Abstract

Tim pengabdi melihat sebuah urgensi dimana diperlukan pendampingan serta pengarahan guna kemandirian bagi anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen guna menghasilkan sumber dana secara mandiri. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan serta mengolah sampah atau limbah yang masih bisa di daur ulang maupun yang tidak dapat didaur ulang menjadi sumber dana untuk mendukung kemandirian anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen dengan membentuk Bank Sampah. Metode yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen tentang sampah dan sistem pengelolaan Bank Sampah dengan tahapan kegiatan antara lain : Pada tahapan pra-pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menjalin kemitraan dengan HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya. Tahap Pelaksanaan: Program yang dilakukan selama periode PKM dengan bermitra kepada HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya, yaitu: pertama, penyuluhan mengenai Bank Sampah. Kedua, pendampingan pembetukan kepengurusan Bank Sampah IIB Darmajaya. Ketiga, Pendampingan administrasi dan keuangan Bank Sampah. Keempat Pemaparan matrei mengenai pemanfaatan E-Commerce sebagai media penjualan online. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah terbentuknya Bank sampah bagi  HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya. Bank Sampah sangat berperan sebagai dropping point bagi produsen untuk produk dan kemasan produk yang masa pakainya telah usai sehingga sebagian tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam pengelolaan sampah juga menjadi tanggungjawab pelaku usaha sehingga dapat menyelesaikan masalah sampah secara terintegrasi dan menyeluruh sehingga tujuan akhir kebijakan Pengelolaan Sampah Indonesia dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

There are many companies that have not disclosed information regarding the intellectual capital disclosure because there are no obligations or standards governing it, so that the intellectual capital disclosure is now getting enough attention from various parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage, managerial ownership and company size on the disclosure of intellectual capital with the company age as the moderation in Islamic banking companies in the period of 2016-2020. This study used the associative method with the hypothesis testing using Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicated that the results of the calculation of the t-test (partial) showed that partially the variable leverage, managerial ownership and company size had a significant effect on the disclosure of Islamic banking intellectual capital in 2016-2020, while the interaction variable age and leverage (X1_M) had no significant effect on the intellectual capital disclosure. The interaction between age and managerial ownership (X2_M) did not have a significant effect on the intellectual capital disclosure, while the interaction between age and firm size (X3_M) had a significant effect on the intellectual capital disclosure. This indicated that the size of the company age when it had a high company size made it willing to disclose its intellectual capital so that investors would certainly be interested in investing in large companies.

Abstract

The capital structure balances external (long-term) capital with internal capital. This research aims to find out the effect of liquidity, uniqueness and profitability on the capital structure of food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018.  The research sample used consisted of 7 companies listed on the Indonseia Stock Exchange, sampling targets set certain standards for 5 years, and the amount of data of 35 companies. Data analysis methods use multiple regressions. The results of this study show that liquidity variables affect the structure of capital. This is because liquid companies tend to use relatively small amounts of debt for their working capital and can meet their financing needs, but unique variables affect the capital structure. The uniqueness of the company's products leads to high costs, so more capital is used and fluctuating profitability does not affect the capital structure. The decline in sales led to a decrease in the company's sales

Abstract

Teknologi digital tidak hanya digunakan sebagai media untuk akuisisi informasi dan telekomunikasi, tetapi  juga untuk ekonomi digital dan dapat menjadi sumber keuntungan yang penting bagi perekonomian di era digital. E-commerce merupakan peluang besar bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk mengembangkan usahanya dan memungkinkan UMKM untuk memasarkan ke pasar global, memberikan mereka peluang untuk memasuki pasar ekspor. Manfaat E-Commerce Pertumbuhan pesat dari bisnis e-commerce menunjukkan banyak manfaat yang harus ditawarkannya, Konsumen dapat dengan cepat menemukan produk yang mereka butuhkan dan melakukan transaksi pembelian di rumah, kantor, warnet dan lainnya secara online. Secara khusus, sebagai regulator, fasilitator dan akselerator, pemerintah bertanggung jawab memberikan perlakuan yang sama terhadap pelaku usaha offline dan online serta membangun landasan hukum yang kuat bagi pemberdayaan dan pemberdayaan pelaku usaha lokal, termasuk produk lokal dan UMKM. Diharapkan e-commerce dapat mempercepat kemajuan UMKM Indonesia dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Pembelajaran berbasis  digital marketing mendukung model project based learning Model  project based learning menghasilkan website e-commerce produk UMKM yang dapat dijual sehingga menciptakan jiwa entrepreneurship Desain PjBL , Desain PjBL Mata Kuliah merupakan aspek pendukung dalam penerapan model Project Based Learning, karena beberapa studi kasus akan diterapkan pada matakuliah yang dipilih sebagai bagian untuk membangun project pembuatan website e-commerce.Kata Kunci — Project Based Leaning, E-Commerce, UMKM

Abstract

The investment decisions made by ordinary investors are affected by the predictions and profits that the investor has. This decision making is an important aspect in dealing with several issues. The objective of this research was to find out the effect of the investor behavioral bias in finance (Anchoring Bias and Loss Aversion) in Lampung. The subject of this research was 120 active investors obtained from the securities institutions and several university investment galleries in Lampung. The method of this research was the associative method. The sampling techniques used in this research were non-probability sampling, snowball sampling, and purposive sampling. The data collecting technique used in this research was distributing questionnaires. The data analyzing technique used in this research was through multiple regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The hypothesis test used in this research was the independent t-test. The result of this research showed that the Anchoring Bias and Loss Aversion had a positive effect on the investor to make an investment decision in Bandar Lampung with a 0.00 0.05 significant level.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian dilakukan untuk mendesripsikan perbandingan kinerja bank syariah dengan metode Islamicity Performance Index, dan rasio yang digunakan adalah Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR), Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR), Islamic Income vs Non-Islamic Income (IsIR), Directors-Employee Welfare Ratio (DEWR) dan Equitable Distribution Ratio (ESR) pada Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Total sampel adalah 2 bank syariah. Data mencakup periode 2015-2017. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan kinerja Bank Syariah Mandiri lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Bank Muamalat Indonesia, dimana untuk perhitungan ZPR kedua bank tersebut mempunyai nilai yang sama dan untuk PSR Bank Muamalat lebih unggul dibandingkan Bank Syariah Mandiri. Bagi perbankan syariah masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan, seperti rasio PSR agar menstimulus roda ekonomi Indonesia dan dapat memperkecil kesenjangan gaji direksi terhadap kesejahteraan karyawannya yang dapat dihitung dengan rasio DEWR. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the recommended method for predicting financial distress. There were 3 methods was used in this study, namely the Springate method, the Zmijewski method, and the Grover method. This study focused on the goods and consumer industrial sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2014-2018 period. The result of this study found that the Springate method had the highest level of sensitivity in predicting financial distress. In addition, this study also found that the Zmijewski method had the greatest accuracy and the smallest error level compared to other methodsKeywords: Financial Distress Method, Springate Method, Zmijewski Method, Grover Method

Abstract

Technology and automation have become an important part of the global financial services market. Fintech is dramatically changing the way consumers conduct financial transactions. Simply put, it is a paylater service that allows consumers to buy products in installments over a certain period on an e-commerce platform for various needs. Currently, in Indonesia, several fintech companies provide pay-later services. Its implementation appears in many applications, ranging from digital wallets, and ticket bookings, to the most popular on e-commerce platforms and/or online marketplaces. Each provider has different specifications and coverage. The differentiating variables include loan value limits, interest, tenor, loan terms, coverage area, and integration into third-party services. The purpose of this study is to propose an expanded model of the technology acceptance model (TAM) in the use of financial technology (Fintech) in paylater services, in particular, to study and explore the role of image and religiosity in TAM, as well as provide policy recommendations for authorized agencies and providers. services in Indonesia regarding several important factors that need to be considered so that Indonesian Muslims are willing to use Fintech. The sample in this study is a Muslim population aged at least 18 years who use Fintech pay-later to make payment transactions on e-commerce in Bandar Lampung. Testing the data using SEM PLS. The results showed that Islamic Religiosity and Image were able to increase the Attitude toward using fintech payment pay-later through Perceived Ease of Use as a mediating variable, but Islamic Religiosity and Image reduced the Attitude toward using fintech pay-later through Perceived Usefulness as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to solve the problems MSMEs face in home industrial products in Sidodadi Asri Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Province, by assisting MSMEs in developing product packaging designs. The rationale for the priority themes is to raise awareness of packaging through research on the importance of packaging, development of appropriate technology, and marketing networks to improve the competitiveness of processed products for the small business cottage industry. It was developed by optimizing potential through community empowerment that enhances the village of Sidodadi Asri. Envisioning how to implement problem-solving begins with coordination between the village chief and his MSME owner. The output that will be generated from community service activities is the right technology, in the form of packaging design and a high level of understanding of the importance of packaging through training in packaging development with shaping product brands and labels, creating innovative, engaging solutions and modern packaging. And also how to promote it through social media like Whatsapp and Instagram so that it is said to provide benefits for MSMEs to independently expand product distribution and independent use of e-commerce and social media as a means of promotion and sales marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of green banking and financial performance on bank profitability. The population of this study included banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2021 and those that published sustainable financial statements and presented a sample of eight banks using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with panel data. The result of this research was that Green Banking had a significant on the Bank Profitability; Bank Size had an insignificant on Bank Profitability; NPL had a significant on Profitability, and BOPO had a significant on Profitability. Keywords— Green Banking, Bank Size, NPL, BOPO, and Bank Profitability
