Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of price, timeliness of delivery and quality of service on consumer loyalty to deliveryservices at JNE. The method used is quantitative method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Thepopulation in this study was consumers who had used delivery services at JNE at least 2 times and consumers who workedas self-employed who owned an online shop and chose their delivery services through JNE. Sampling method usingNonprobability Sampling and sampling technique using Incidental Sampling using Purba Rao formula. The sample numberused as many as 96 respondents with a significance level of 5% using SPPS version 17.0. Data analysis techniques used forvalidity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroskedasticity tests, partial tests (t tests),simultaneous tests (F), multiple linear regression analysis and coefficients of determination (R2). The results showed thatpartially the price had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to JNE Katamso Medan. This is seen from theresults of the partial test (Test t) where the thitung value> is 4.872 > 1.98489. Partially, the timeliness of delivery positivelyand significantly affects consumer loyalty to JNE Katamso Medan. This is seen from the results of the partial test (Test t)where the value of thitung> ttabel is 5.169 > 1.98489. Partially the quality of service positively and significantly affectsconsumer loyalty to JNE Katamso Medan. This is seen from the results of the partial test (Test t) where the thitung value> is2.768 > 1.98489. From the results of the test there is an effect on price, timeliness of delivery and quality of service toconsumer loyalty to delivery services at JNE Katamso Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to knows what is the effect of Organizational Culture, Compensation and Motivation of Employee Work Discipline in PT. Inti Palm Sumatra. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research methods with the population in this study were 126 people and the sample in this study were 56 people. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis namely classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that partially, it can be seen that organizational culture has an effect on work discipline where the tcount value of 7,900 is greater than the ttable of 2,007 and the significant value of 0,000 is less than 0.05, compensation has an effect on work discipline where the tcount value is more than 2.701. the size of the ttable is 2.007 and a significant value of 0.009 is smaller than 0.05, motivation has no effect on the work discipline where the tcount of 1.057 is smaller than the ttable of 2007 and the significance value of 0.295 is greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, organizational culture, compensation and motivation have an effect on work discipline where the Fcount value of 154.850 is greater than the Ftable of 2.78 and the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The conclusion states that organizational culture, compensation and motivation simultaneously influence work discipline at PT Inti Palm Sumatra

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of product design, product quality, brand image and price on consumer satisfaction with dancow milk product in Medan city. This study used quantitative descriptive method and the sample used is100 consumer who consume dancow milk product in Medan city. The analysis method used is multiple linier regression. The results of data analysis show that partially and simultaneously the product design, product quality, brand image and price shows a positive coefficient number and has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient determination of 0,481 means that the variable product design, product quality, brand image and price has explain the effect on consumer satisfaction by 48,1% while the remaining 51,9 % is another independent vatriable not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population in this study were guests staying at The Hill Hotel & Resort Sibolangit and a study sample of 60 people using the non-probability sampling technique method. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, f-tests, t-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that significantly the dimension of service quality affects customer satisfaction. Although the assurance dimension shows an insignificant influence on customer satisfaction, the other four variables that shape service quality, namely tangible, realibility, responsiveness and emphaty, show a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 0.571 means that the ability of the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty explains its effect on the customer satisfaction variable of 57.1%. While the remaining 42.9% is another free variable that was not studied in this study such as competence, courtesy, communication, credibility, security and others. The conclusion states that simultaneously, the dimension of service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Bappeda Kota Pematangsiantar membelanjakan anggaran langsungnya tahun anggaran 2016 - 2020. Melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini merupakan pengumpulan data kualitatif. Berdasarkan Laporan Realisasi Anggaran dan menggunakan analisis belanja daerah berupa analisis varians belanja, analisis pertumbuhan belanja, analisis keserasian belanja, dan rasio efisiensi belanja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, selisih pengeluaran tahun 2016 sebesar 90,99 %, tahun 2017 sebesar 92,42 %, tahun 2018 sebesar 82,26 %, tahun 2019 sebesar 99,00 %, dan tahun 2020 sebesar 81,11 % yang menunjukkan adanya pengurangan anggaran dibelanjakan karena tidak melebihi anggaran yang telah ditentukan. Namun berdasarkan rasio efisiensi, realisasi anggaran tahun 2016 – 2017 dapat dikatakan cukup efisien, namun pada tahun 2019 tingkat efisiensi penggunaan anggaran kurang efisien namun masih dinilai baik karena hanya tersisa 1 % dari anggaran. Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Pematangsiantar dilaporkan cukup baik berdasarkan kajian pertumbuhan belanja, karena terjadi peningkatan belanja dari tahun 2016 ke 2020, dengan nilai maksimal 36,41 % pada 2019 – 20120 dan minimal sebesar 2,14% pada tahun 2017 – 2018. Prioritas belanja Bappeda Kota Pematangsiantar pada tahun 2016 - 2020 lebih memprioritaskan belanja operasi dengan nilai maksimal 99,04 % bila dibandingkan dengan belanja modal dengan nilai minimal 0,96 % pada tahun 2017

Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam research ini mempunyai tujuan dalam menganalisis adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bintang Rezeki Maju Medan. Dekriptif kuantitatif dipakai sebagai research method dan kuesioner sebagai pengukuran jawaban responden. Adapin 151 karyawan sebagai populasi dan 110 berjumlah sampel penelitian. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Frontliner di PT XXX Medan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metodologi survei melalui kuesioner. Sampelnya terdiri dari 56 Frontliners dari populasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Frontliner, organizational citizhenship behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Frontliner, dan pelatihan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Frontliner. Selain itu, pengaruh gabungan dari kepuasan kerja, organizational citizhenship behaviour, dan pelatihan ditemukan signifikan terhadap kinerja Frontliner
