Abstract

This study developed a research framework for the understanding of organizational socialization and affective commitment at the individual level by using the self-assessment (self-report). This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational socialization on affective commitment to the suitability of the variable pemediasi. Data collected as many as 135 respondents were obtained from educative and administrative employees who work at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta. From the data obtained, the data analysis using regression model pemediasi through a simple regression analysis and regression.The results of this study indicate that organizational socialization positive and significant effect on affective commitment. From the results of this study can be reported that the organizational socialization positive and significant effect on the suitability value. Other findings from this study indicate that the suitability of the positive and significant effect on affective commitment. In addition, the results of this study also showed that the suitability of the mediating effect of organizational socialization on affective commitment.Keywords: organizational socialization, affective commitment, socializing influence on affective commitment, the suitability of the

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh ketidakamanan kerja terhadap turnover intention, untuk menguji kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode assosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Ratu Pola Bumi (RPB) Bandar Lampung. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan teknik yang digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 68 karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention.Kata Kunci : Ketidakamanan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Turnover Intention, PT.Ratu Pola Bumi (RPB) Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi dan sejauh mana lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru Madrasah AliyahDiniyyah Putri Lampung.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Madrasah Aliyah Diniyyah Putri Lampung yaitu sebanyak 42 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel non probabilitas.Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menghasilkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah AliyahDiniyyah Putri Lampung. Pengujian secara simultan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru Madrasah Aliyah Diniyyah Putri Lampung.Kata Kunci :    Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Keja, Kinerja, Madrasah Aliyah Diniyyah Putri Lampung

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of person organization fit on organizational commitment with work satisfaction as a mediator variable. The data collected as many as 150 respondents obtained from educative employees Institute of Informatics and Business Darmajaya in the years of 2017. From the data obtained, then performed data analysis using the regression model of mediation through a simple regression analysis and multiple regression method. The results of this study indicate that the person organization fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. From the results of this study can be reported that the socialization of the organization have a positive and significant impact on the suitability of values. Other findings from this study indicate that conformity values have a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. In addition, the results of this study also indicate that conformity values mediate the effect of organizational socialization on affective commitment.

Abstract

Perusahaan memiliki kekhawatiran untuk mendapatkan tenaga kerja generasi Z pada masa yang akan datang. Untuk memecahkan masalah itu perusahaan membuat sistem e-rekrutmen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat persepsi generasi Z terhadap sistem e-rekrutmen. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah individu yang memiliki tahun kelahiran antara rentang tahun 1995-2010, yang termasuk dalam kategori generasi Z. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistika deskriktif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sistem e-rekrutmen sangat diminati oleh generasi Z untuk mencari informasi tentang pekerjaan yang mereka inginkan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan, responden yang menjawab “sangat setuju” untuk pertanyaan Menggunakan situs e-rekrutmen memudahkan saya mencari pekerjaan sebanyak 21%. Penelitian di masa yang akan datang, diharapkan mengkaji pengaruh e-rekrutmen pada minta jobseeker generasi Z untuk melakukan proses rekrutmen, untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Generasi Z, E-Rekrutmen, Rekrutmen, Job Seeker

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee branding on job seekers' interest in participating in the recruitment process. This is based on the shift of the Indonesian workforce from generation Y to generation X. Respondents in the study amounted to 300 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. Tests of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with hypothesis testing using Test T. The results of this study, namely: 1) Interest value affects the interest of job seekers to follow the recruitment process, 2) Social value affects the interest of job seekers to follow the recruitment process, 3) social value influences the interest of job seekers to participate in the recruitment process, 4) development value influences the interest of job seekers to participate in the recruitment process, 5) applicant value influences the interest of job seekers to participate in the recruitment process. Keywords — Employee Branding, Rekrutment, Selection, Job Seeker

Abstract

J&T Express is  an express delivery company that applies technology development as the basic system. Extensive network that J&T Express facilitates express services for customers throughout Indonesia. J&T Express serve the delivery within city, inter-city, inter-provincial, and also e-commerce customer. J&T Express provides pick up service with high transmission speed, at the same time also support the growth of e-commerce business. J&T Express in operation management provide the good services to customers for had good time e-shopping and quality goods cooperate with some companies like Tokopedia, Shopee and Bukalapak and etc. J&T Express always improve their services by used the new technologies as like AI system for control the shipping of goods and also social media as like Facebook, WeChat, Twitter, Instagram, Line and YouTube for connected with customers and always upload new information at there. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of E-Recruitment on employee recruitment effectiveness. This research is a quantitative research, with a questionnaire as a method of data collection. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, with the criteria of respondents is generation Z, born in 1995-2010. Data analysis tools use simple linear regression. The results of this study found that E-recruitment affects the effectiveness of employee recruitment. This shows that when a company uses technology, one of them is E-recruitment, then job seekers will be interested in using the facility. Thus, companies can obtain candidates with a very large number of workers and have the opportunity to get the best competent employees.Keywords : E-Recruitment, Effectiveness Of Employee, Generation Z

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of spiritual leadership and perceived organizational support on affective commitment. In addition, the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship of spiritual leadership and affective commitment will be tested. This research was conducted with survey research design, and the type of data was cross-sectional. Surveys conducted based on web based surveys. Research focuses on organizational members or employees in the Bandar Lampung region. Data is collected by self-administered survey with sampling in the form of non-probability sampling, namely by purposive sampling. Processing data and testing hypotheses is done using moderated regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 130 respondents. Spiritual leadership is measured by SLT survey questions developed by Fry et al (2005), with 17 items of questions. Affective commitment was measured by 6 items of measurement scale developed by Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993). Whereas, perceived organizational support was measured by the short version of (Eisenberger et al., 1986), consisting of 8 statements.The results of the investigation show that spiritual leadership and perceived organizational support influence affective commitment. In particular, the moderating effect of perceived organizational support can strengthen the relationship of spiritual leadership and affective commitment.

Abstract

Tim pengabdi melihat sebuah urgensi dimana diperlukan pendampingan serta pengarahan guna kemandirian bagi anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen guna menghasilkan sumber dana secara mandiri. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan serta mengolah sampah atau limbah yang masih bisa di daur ulang maupun yang tidak dapat didaur ulang menjadi sumber dana untuk mendukung kemandirian anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen dengan membentuk Bank Sampah. Metode yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen tentang sampah dan sistem pengelolaan Bank Sampah dengan tahapan kegiatan antara lain : Pada tahapan pra-pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menjalin kemitraan dengan HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya. Tahap Pelaksanaan: Program yang dilakukan selama periode PKM dengan bermitra kepada HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya, yaitu: pertama, penyuluhan mengenai Bank Sampah. Kedua, pendampingan pembetukan kepengurusan Bank Sampah IIB Darmajaya. Ketiga, Pendampingan administrasi dan keuangan Bank Sampah. Keempat Pemaparan matrei mengenai pemanfaatan E-Commerce sebagai media penjualan online. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah terbentuknya Bank sampah bagi  HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya. Bank Sampah sangat berperan sebagai dropping point bagi produsen untuk produk dan kemasan produk yang masa pakainya telah usai sehingga sebagian tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam pengelolaan sampah juga menjadi tanggungjawab pelaku usaha sehingga dapat menyelesaikan masalah sampah secara terintegrasi dan menyeluruh sehingga tujuan akhir kebijakan Pengelolaan Sampah Indonesia dilaksanakan dengan baik.
