Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya kenyataan yang terjadi hari ini, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam  profesionalismenya sangat rendah, diantaranya dikarenakan rendahnya kualifikasi akademik dari Guru Pedidikan Agama Islam itu sendiri juga pengaruh dari kepala madrasah yang belum bisa menggugah dan menimbulkan optimalisasi Guru Penddikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempeoleh gambaran tentang Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kopetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung, memperoleh gambaran tentang Strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung, memperoleh gambaran tentang Kendala kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kopetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung dan Dampak yang dihasilkan Strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kopetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan atau suatu fenomena yang terjadi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah sangat efektif dalam mencapai salahsatu tujuannya, Kepala madrasah selalu menitikberatkan peningkatan kompetensi professional guru dalam setiap program pengembangan yang dibuat sekolah. hal ini dikarenakan, mengingat kompetensi professional memiliki memiliki indikator esensial yang akan berdampak pada hasil lulusan atau output peserta didik yang berkualitas yang sejalan dengan cita-cita visi misi sekolah, 2) Strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di S MA Baabussalaam Kota Bandung terealisasi dengan baik, 3) Kendala dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru PAI yang dilakukan kepala madrasah, mampu diminimalisir dan diatasi dengan baik, terbukti dengan masifnya pembinaan, sosialosasi terkait penggunaan IT/ Aplikasi berbasis IT mampu diikuti dan diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh guru dan 4) Dampak yang terjadi setelah adanya treatment yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PAI, guru PAI semakin professional dalam mengemban tugasnya sebagai guru dan mampu menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan undang-undang serta semakin mampu menguasai materi yang akan disampaikan sepada peserta didik. Kompetensi leadership dan spiritual semakin terlihat, guru semakin bijak dalam mengambil keputusan, baik di dalam kelas ketika proses belajar mengajar berlangsung maupun keputusan yang menyangkut masalah tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sebagai tenaga pendidik sesuai amanat undang-undang, serta jiwa keberagamaannya semakin kuat, sisi senantiasa menjadi teladan yang baik bagi siswa, dan termasuk kompetensi personal/ kepribadian, social, pedagogic dan professionalnya juga terlihat meningkat.

Abstract

Within the realm of religious education and the national educational framework, Diniyah Takmiliyah (DT) stands as a pivotal cornerstone in the nation’s development, preparing future generations with a robust grounding in religious knowledge, profound insight, life skills, and virtuous character, all rooted in a deep understanding of Islamic teachings. Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Wahdah in Bandung city is not only a prominent exemplar within the city but also within the wider context of West Java and Indonesia. This research endeavors to delve into the Implementation of the Curriculum Management System within the Diniyah Takmiliyah Education at Al-Wahdah Bandung city. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study aims to shed light on the practical application of the curriculum management system in Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Wahdah Bandung city. Qualitative research, characterized by its inductive nature, primarily seeks to depict and explore. The research methodology entails field research, involving direct data collection in the field. The research subjects, serving as primary data sources, encompass all individuals contributing information necessary for comprehensive data collection. These individuals consist of the Diniyah Head, Teachers, and students, selected through purposive sampling, with the sampling technique employing a snowball sample. The research findings reveal that Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Wahdah Bandung city stands as a distinguished and paradigmatic institution within Bandung city. In its practical implementation, the institution amalgamates the Diniyah Takmiliyah curriculum with the Islamic Religious Education curriculum of Elementary Schools or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, seamlessly integrating them within the framework of the curriculum at Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Wahdah Bandung city

Abstract

Educating children in this age of globalization is not as easy as imagined, so many problems and problems faced by educators and parents. It can be seen in the age of globalization has a huge impact / influence on the lives of mankind, especially among students from various aspects of life. This study aims to determine the concept of child education in the family according to the Qur'an letter Luqman verses 12-19. The method used in this research is library research with a qualitative approach. The method of data collection in this study by using data sources, education books, moral education, the internet, journals that have the same discussion, and other information related to this research, text and discourse analysis. After the data is collected, data analysis will be carried out to find the essence of this research. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that children's education in the family is very important, the family becomes the foundation for the formation of children's behavior, with the guidance of Surah Luqman verses 12-19 can help in educating children. There are four aspects, namely tawhid education, worship education, moral education and social education. The results of this study are very important, children are a mandate so it is appropriate to be loved, guarded and cared for, so by instilling education is a way of protecting children. Education is not only providing education but must be able to embed in children praiseworthy attitudes and behavior. Education is very useful that we can instill in our children according to Luqman's message, this message is so useful for us. The family as educators who will provide the foundation for children. Whoever we are parents, teachers, educators must be able to be a good role model.

Abstract

Kemampuan bahasa ekspresif merupakan kemampuan berbicara dan menuliskan informasi. Kemampuan berbicara anak dapat dikembangkan dengan cara bermain, karena dengan bermain anak akan mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dan bahasanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa ekspresif anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian anak kelas B, berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian dilakukan 2 siklus setiap siklus 2 kali pertemuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Siklus I pada umumnya terlihat masih rendah. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan menambah media, siklus II mengalami peningkatan mencapai persentase yang diinginkan. Disimpulkan melalui metode bercerita menggunakan boneka jari tangan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa ekspresif anak.

Abstract

In the process of instilling moral values and faith in early childhood, we must look at the stage of child development. Instilling morals and faith in children can be realized by participating in school activities, children will get real experiences provided by the teacher. one of the methods used by teachers to instill morals and faith in children through storytelling activities. The need to instill morals and faith in the storytelling method is expected to make the values taught can be lived and interpreted by children without coercion. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection techniques. The findings of this study are that storytelling method activities can affect children's morals and faith when these activities are carried out with the right delivery, the right story selection, and by providing exemplary examples. The storytelling method can influence children's moral behavior and faith, but this activity is not enough. Therefore, teachers and parents must establish good cooperation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the storytelling method in instilling morals and faith in children of TPA Al-Husna, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors when the storytelling method is carried out at school. Efforts made by teachers to instill morals and faith in children so that children can understand and practice them in their daily lives. So that the development of morals and faith in early childhood develops well.
