Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence perceptiont of price, perceptiont of quality product, and promotion of the buying decision on Suzuki motorcycle in Solo. And this research also aims to analyze the most dominant factors that influence on buying decisions of Suzuki Motorcyle in Solo.The population used in this study is consumers of Suzuki motorcycle around Solo. The sample in this study are 100 respondents and the technique used is non-probability samplingtechnique with the approach of purposive sampling.From the analysis result, the indicators in this study are valid and reliables. The most dominant  factor  that  influence  on  purchase  decisions  are  promotion,  then  the  perceptiont  ofproduct quality, and the last is perceptiont of price. Then though the F Test can be seen that theindependent variables feasible to test the of the dependent variable success product. The result ofAdjusted  R  Square  is  0,439,  it  means  that  independen  variable  can  explain  about  43,9% of dependen variable

Abstract

Employee performance decline at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office of Central Java and DIY in the first semester of 2016. In addition there is a research gap on the relationship of work environment, leadership quality and work motivation on employee performanceThis study aims to determine the effect of work enviroment, quality leadership, and motivation work on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office of Central Java and DIY. The sample inthis study is employess of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office Central Java and DIY that amounted to 74 people with using random sampling technique.Data tabulation in this study includes validity test, reliability test, clasiccal assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The result of this research shows that the independent variable that is work environment (0, 386) leadership quality (0.251) and work motivation (0.264) have positive and significant relation to dependent variable that is employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and working motivation on the performance of the workers. In this research, the researcher analyzes the performance of the workers on Financial Management Board of Kendal County by using independent variable, such as transformational leadership and working motivation. This research was conducted on Financial Management Board of Kendal County. Samples were selected by applying Saturated Sampling method (Census Sampling). Data was obtained by directly giving questionnaires to 100 employees of Financial Management Board. The analysis of data used double linear regression method by SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 16 program.The result of the analysis shows that transformational leadership has positive and significant impacts to the workers’ performance. Researcher suggests to increase more variable and extend the population in the future research.

Abstract

Transfering the knowledge to a family enterprise is crucial to the survival of a family enterprise. This study aims to see the process of knowledge transfer that occurs in the family  company  that  is  seen  from  the  dimension  of  leadership  value  transfer  and leadership knowledge transfer.In this study, the method that is used here is a qualitative method which uses an interview approach, documentation, and case studies for collecting the data. This reaserch was conducted in arya mas family company that is located in salatiga city.The result of this study indicate that the transfer of knowledge that occurs in arya masfamili company does not occur perfectly, the transfer of knowledge that occurs in the family company only in the aspects of competence, capability, technical, and operational

Abstract

Printing company not only promote  an good and right result, but also requires the management of human resources is appropriate. This research is intended to explain how internal communication, leadership and training development to employees performance production team on PT Temprina Media Grafika Jawa Pos Group Semarang.            The data in this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 40 employees with a sampling technique is census  at the PT Temprina Media Grafika Jawa Pos Group Semarang. The technique of  testing data used in this study include theinstrument test (reliability test, validity test), the classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity, linearity test), multiple linear regression analysis, T-Tests, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test ( R2) with SPSS 20.0.            Result indicates that internal communication, and training variable are possitve and significant effect on employee performance,but leadership variable is possitive and not significant effect on employee performance.  The correlation of internal communication, leadership, and training can explain employee performance variation as much as 28.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence between time management, study motivation,  self actualization and student’s academic achievement who have part time job. The data in this research was collected through questionnaire distributed to 89 respondents, which are undergraduate students from Management Bachelor Degree in Diponegoro University. The techniques to testing data is multiple linear regression analysis. Results indicates that time management, study motivation, and self actualization give positive influence to academic achievement of undergraduate students in Management Bachelor Degree in Diponegoro University who have part time job. Those variables also give 67% contribution to the variety of  student’s academic achievement who have part time job.

Abstract

High rate of turnover leads to adverse effect to an organization. Such problem is likely generating instability and uncertainty towards employment condition and human resources cost rise in forms of training invested to them, recruitment and newly built training programs. High turnover, in addition, also results in organizational ineffectiveness because it loses experienced employees as well as spends much times in  new training, inexperienced employees..This research aim to examine and analyze the influence of the relation between work environment and compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as intervening variable (study on employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang).Questionnaires were distributed to 73 employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang and data was collected using puposive sampling method. This research used software SPSS Statistic 23.The result of this research indicates that work environment an compensation has positive effect and significant on job satisfaction. Work environment and compensation has negative effect and significant on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has negative effect but not significant on turnover intention,  sobel test indicates that job satisfaction hasn’t mediation effect on work environment and compensation on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of  work discipline, job satisfaction, and leadership style on the performance of the production employees of PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. This study uses three independent variables, namely work discipline, job satisfaction, and leadership style with one dependent variable is the performance of employees.This study data collection method using interviews and questionnaires. Sampling techniques in this study using simple random sampling method. The data analysis methods used in this study include the validity of the test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, and the F test and t test.Based on the analysis, the results showed that work discipline, job satisfaction, and leadership style influences positive and significant on employees performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the performance of the production employees of PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang is 50,5% affected by work discipline, job satisfaction, and leadership style. The other variables that this study does not use influence the rest of it, which is 49,5%.

Abstract

This research conducted based on research gap from previous reaseaches about relational dan transactional psychological contract and it’s impact to organizational commitment. However, previous researches only discussed psychological contract in general, and there was no detailed explanation about relational dan transactional psychological contract. This research intended to analyze the impact of Transactional dan Relational Psychological Contract to Organizational Commitment.This research conducted to non-medical employees of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital of Semarang, with 156 employees as the population. This research using snowball sampling as the sample collecting methode, with 81 employees as the sample gathered. This research also used SPSS multiple regression as the data analizing methode.The result of this research indicate that Relational Psychological Contract has a significan positive impact organizational commitment. In contrast, this research also found that transactional psychological contract has a negative significan negative impact to organizational commitment.

Abstract

Human resources has becoming one of the most vital factor that determine the company’s  success. The company’s success itself is usually determined by the employee’s performance. Pre survey result has found a phenomenon which occurs in the company is a decreasing on the employee’s performance. On the other hand there are previous research about the influence of the compensation and leadership on employee performance. This is the background for this research.This research is using compensation and leadership as the independent variable and employee’s performance as the dependent variable. The population of this research are marketing division of PT. Great Mataram Semarang. Sampling technique used in this research is sensus, with 45 correspondent. Reliability and validity of this data has been tested with validity and reliability test. This research is using multiple linear regression method.The multiple linear regression shown that compensation and leadership have positive significant impact to the employee’s performance. The coefficient determination shown that compensation and leadership affecting marketing division’s performance by 59,5%. While the other 40,5% are determined by another variable that is not explained in this research.
