Abstract

Every job has the opportunity of the risk because occurrence of work accidents can be caused by various factors. PT. CA is a large distributor of motorcycle spare parts which has activities including receiving goods from fabrication and then storing them in temporary warehouses before being distributed to dealers in various regions. The company's activities have a large potential for accidents due to several operations. To hazard identification, risk assessment, and determining control in any work that occurs or has the potential to occur, it is necessary to analyze using HIRADC. The method used is a descriptive method described in the flow process and then identified possible hazards that occur in each activity step. After the identification process is complete, a risk assessment is carried out to determine the form of control. The object of research is the receiving section of the work area. The results of this study are that the receiving section has 7 existing activities and there are 20 potential hazards that are possible, from these potentials the current control is to maximize APD to minimize danger. The highest level of risk is substantial in the activity of moving cargo to temporary storage or inspection areas with a potential danger of crashing into workers which has an impact on limb injuries, fractures, and even death, so this activity is a concern to avoid work accidents. In addition, it is determined that hazard control is carried out by means of forklift lanes that are not allowed to be passed by workers and control recommendations are in the form of setting SOPs, ensuring that forklifts complete their activities to carry out inspections. Abstract

Setiap perusahaan penerbangan memerlukan penjadwalan yang tepat dan baik. Penjadwalan yang tepat akan mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, yakni memaksimalkan pendapatan.Salah satu cara untuk menyusun jadwal penerbangan yang baik adalah dengan meminimumkanwaktu tunggu bandara, yaitu lamanya pesawat berada di darat menunggu untuk diterbangkan kembali. Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penjadwalan ulang berdasarkan waktu tunggu pesawat Boeing 737-900ER yang dioperasikan PT Batik Air. Metode studi kasus diterapkan dalam penulisan ini. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa jadwal penerbangan Boeing 737-900ER pada tanggal 21 Juni sampai 10 Juli 2017. Bandara yang dilayani pesawat ini adalah Surabaya, Semarang, Banjarmasin, Denpasar, Manado, Ambon, dan Jayapura. Penjadwalan ulang dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Hungarian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan Metode Hungarian, waktu tunggu bandara secara keseluruhan dapat dipersingkat sebanyak 10.045 menit. Penghematan waktu tersebut dapat dilakukan di Bandara Cengkareng. Saat ini Batik Air mengoperasikan 4 pesawat jenis Boeing 737-900ER untuk melayani jalur penerbangan tersebut, tetapi dengan penghematan waktu tunggu bandara tersebut pihak Batik Air sebenarnya hanya membutuhkan 3 pesawat.Kata Kunci : Penjadwalan ulang penerbangan, Boeing 737-900ER, waktu tunggu bandara, model penugasan, Metode Hungarian.

Abstract

PT. HP merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang karoseri pembuatan modifikasi body dan interior kendaraan seperti hydrolik, bak dump truck, aksesoris dump truck, dan lainnya. Kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi permintaan berdasarkan penyesuaian kebutuhan konsumen menyebabkan banyaknya varian produk yang harus dibuat, sehingga mempengaruhi waktu proses set up. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah memperbaiki waktu set up mesin menggunakan metode single minute exchange die (SMED). Metode tersebut mengidentifikasi kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam set up mesin untuk dapat dipisah menjadi dua kegiatan yaitu aktifitas internal dan aktifitas eksternal. Sebelum perbaikan waktu set up yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan adalah 5,938 menit/bulan, setelah menerapkan metode SMED waktu set up menjadi 3,008 menit/bulan.Kata kunci: Waktu Set up, Aktifitas Internal, Aktifitas Eksternal, SMED.

Abstract

Supply Chain performance measurement PT.XYZ had only seen from the productivity of the Company. Productivity is only able to measure the performance of the internal process, while the internal process is but one link in the chain of Supply Chain. Companies need to design a model of supply chain performance measurement as a whole and integrated in a causal relationship, ranging from suppliers, internal processes to customers, in order to know the effectiveness of supply chain companies. Balanced scorecard meet the necessary perspective. Balanced scorecard model is used as a framework for designing of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of supply chain performance PT.XYZ. KPI is design based on 4 perspectives, that is : internal processes, customers, learning and growth and perspective financial. Weighting to determine priorities between perspective and KPI performed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Result from th eanalysis is generated 20 KPI. Internal process perspective contain 9 KPIs with total weight 21,0 %, Customer perspective contain 6 KPIs with total weight 42,6 %, Learning and growth perspective contain 4 KPIs with total weight 17,5 %, Shareholder perspective contain 1 KPI with total weight 19,0.

Abstract

This research proposes Analysis of Customer Satisfaction Measurement Techniques At PT Gramedia Asri Media (Regional I TB.Gramedia Balekota) the purpose of this research is to find out what aspects are used by PT. Gramedia Balekota to assess customer satisfaction and analyze customer satisfaction assessment techniques applied by PT. Gramedia Balekota at this time. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, interview, questionnaire, and literature study. Comparing the current method to  Servqual Method with five aspects of customer satisfaction, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsivenessi, Assurance, and Empaty. From the results of questionaire satisfaction of TB customers. Gramedia Period period January 2018-May 2018 obtained results A total of 189 respondents gave an assessment of Sad Emoticon, a total of 205 respondents gave an Emoticon flat rating, and as many as 106 respondents gave an assessment of Smile Emoticon. The aspect of customer satisfaction assessment included in TB. Gramedia Balekota in it’s questionnaire to measure customer satisfaction. TB.Gramedia Balekota only uses three indicators, namely product availability, shopping convenience, and product quality. Product availability and product quality enter the tangible aspect. And the convenience of shopping goes into the Reliability aspect. So that in measuring the satisfaction of  TB customers, Gramedia Balekota has not fulfilled the five aspects of service quality.Key words :  Measurement, customer satisfactions, Servqual Method , service quality

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja Supply Chain PT. XYZ hanya melihat dari produktivitas perusahaan. Produktivitas hanya mampu mengukur kinerja proses internal, pada proses internal dalam satu hubungan rantai pasok. Perusahaan perlu merancang model pengukuran kinerja supply chain secara keseluruhan dan terintegrasi dalam suatu hubungan kausal, mulai dari pemasok, proses internal kepada pelanggan, untuk mengetahui efektivitas perusahaan rantai pasokan. balanced scorecard memenuhi perspektif yang diperlukan. Model balanced scorecard digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja untuk merancang Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dari kinerja supply chain PT. XYZ. KPI adalah desain berdasarkan 4 perspektif, yaitu: proses internal, pelanggan, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan dan perspektif keuangan. Pembobotan untuk menentukan prioritas antara perspektif dan KPI dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari analisis dihasilkan 20 KPI. perspektif proses internal yang berisi 9 KPI dengan berat total 21,0%, perspektif pelanggan berisi 6 KPI dengan berat total 42,6%, Belajar dan perspektif pertumbuhan berisi 4 KPI dengan berat total 17,5%, perspektif Pemegang Saham mengandung 1 KPI dengan total berat 19,0. Abstract

Chains and sprocket are transmission systems that are used to transmit power and rotation from the drive to the driven shaft. Motorcycle chains and sprocket are generally damaged due to lack of proper and correct maintenance and maintenance. The damage that occurs in general is caused by friction between the sprocket teeth and the chain that moves each other quickly, from the friction that occurs it produces heat in the metal material of the chain and sprocket. The heat generated greatly affects the performance of the material. Therefore, it is necessary to know the heat transfer analysis that occurs in friction between the chain and sprocket. Research was carried out in various places and outdoors or on the highway, when motorbikes drove at normal speed and then stopped to make temperature measurements on the surface of the gears and sprocket. Weather conditions at the time of measurement are carried out when the weather is sunny or not rainy, the aim is to facilitate measurement if it is dry or not wet due to water and analyzed using NISA-HEAT software to see temperature distribution at certain speeds and ambient temperatures certain, therefore this experiment can represent the wheel rotation of a motorcycle in conditions when it is running and when the speed of a motorcycle is changing. The heat obtained at the hottest temperature conditions of 38oC obtained by the temperature of the sprocket is 52oC at a speed of 60 km / h with a large heat transfer of 0.543 Watt. And with the increasing speed of the motorcycle to 70 km / h, the temperature of the sprocket becomes 57oC with the same ambient temperature.

Abstract

Quality is one aspect that needs to be maintained in increasing consumer confidence and minimizing production costs. A motorcycle tire manufacturing company has a production defect of 5028 during February 2018. This study aims to reduce the number of defective products in the green tire cooking process in the curing area. The methods used in this study are seven tools, especially Pareto diagrams, and fishbone diagrams and analyzed the cause is 5W1H. Of the six types of green tire defects, under cure is the most dominant factor (40%) that causes disability. The improvement in Pneumatic Problems which the problem of under cure is human factors, machinery, and the method of being able to reduce defects by 48% from 891 pieces in February to 463 pieces in May. The decrease in defects in pneumatic problems affects the reduction in the number of defects in green tire products from 5206 pieces in February to 4699 pieces in May.

Abstract

AbstrakAktivitas produksi pada perusahaan tentu tidak berharap mengalami kerugian yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan material atau biaya investasi yang besar karena tingginya jumlah persediaan. Sehingga upaya untuk mengoptimalkan persediaan agar proses produksi dapat berjalan dengan lancar wajib dilakukan. Untuk mengatasi kendala dalam menentukan persediaan diantaranya yaitu dapat menggunakan metode economic order quantity (EOQ). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah EOQ dapat menjadi metode alternative sebagai pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada CV. Indah Kiat dibanding pendekatan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara pengendalian persediaan menurut kebijakan perusahaan dengan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Hasil penelitian membuktikan metode EOQ lebih efisien dibandingkan perhitungan kebijakan perusahaan. Manfaat lain metode EOQ yaitu dapat menyediakan persediaan pengaman atau safety stock, tujuannya untuk mengantisipasi kekurangan persediaan bahan baku agar proses produksi dapat berjalan dengan baik, Safety Stock untuk bahan baku Teras 14 truk/m3, untuk bahan baku Oker adalah 12 truk/m3, untuk bahan baku Semen adalah 194 zak/kg. Serta dapat menerapkan Re Order Point untuk menghindari keterlambatannya pemesanan bahan baku, ROP untuk bahan baku Teras adalah 16 truk/m3, untuk bahan baku Oker adalah 13 truk/m3, dan untuk bahan baku Semen adalah 228 zak/kg. Penerapan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) dapat mengurai total biaya yang harus dikeluarkan perusahaan yaitu sebesar Rp. 16.802.516,-.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak that has spread throughout the world has resulted in a significant reduction in the number of users of the aircraft mode of transportation. The decline in the number of passengers was also experienced by PT. Lion Mentari Airlines or often known as Lion Air. This of course will have an impact on decreasing the company's revenue thereby reducing the Company's ability to pay for the rental costs of several of its aircraft. It is necessary to reschedule aircraft flights to increase aircraft optimization so that existing passenger services can be met with a smaller number of aircraft compared to before the Covid-19 pandemic. Flight scheduling at Lion Air is based on market demand, aircraft maintenance programs, aircraft availability per day and airport operating hours. This research will reschedule Lion Air flight paths on Boeing 737-800NG aircraft during the Covid-19 pandemic based on airport waiting time / ground time using the Hungarian method. The waiting time at Soekarno-Hatta airport before optimization was 5,895 minutes and there was a significant decrease in waiting time at Soekarno-Hatta airport after optimization, which was 18.78% or 1,107 minutes to 4,788 minutes, and by using the new schedule, Lion Air, which was originally operating 7 aircraft fleets for these flight routes can be optimized using only 6 aircraft fleets. Keywords: Operations Research, Assignment Problems, Hungarian Method, Boeing 737-800NG, Covid-19
