Abstract

This study is aimed to develop multimedia interactive for Construction Management Course to facilitate student’s learning and also assist the lecturer. Methodolgy used for this research is Research and Development (RnD). Multimedia interactive that is developed using Tutorial Model purposed to be a complement of student’s learning. This research is done with using Lee and Owen (2004) Development Model. Collecting data technique for this study is using questionnaire. The result of this Reasearch and Development (RnD) is ten multimedia interactive. The multimedia interactive is stated “very worthy” by media experts with score 90,68% and also stated “very worthy” by material experts with score 81,64%. The percentage showed that multimedia interactive is ready to be implemented for Construction Management Course.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of damage to the school building using a benchmark assessment of the level of damage by DG Pauddikdasmen Kemendikbud in 2021 and investigate the building component repair-cost estimates using Works Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). The research population is a public elementary school in Samudrajaya Village with a sample building SDN Samudrajaya 04 Bekasi as the object of research. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out through observation, documentation, and unstructured interviews. The results showed that the level of damage to the SDN Samudrajaya 04 Bekasi building in building one was slightly damaged, with the highest component of damage found in the wall component with brick wall sub-components or partition 8.2% glass, doors, and frames were not damaged. While the level of damage to building two was heavily damaged, with the highest component damage found in the wall components of the sub-components of brick or partition walls by 15%, glass 90.3%, doors 88.6%, and frames 96%. The results of the analysis of the estimated repair costs on the components that experienced the most serious damage based on the volume of damage were in building one of Rp. 30,522,168,48 and in building 2 Rp. 204,070,178.35, the total repair cost is Rp. 234,592,346.83 or can be rounded up to Rp. 234,593,000.

Abstract

This research purpose is to find out the management and maintenance curing of Pulogebang Integrated Bus Terminal already match according to PU Minister Regulations No. 24 PRT/M/2008 SOP. Corresponding to the observation that already do indicates that maintenance and curing assignment in Pulogebang Integrated Bus Terminal are far from optimum. It is because some factor that is SOP (Standart Operational Procedure) that hasn’t been match according to PU Minister Regulations No. 24 PRT/M/2008, bureaucracy system in the government, feebleness in control system and facility that not appropriate yet according to Ministry of Transportation Regulations No. 132 2015.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of quality management system based on clause in ISO 9001: 2015 on podomoro golf project development project cimanggis with PT. Wijaya Karya Building Building as a contractor. This study is descriptive using clauses in ISO 9001: 2015 as a way of knowing the implementation of quality management system from owner, construction management consultant, and contractor, with questionnaire form about application of field. Questions are made in clauses 4 to clause 10 in ISO 9001: 2015.The results in this study indicate that the implementation of quality management system based on clause in ISO 9001: 2015 from the owner is "Rarely" applied with the percentage of assessment between 50% to 74.99%. The construction management consultant is "Always" applied to the assessment percentage of 75% to 100%. From the contractor's side is "Always" applied with the percentage of valuation between 75% to 100%. From these results obtained factors - factors that become constraints on the implementation of quality management system based on clauses in ISO 9001: 2015, the method or procedure, human resources (HR), and implementation or operational work.

Abstract

Perencanaan ulang estimasi biaya pekerjaan struktur pada Proyek Apartemen Kingland Avenue bertujuan untuk mengestimasikan ulang biaya yang diperlukan dalam pembangunan Tower The Fritz Apartemen Kingland Avenue pada lingkup pekerjaan struktur mulai dari fondasi sampai lantai 3 menggunakan metode Building Information Modelling. Terdapat beberapa tahapan dalam perencanaan ulang estimasi biaya, yaitu pemodelan dengan software Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit 2021 untuk mendapatkan nilai volume tiap pekerjaan, menghitung analisa harga satuan (AHS) tiap pekerjaan, menghitung harga total/Bill of Quantity (BOQ), dan rekapitulasi biaya dari pekerjaan struktur. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengikuti gambar kerja dari ProyeknApartemen Kingland Avenue dengan standar gambar berpedoman pada SNI 2847:2019 dan pendoman tata cara perhitungan estimasi biaya dari Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat No. 1 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Perkiraan Biaya Pekerjaan Konstruksi Bidang Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat dan pedoman patokan harga satuan bahan dan upah pekerja berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Tangerang Nomor 118 Tahun 2021 Tentang Standar Harga Satuan Konstruksi, Nonkonstruksi, dan Konsultan Tahun Anggaran 2022. Hasil dari perencanaan yang telah disusun adalah biaya pembangunan komponen struktur Tower The Fritz dengan 2 lantai basement dan 2termasuk PPN 10% lantai adalah Rp. 30.281.375.25.

Abstract

Carrying out construction activities is a complicated activity, problems often occur in the implementation of construction projects causing the owner to experience losses, obstacles that are often faced include delays in project completion time, project cost overruns and inconsistencies in the quality and quality of construction projects. As a solution, competent experts are needed who can manage and control construction projects to avoid the obstacles that often occur. Young Construction Management Experts are one of the experts regulated in SKKNI No. 390 of 2015 to manage and control all activities starting from the planning, design, tendering, implementation, to the post-implementation stages of construction projects. This article aims to identify the competencies needed to become a Young Construction Management Expert using the literature study method. The results obtained were 30 competencies of Young Construction Management Experts which were grouped into 3 aspects, namely knowledge aspects, skills aspects and attitude aspects. These 30 competencies were obtained from SKKNI and relevant journals and books.
