Abstract

Pendataan penduduk menjadi suatu kegiatan yang harus dan dianggap penting di era pemerintahan, baik pemerintahan daerah maupun provinsi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pendataan penduduk desa Salatiga kecamatan Mandor kabupaten Landak dengan tujuan untuk membantu memudahkan pihak desa dalam melakukan pendataan. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pada analisis masalah yang dilakukan dengan mewawancarai kepala desa Salatiga, pihak desa selama ini masih melakukan pendataan penduduk secara manual, sehingga pihak desa memerlukan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melakukan pendataan dan dapat menyimpan data penduduk desa Salatiga kecamatan Mandor kabupaten Landak tersebut. Menurut aturan dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kalimantan Barat bahwa data penduduk sangat penting dan dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi untuk melakukan analisis kependudukan. Analisis tersebut dapat menghasilkan informasi seperti pendidikan, kewarganegaraan, dan agama atau etnis lainnya, sehingga dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu pihak desa dalam melakukan analisis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil implementasi sistem yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pendataan penduduk yang dapat digunakan dalam proses melakukan penambahan data penduduk, update data penduduk, dan menghapus data penduduk.

Abstract

Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa YouTube sekarang merupakan situs web berbagi video yang paling banyak diminati. Opini yang ditulis dari para viewer bisa menjadi aset yang penting untuk perkembangan suatu perusahaan ataupun para YouTuber. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa komentar ini disebut dengan analisis sentimen atau teknik opinion mining dan meskipun ilmu ini bukan merupakan suatu hal yang baru tapi tetap penting untuk terus dipelajari mengingat pentingnya komentar viewer tersebut. Paper ini merupakan hasil dari literatur review atas sejumlah penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai metode dalam analisis sentiment . Tujuan dari studi analisis ini adalah untuk mendapatkan landasan teori yang bisa mendukung untuk penelitian selanjutnya dengan mempelajari cara kerja, kelebihan dan kekurangan dari setiap metode karena ketidak tahuan akan cara kerja metode akan mempengaruhi hasil dan menghabiskan waktu. Hasil perbandingan dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa algoritma NB memperoleh tingkat akuransi yang paling tinggi, lalu diikuti oleh SVM kemudian DT. Tapi ini hanya hasil sementara sampai dilakukan penelitian atas 1 video dengan menggunakan semua metode

Abstract

Abstract: The development of technology in this modern era makes every person or individual must be responsive to adapt to technology in order to continue to develop and be productive in social, economic, and others. Technology can facilitate daily activities in buying and selling transactions, buying or selling goods can be easily done anywhere. Various types of sales can be made by the community, especially in the culinary field. Warung Agdi is a wet cracker culinary, this culinary is a typical culinary of Kapuas Hulu but is in demand by almost all districts, one of which is Bengkayang Regency. However, problems were found in the culinary business of Agdi's stall. Where customers have to wait for their orders to be made because for processing wet crackers at Agdi's stall, they must first steam the wet crackers before serving, so it takes time for customers to wait for their orders to be ready. Buying and selling activities at Agdi stalls are also still carried out conventionally, so not many people know about the wet cracker culinary owned by Agdi's stall owners. Based on these existing problems, a solution is needed so that Agdi stalls can take advantage of technology by making online ordering applications which can later be used by Agdi stall owners to sell and can also be used as a means of promotion.Keywords: AGDI stall; culinary; digitization; kerupuk basah; online ordering Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi di zaman modern ini membuat setiap orang atau individu harus tanggap beradaptasi dengan teknologi agar tetap dapat berkembang dan produktif dalam sosial, ekonomi, dan lain-lain. Teknologi dapat memudahkan aktifitas sehari-hari dalam transaksi jual beli, kegiatan membeli atau menjual barang dapat dengan mudah dilakukan di mana saja. Berbagai jenis penjualan dapat dilakukan masyarakat, khususnya dibidang kuliner. Warung Agdi merupakan kuliner kerupuk basah, kuliner ini merupakan kuliner khas Kapuas Hulu namun diminati hampir seluruh Kabupaten, salah satunya Kabupaten Bengkayang. Namun, ditemukan permasalahan pada usaha kuliner warung Agdi. Diman pelanggan harus menunggu pesanan mereka dibuat karena untuk pengolahan kerupuk basah pada warung Agdi harus mengkukus kerupuk basah terlebih dahulu sebelum dihidangkan, sehingga perlu waktu bagi pelanggan untuk menunggu pesanannya siap. Kegiatan jual beli pada warung Agdi juga masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga tak banyak yang mengetahui kuliner kerupuk basah yang dimiliki pemilik warung Agdi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada tersebut,       diperlukan solusi untuk agar warung Agdi dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dengan pembuatan aplikasi pemesanan online yang nantinya dapat digunakan pemilik warung Agdi ini untuk menjual dan dapat pula digunakan sebagai sarana promosi.Kata kunci: digitalisasi; kerupuk basah; kuliner; pemesanan online; warung agdi

Abstract

Abstract: Community service activities aimed at the government of Cipta Karya Village, Sungai Betung District, Bengkayang Regency aim to increase the interest and use of Information Technology in the Website field. Through a village institution managed by the community and village government, namely BUMdes, this greatly helps the community in improving the village economy which has the potential for information that can be used to convey information. Utilization of Information Technology in the creation of the assisted village web to display information related to the activities of the creation village. The service was carried out by studying the literature, implementing, and evaluating. Where the implementation is carried out in stages such as socialization, data management, creation of websites and domains as well as admin training, to the management of village websites. Through this website, the village government can provide information related to village activities such as potential tourism objects.        Keywords: BUMDES; management; website development; village   Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan sasaran pemerintah Desa Cipta Karya Kecamatan Sungai Betung Kabupaten Bengkayang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi pada bidang Website. Desa Cipta Karya belum memiliki wadah atau tempat untuk mempromosi potensi wisata desa. Pengelolaan Bumdes belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik dan benar dan belum ada tempat untuk menginformasi kegiatan atau informasi yang ada di Desa. Begitu pula peta lokasi wisata belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat luar. Melalui sebuah lembaga Desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah desa yaitu BUMdes, ini sangat membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian desa yang memiliki potensi informasi yang bisa digunakan untuk menyampaikan suatu informasi. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dalam pembuatan web desa binaan untuk menampilkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan desa cipta karya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dimana pada pelaksanaannya dilakukan tahap seperti sosialisasi, pengumpulan data, pembuatan website dan domain dan juga pelatihan admin, hingga pengelolaan website desa. Melalui website ini, pihak pemerintah desa dapat memberikan informasi terkait dengan kegiatan desa seperti potensi objek wisata.Kata kunci: BUMdes; desa; pengelolaan; pengembangan website

Abstract

According to WHO, mental health is a physical condition of a person's sense of well-being, so that there is the ability to manage the normal stresses of life, to be able to work productively and to complete task detecting a disease with a computer will make it easier for medical personnel and the public to determine conclusions in the form of solutions and handling. One form of technological progress is an expert system which is part of artificial intelligence by utilizing one method, namely forward chaining. This study uses the forward chaining method by providing information to diagnose 9 disease data and 22 symptom data accompanied by disease data, symptoms, explanations of types of diseases, causes, and solutions for patients. A web-based expert system can diagnose mental disorders so that patients can do digital consultations about their illnesses. Based on the results of the analysis on the system, data from the number of visitors showed that the percentage of respondents' answers was 98.99% already user friendly and responsive. And the results of system testing using black boxes show a 100% percentage, until it can be concluded that the expert system application is feasible to use.

Abstract

Abstract: Distribution is an important the business sector, the agricultural sector for distributing seeds to ensure the location of customers selling seeds. Problems that are often encountered seed distribution process are the efficiency of the time and distance distribution. Re search will build software entering initial location data and several dynamically added consumer agents. The distance parameter uses latitude-longitude integrated on google maps and detects varying store locations, the generation of chromosomes or the best distribution path with the minimum distance route. The heuristic approach using the Genetic Algorithm imitates the concept of biological evolution of random exchange structure series. This study is to distribute 3 types of seeds with a choice of weights that have been divided into 3 areas located on the map of Indonesia using land routes. The results of the test of the population of the average fitness value tend to remain from the previous value of 1-10 the fitness value and the optimum iteration with 9-12 with an average fitness value of 44.2. Optimal results are obtained when Mr is higher than the Cr values. Thus, the Genetic Algorithm can be used for TSP seed distribution paths. 1:2 fitness evaluation compared with the usual estimates used .            Keywords: Genetic Algorithm; Route Optimization; Seed Distribution; TSP Abstrak: Distribusi menjadi hal penting berwirausaha, salah satunya pada bidang pertanian untuk pendistribusian benih sampai lokasi tujuan. Permasalahan sering ditemui dalam proses pendistribusian adalah efektifan, efisiensi waktu dan jarak tempuh. Sehingga penelitian akan membangun perangkat lunak dengan memasukan data titik lokasi awal dan beberapa lokasi tujuan agen konsumen ditambahkan secara dinamis. Parameter jarak menggunakan latitude-longitude terintegrasi pada google maps yang mendeteksi keberadaan lokasi, selanjutnya diketahui generasi kromosom atau jalur distribusi terbaik dengan rute minimum. Pendekatan Heuristic menggunakan Algoritma Genetika meniru konsep evolusi biologis deretan struktur pertukaran informasi secara acak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat mendistribusikan jenis benih dengan pilihan bobot yang telah terbagi dalam wilayah lokasi. Satu wilayah lokasi terdapat beberapa lokasi toko ditambahkan secara dinamis, dengan proses yang sudah ditentukan titik awal keberangkatan. Penelitian ini menekankan pada proses penentuan rute lokasi saja. Hasil pengujian jumlah populasi rata-rata nilai fitness cenderung bersifat tetap dari nilai sebelumnya selisih 1-10 nilai fitness dan iterasi optimum dengan 9-12 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness 44,2. Hasil optimum didapatkan ketika Mutation rate (Mr) lebih tinggi dibanding nilai Crossover rate (Cr). Maka, Algoritma Genetika bisa digunakan untuk TSP jalur distribusi benih pengujian menghasilkan evaluasi fitnes 1:2 untuk Algoritma Genetika dibandingkan dengan estimasi jarak biasa digunakan.Kata kunci: Algoritma Genetika; Distribusi Benih; Optimalisasi Rute; TSP

Abstract

Malnutrition is a problem experienced by children in Indonesia, one of which is stunting. The role of Community Health Center is needed in overcoming malnutrition rates in toddlers. This research was conducted by implementing machine learning using the case-based reasoning method to diagnose malnutrition in children. This research aims to reduce stunting experienced by the community around Bengkayang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the diagnosis of malnutrition in children at the Bengkayang Health Center. The output of this study is to be able to diagnose malnutrition in children using the case-based reasoning method and the system designed is used as a reference for addressing child development. The variables used in implementing the system are name, age, gender, height, and weight. Then the learning machine looks for the closest case to see the value closest to the stunting problem, so the result is the same. In solving cases by calculating the similarity value, it was found that the new case had similarities with case 04 which was diagnosed with Scurvy Vitamin Deficiency with a similarity value of 0.545454545 or 54.54%.

Abstract

One of the developments from this information is Virtual Reality (VR), a Virtual Web Technology that allows users to interact through an environment on the internet that has been simulated by a computer so that users feel they are in a virtual world. VR technology is becoming the top choice because of how it conveys messages to the environment to attract users.The purpose of this research is to be able to produce virtual web technology-based campus introduction visualizations with website results/output for campus buildings as well as immersive spatial displays and dynamic information. The research began by carrying out the 3D modeling stage using the help of Photoshop, marzipano, 3DVista tools (photos, sketches and 3D objects on one of the campus buildings. The campus building used is the Rectorate Building. Lecture building, Auditorium building. Then the system development is carried out by building data and the room is stored in a database and coded using the PHP programming language. The results of process observations during design, analysis and implementation produce a visualization WebVR Application by displaying information in the form of object, image and video formats. Virtual web technology can provide information related to the environment, campus buildings.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The face is a source of biometric technology that characterizes the body parts attached to a person, which is often the object of research in the field of digital image processing. Facial bio-metric technology has been widely used in various electronic devices for facial recognition. However, the first step in facial biometrics is face detection. The purpose of face detection is to find facial areas in the image. Face detection is done by using a computer process in learning to recognize certain features, such as facial features, eyes, nose position, and lip shape. The computer will present a face image in the form of a two-dimensional matrix or more. The goal is to find out whether or not there is a face on an object in security verification. So, research related to face detection is a fundamental topic and plays an important role in the development of biometric technology. This study applies the Viola-Jones method to detect the presence of a human face with a variety of facial poses and accessories that are often worn on the face. This method has high accuracy and simple feature classification. This method does not use pixels directly in classifying images but instead uses the Haar feature to combine Integral Image and AdaBoost Machine Learning calculations to form a Cascade Classifier so that the results for the presence of faces are obtained. The research implementation uses Android and face detection is taken from screenshots stored on the Android device. The results of testing with an accuracy rate of up to 95.38% with an upright face position facing the camera and images with accessories an accuracy rate of up to 72.47%. This shows that the use of accessories can cover some facial features, thus making it difficult for the face detection algorithm to recognize faces accurately. Abstract

Abstract - The Shanti Bhuana Institute is one of the colleges in the Bengkayang. The campus, which was founded in 2016, is now getting busier, both because of the increasing number of students from year to year, as well as the number of employees working there. This raises problems, one of which is related to the reservation (borrowing) of several rooms that can be used freely, both for lectures and meetings. Previously, recording room reservations was still done manually using paper. In addition, recording reservations is also not flexible because someone must to go to an authorized employee to record reservations. To adapt to the challenges of the digital era and the green economy, it is necessary to reduce the use of paper (paperless) by building a website-based room reservation system where users can make reservations that can be accessed in real-time anytime and anywhere. The research method used will apply the principle of object oriented programming. The system was built using the PHPRad framework with system implementation carried out at the Shanti Bhuana Institute. System implementation went well with a total of 5 rooms that could be reserved and 168 reservations had occurred since the system was implemented.
