentage 76,6% is quite good, while in cycle II, students' activities to increase with the percentage to 93.33% are very good. Thus it can be concluded that the method of play can improve the skills of futsal dribbling. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat peningkatkan keterampilan dribbling futsal di Sekolah MTs Daarul U’luum PUI Majalengka melalui metode bermain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Action Research (penelitian tindakan). Model penetlitian tindakan yang digunakan adalah model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan 4 proses yaitu proses (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan Tindakan, (3) Observasi atau Pengamatan, dan (4) Refleksi.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs Daarul U’luum PUI Kecamatan Majalengka Kabupaten Majalengka.Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa.Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes dan observasi.Hasil penilaian keterampilan dribbling futsal pada data awal sekitar 26% siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM.Pada Siklus I peneliti menerapkan metode bermain untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dribbling futsal.Hasilnya sekitar 60% siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM. Pada siklus II terdapat peningkatan siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM sekitar 83,33% siswa. Pada siklus ini dikatakan berhasil dikarenakan sudah 80% dari jumlah siswa sudah memenuhi KKM..Hasil Kinerja Peneliti pada siklus I, memperoleh persentase sekitar 93,75, pada siklus II, peneliti memperoleh persentase 100. Hasil aktivitas siswa pada siklus I, memperoleh perentase 76,6% tergolong baik, sedangkan pada siklus II, aktivitas siswa memperoleh peningkatan dengan persentase menjadi 93,33% tergolong sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bermain dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dribbling futsal. Kata Kunci: bermain, keterampilan dribbling, futsal

Abstract

The This study aims to develop a training model for volleyball block skills vocational high school students. This study uses a research and development (RnD) method with a model of Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps. The number of students involved in this study was 20 students. The instruments used in this study are tests. The effectiveness test results of the average training results for volleyball block skills vocational high school students group in the experimental group (using the volleyball block skills training model) were 14.2 while the average value of the training results for the volleyball block skills in the control group was 11.9 means that there are differences and the average value of the experimental group is higher than the average value of the control group. The significant test of difference with SPSS 20 obtained the results of t-count = 5.321 df = 38 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a very significant difference. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan keterampilan block bolavoli untuk Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (RnD) dengan model model Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari sepuluh langkah. Jumlah siswa yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 20 siswa. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes. Hasil uji efektivitas nilai rata-rata hasil latihan keterampilan block bolavoli untuk Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dalam kelompok eksperimen (menggunakan model latihan keterampilan block bolavoli) adalah 14.2 sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil latihan keterampilan block bolavoli dalam kelompok kontrol adalah 11.7 artinya terdapat perbedaan dan nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol. Adapun uji signifikan perbedan dengan SPSS 20 didapat hasil t-hitung = 5.767 df = 38 dan p-value = 0.00 < 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan prosentase lemak dan berat badan dengan agility klub pencak silat nusantara dki usia 11-18 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan studi korelasi, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil pencatatan dan pengukuran yang terdiri dari Prosentase lemak, berat badan, dan agility. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah 100 atlet klub pencak silat remaja, dan menggunakan instrument alat pengukur lemak (fat caliper), timbangan, data diri dan alat tulis, stopwach, peluit, cone atau marker. Hasil yang didapat yaitu terdapatnya hubungan yang positif antara prosentase lemak dengan agility, yang memiliki nilai sebesar 0,550, dan juga terdapat hubungan yang positif antara berat badan dengan agility, yang memiliki nilai sebesar 0,415. Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara prosentase lemak dan berat badan dengan agility yang memiliki nilai sebesar 0.601. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan terdapatnya hubungan yang signifikan antara berat badan, prosentase lemak dengan kelincahan (agility) pada seorang atlet pencak silat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel- variabel bebas yaitu metode latihan dan power otot tungkai terhadap variabel terikat yaitu peningkatan kemampuan jump service. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian treatment by level 2x2. Penelitian dilaksanakan di club Tunas Rafflesia Bengkulu. Data diperoleh dari tes kemampua jump service, sedangakan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik analisis varian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan hal-hal berikut: (1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan jump service yang signifikan antara kelompok yang diberikan metode latihan barrier hops dan kelompok yang diberikan metode latihan box jump, (2) terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dan power otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan jump service pada anggota club Tunas Raflesia Kota Bengkulu, (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil kemampuan jump service antara metode latihan barrier hops dengan metode latihan box jump pada siswa yang memiliki power otot tungkai tinggi, (4) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil kemampuan jump service antara metode latihan barrier hops dengan metode latihan box jump pada siswa yang memiliki power otot tungkai rendah.

Abstract

Mahasiswa olahraga yang baru masuk universitas pada umumnya belum menguasai pengetahuan gerak dasar Running ABC. Begitu juga mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga (FIO) 2018 Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Ini bisa dilihat dari hasil tes fisik dan keterampilan mahasiswa baru FIO UNJ. Rata-rata mahasiswa baru gagal dalam tes kemampuan gerak dasar. Mereka banyak gagal dalam kemampuan dasar seperti kemampuan berlari, melompat, melempar. Mahasiswa saat sekolah hanya mendapatkan pelatihan konvensional mengenai gerak dasar Running ABC. Kegagalan dalam tes kemampuan dasar Running ABC ini seharusnya dapat dihindari jika mereka mendapatkan metode dan pelatihan yang tepat. Oleh karena itu analisis menggunakan metode Unifikasi mengenai kemampuan gerak dasar perlu dilakukan. Metode unifikasi adalah salah satu metode dan pelatihan memperkenalkan para mahasiswa baru memahami gerak dasar Running ABC yang baik, efisien, harmonis. Dengan analisis unifikasi dapat mendeskripsikan kesalahan-kesalahan gerak dasar yang sering dilakukan mahasiswa saat latihan.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a catch and catch learning model for elementary school students. This study used a research and development method by Borg And Gall by using 10 stages where the subjects in this study were elementary school students of lower class age in the Kepahiang district. This study produced 21 Throw Catch Learning Models which are effective for improving the learning outcomes of catch and catch in elementary school students where this learning model has been validated first by a validation team consisting of one physical education teacher and two physical education teachers, based on the results of the small group test. and the results of the large group test of the learning model developed were declared valid and feasible to be used in catch-catch learning.
