Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, leadership and work load on the performance of nurses background of the phenomena that occur in the performance of nurses at the General Hospital of Semarang City. This study uses incentives, leadership and workload as independent variables and the performance of nurses as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at the General Hospital of Semarang City, with the data collection method using a questionnaire distributed to 70 nursing rooms General Hospital of Semarang City with a minimum length of work for 3 years.Based on the multiple linear regression test, the results show that the incentives have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the performance of nurses. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the performance of nurses. While the workload has a positive relationship, but no significant effect on the performance of nurses.

Abstract

The problem that can be known is that there is a decrease in performance every month. This is based on the number of employees who fall into the lower category every month continues to grow. Based on the research gap there are differences in results from one study with other research and from the phenomena that occur in the company. The existence of differences from these studies alleged motivational factors and job satisfaction have a significant factor on employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction and the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen then the mediation effect from job satisfaction on influence of motivation on performance.The population and sample used in this study are outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (PT Telkom) Kandatel Kebumen who currently works for more than one year, namely 53 people. The sampling technique used is a census. Data collection methods in this study use questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method uses path analysis.Based on the results of research, motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction and the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen, while job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen. Based on the results of the Sobel Test to determine whether there is a mediating relationship between independent and dependent variables, it is known that satisfaction mediates the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The performance is a result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by an officer in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned. One of the causes of the declining performance of the employee is occupational safety and occupational health. This study aims to analyzed the effect of occupational safety and occupational health on employees performance at PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen Jawa Tengah Unit Spinning 2.Sampling in this research was using the method of random sampling by taking a sample as much as 81 respondents on PT. Apac Inti Corpora Unit Spinning 2 and using analyze regression method. Collecting primary data is done using the methods a questionnaire, while collecting secondary data done with a method of literature and the source of the internet.Based on the results of the calculation of regression analysis it can be concluded that the variable that have the greatest influence on the performance of the employee is Occupational health (X2) with the value of coefficient regression of 0,371, while the Occupational safety variable (X1) has a value of coefficient regression of 0,272.

Abstract

Rewards and punishment is one of the main factors that affect employee’s performance.This research focused on the implementation and application of rewards and punishment’s policy within the firm. According to the policy of rewards and punishment for employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Mayang shows that the implementation and application of rewards and punishment sometimes are not applied  evenly in accordance  with  firm’s  policy. Generally this is caused by the limited understanding of employees about rewards and punishment at Unit Kebun Mayang, despite the rewards and punishment that has been written in the PKB (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama) PTPN IV within the period of 2012-2013.This study used a qualitative method where the data collection is done by interview and documentation so as to delve deeper into the implementation and application of rewards and punishment. The sample in this research is an active employee who has served for over 10 years and worked at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Unit Kebun Mayang.The results obtained from this research stated that the rewards and punishment’s policythat exist in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Unit Kebun Mayang has been implemented and applied in accordance to which the rewards and punishment’s policy that are written in the PKB (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama) within the period of 2012-2013. Besides the perceived benefits by active employees of the implementation and application of the award is to make ends meet. Then the purpose of the implementation and application of punishment is to discipline employees. However, there are still some employees that do not know and understand about rewards and punishment thoroughly.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of employee performance declined at the Great Hall of the Basin Pemali Juana. The reduced performance is due to the employee for breach of discipline, uneven workload and work environment that is less comfortable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of labor discipline, workload and work environment to employee performance Great Hall of the Basin Pemali Juana.Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The sampling in research using techniques Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 69 employee of  Great Hall of the Basin Pemali Juana. Based on the  multiple linear regression test, the results show that the work discipline have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance. While the workload has a positive relationship, but no significant effect on the employee performance.

Abstract

Human Resources is one factor that is vital as a determinant of the success of the company. The Company's success itself is usually determined from the performance of its employees. From the results of the pre-survey known phenomenon that occurs in the company is a decrease in employee performance. On the other hand the discovery of Research Gap from previous studies on the influence of work motivation, leadership and organizational  culture  on  employee  performance.  This  is  the  background  to  do  the research.This study uses the work motivation, leadership and organizational culture as an independent  variable,  and  employee  performance  as  the  dependent  variable.  The population of this research is a sales employee of PT. Industry Mr. Djenggot Bergas Semarang. The sampling technique used is sampling saturated, with a sample of 64 people. The data obtained has been tested reliability and invalidity using validity and reliability. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there is a positive  and  significant  influence  of  work  motivation,  leadership  and  organizational culture  on  employee  performance.  Of  the  coefficient  of  determination  shows  that motivation, leadership and organizational culture influence on employee performance of sales PT. Industry Mr. Djenggot Bergas Semarang 23.4%. While the remaining 76.6% is explained by other variables that are not described in this study.

Abstract

This study used four performance factors, namely motivation, ability and skills of employees, compensation, and leadership. The samples in this study were employees of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Demak totaling 60 employees. The analysis used in this study is the Spearman Rank Correlation Test, Test of Non - Parametik Mann Whitney and Kruskall Wallis test and Duncan test.The results showed that there is a correlation factor of four fairly strong performance between male employees and female employees. Of the four performance factors, male and female employees have different preferences as a performance factor of the first order. Employees working men choose a motivating factor as the main factors that can affect their performance, while female employees choose leadership factors as the main factors that can affect performance. In general, employees are men and women have the same preferences for factors abilities and skills of third place, and the compensation factor ranks last ( fourth ). Based on the level of education, reflects differences in appearance of individual preferences and abilities. While the preference of motivation, compensation and leadership is no different. School employees have a preference ranking of job motivation factor higher than the D3 and S1.

Abstract

The application of CSR becomes something that should be done for the company because it has been regulated in the law. The company undertakes various strategies among them to implement CSR aimed at increasing job satisfaction. CSR has three aspects: social, economic, and environmental aspects. This research is motivated by the research gap from previous studies, and it is known that there is a decline in the employee job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of internal CSR and external CSR on job satisfaction.Data collected from population amounted to 92 employees with sampling using total sampling amounted to 92 respondents who work as employee at PT. Phapros, Tbk in section of accounting, finance, CSR, HRD and general, and risk management. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression techniques, and sobel test, to test the mediating effect, using SPSS program. The results showed, Internal CSR variabel positively affect on  employee job satisfaction. Eksternal CSR has no effect on  employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research purposes to finding the effect of physical work environment and non-physical work environment to employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variabel (study on employees of unit weaving PT. Primatexco Indonesia).Data collected through distribution of questionnaires to 70 employees of unit weaving PT. Primatexco Indonesia with non random sampling. The techniques of data testing in this research includes validity test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and the Sobel test to examine the mediation effect with software SPSS version 16 for Windows.The results of this research indicates that  physical work environment has positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction, non-physical work environment has positif and significant influence on job satisfaction, physical work environment has positive and significant influence on the employee performance, non-physical work environment has positive influence but not significant on the employee performance,  job satisfaction has positif influence but not significant on the employee performance, and job satisfaction hasn’t mediation effect on physic work environment and non-physic work environment to employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify, study and understand the organizational management in the non-profit organization Aksi Cepat Tangap Semarang branch with the paradigm of good governance. Using a qualitative case study method with a phenomenon know in depth the various resources required.Aksi  Cepat  Tanggap  committed  to  become a  professional  non-profit  organization  that  makes growing rapidly to gained trust society. The results of this study show that the Aksi Cepat Tanggap had been applied the principles of good governance. Conclusion this study found that when a non- profit  organization to  apply the principles  of  good governance,  non-profit  organizations  may develop rapidly, lasting and gain public confidence.
