Abstract

The lack of interest in reading nowadays is one of the factors in the decline of the nation's regeneration that loves literacy. The Education Village Library Group of Kuajang Village, Binuang District is one of the literacy movements established in Kuajang Village. This library is part of a project of teenagers and hamlet residents to build a literacy village to feel the equal distribution of education without having to abandon the value of local wisdom. In addition, it also aims to increase public interest in reading through the development of an appropriate technology as a solution, namely the digital library. The method of implementation is in accordance with the planning stages that have been prepared, namely the stages of activities that begin with the coordination and analysis of needs (Phase I), digital library application design (Phase II), application integration in the framework model (Phase III), and the use of systems in the field (Stage IV). The results show that the application development uses the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) model that can facilitate the user in the process of searching for books and the initial display of the digital library system in the form of a catalog. To optimize the use and utilization of this application, training is carried out to users and managers of the Education Village Library Group. In addition, periodic monitoring and assistance will be carried out to ensure the use of this system can be operated and the benefits are felt by the community

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan tentang “Tantangan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Pelayanan Publik di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0” ini untuk menjelaskan tantangan apa saja yang harus dihadapi oleh penyedia layanan publik di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan publik adalah keterbatasan waktu operasional kantor pelayanan publik dan letak kantor pelayanan publik yang terkadang sulit dijangkau oleh masyarakat di pedalaman. Hal tersebut ditambah dengan kekecewaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan dari kantor pelayanan publik yang terkadang tidak maksimal. Dalam Pasal 23 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik disebutkan bahwa Dalam rangka memberikan dukungan informasi bagi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik diperlukan sistem informasi nasional. Dengan kata lain kantor dinas pelayanan publik harus segera meningkatkan kinerjanya, baik dari sisi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) maupun sarana dan prasarana. Kemajuan sistem informasi pada masa Revolusi Industri 4.0 ini akan menjadikan semua pelayanan publik dapat diakses oleh publik kapanpun dan dimanapun berada, masyarakat tidak lagi dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu dalam memperoleh pelayanan publik, namun yang harus diingat adalah bahwa Kemajuan sistem informasi pada masa Revolusi Industri 4.0 juga harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memadai agar pelayanan publik benar-benar dapat berjalan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determining factors for the successful implementation of the village financial system (Siskeudes) in improving the quality of village fund financial reporting during the Covid-19 pandemic (Village Case Study in Sorong Regency). The records analysis method in this look at uses evaluation with the Partial Least square (PLS) technique. PLS is part or variant-based totally Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) version. The results confirmed that the implementation of the village financial device had a fine effect at the nice of village fund economic reviews. person involvement, top management help, training and training could not mild the connection between the implementation of the village economic device and the high-quality of village monetary reviews, even as consumer hobby and generation usage should mild the relationship and between the software of the village economic machine to the first-rate of village monetary reviews.
