Abstract

The search for private reciting teachers is mainly carried out through contacts with colleagues of the same profession, recommendations from previous reciting teacher service users so that broadcasts through social media problems that then arise through searches like this, including searching for prospective private reciting teachers who take a long time, find it challenging to find a match The location and time between the prospective Koran Kaji and the students, cannot know the competence, achievements and track-records of the future Koran teachers in private. This research is qualitative research where the strategy used is Design and Creation—the method used for data collection using the form of observation, literature study, questionnaires and interviews. This research aims to design a system that can make it easier for students to find Koran teachers. In contrast, the design of this system uses the Java and MySQL programming languages for databases and the programming method using the Haversine Formula method. This research produces an Android-based private apprenticeship teacher information system application for the conclusions drawn from this study. To design a system for ordering private Koran teachers to make it easier for the community, especially in Makassar.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan pangan mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan segala produk retail. Pentingnya akan kebutuhan ini menimbulkan dampak semakin meningkatnya produsen yang melakukan beberapa macam cara penjualan. Walaupun begitu tidak semua produsen dalam melakukan aktivitas perdagangannya memperhatikan hak-hak konsumen yang seharusnya diberikan. Konsumen sering dirugikan karena belum ada undang-undangan yang mengatur tentang perlindungan konsumen di pasar ritel tradisional dan minimnya pengetahuan produsen/pelaku usaha mengenai peraturan perundang-undangan yang sudah ada tentang perlindungan konsumen serta tata cara pelaksanaan ritel tradisional yang baik. Penulis melakukan penelitian tentang Hubungan Hukum Produsen dengan Konsumen Retail Goods. Penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian penelitian library research dimana menggunakan studi literatur dan lain sebagainya untuk memperoleh data. Berdasarkan Pasal 1320 dan Pasal 1338 KUHPer penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa produsen memberikan janji-janji dan informasi berkaitan dengan barang dan/atau jasa yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen, hak dan kewajiban Produsen dengan Konsumen Retail Goods Makassar meliputi tanggung jawab produsen dalam menjaga kualitas produk dengan membatasi resiko kerugian yang diderita konsumen.  Dalam hal konsumen menderita kerugian akibat cacat produk, UUPK memberikan hak kepada konsumen untuk menggugat produsen. Sedangkan bentuk ganti rugi berupa pengembalian uang atau penggantian barang dan/atau jasa atau perawatan kesehatan dan pemberian santunan.

Abstract

Proof of transaction printed by an Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM) generally produces printed electronic information about the amount of money, account for the transaction, location, and transaction time. Article 5 paragraph (1) of Law no.11 of 2008 concerning electronic information and transactions ("UU ITE") Article 5 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law in full reads, "Electronic information and electronic documents and printouts are tools legal proof."In many cases, there is no notification of the amount of paper available; common events occur to customers after transactions at the ATM; proof of transfer or receipt needs to be printed because the paper supply at the ATM has run out. If this happens, the customer must go to the Bank office to print bank statements. This research aims to design a receipt paper detector on a microcontroller-based ATM. In concept, this tool can detect the availability of receipt paper in ATMs and provide notifications when the receipt paper runs out.
