Abstract

The objective of this research is to find the empirical evidence of the differences between by using the Mind-Mapping, Smallgroup, and Conventional to the ability at Group C and Group D of Semester II of Nursing Academy of North Tapanuli with thetotal number was 32 and 33 in each group. The subject was given pre-test before treatment. Then the student of experimentgroup was taught by using Mind-Mapping and Small group discussion method to teaching comprehension. Finally, the writergave post-test to experiment group. The writer used t-test formula, and (Two Way - ANOVA). This is an experimentalresearch and the research used quantitative approach in finding out the answer of the problem study. The sample of thestudy was Students of Semester II of Nursing Academy of North Tapanuli. Therefore, to reading comprehension which istaught by using Mind-Mapping method, is better than the students' reading achievement which is taught by using SmallGroup discussion, Conventional teaching. Finally, based on the finding of the research, the writer gave some suggestions.She hopes this research will be useful for improving of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The digital era in education is characterized by the development of ICT technology that is integrated into the learning process and school-based learning activities. Almost all schools currently implement ICT-based instruction in every academic area. In the digital age, the roles of professors and students have evolved. Teachers become partners and collaborators between subjects and technology, but students become information recipients who must be able to comprehend and investigate knowledge based on student-centered learning. In addition to a lack of understanding of digital literacy, which results in an inability to comprehend learning, there are undoubtedly student issues in the learning process. This research intends to perform a comparative literature review to determine the causes of elementary school pupils' learning challenges. The results of the study explain that a summary of the study literature demonstrates that in order to understand the causes of student learning difficulties in elementary school, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of the causes of student learning difficulties and the internal and external factors of students, so that strategies can be devised to overcome student difficulties. Of course, teachers and schools play a crucial role in overcoming student difficulties. reducing and aiding students in overcoming their restrictions and inability to comprehend each learning topic. Changes in the learning process that are effective and innovative with the aid of technology will undoubtedly make the learning environment enjoyable so that students are able to comprehend the lessons taught.

Abstract

Integration of information and communication technology in the education sector demonstrates that, in the era of technological disruption, the optimization of internet usage is readily apparent. The real form of technical advancement is the existence of internet services that can serve as a bridge between the speed at which information may be received by all levels of society. The usage of the Internet as a learning tool is extremely beneficial and can have both positive and bad effects on pupils. Internet use has a significant impact on ensuring that the quality of education meets the requirements of the curriculum, and it also influences the learning patterns of students and teachers throughout Indonesia in order to improve the learning process. The goal of this study is to examine the distinctive educational function of the Internet in each region of Indonesia. The results revealed that 10% of students used the internet to support the learning process, with the majority of internet users for the learning process having a high school education or equivalent, indicating that the role of the internet in relation to digital learning adaptation requires the active participation of parents and teachers. In addition to allowing students to comprehend the positive and negative effects of the internet, the internet facilitates the production of interactive learning media and provides the most recent information to maximize digital learning platforms and develop innovative learning patterns in the digital age.
