Abstract

Perancangan Karya Inovatif ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas belajar siswa dan menciptakan variasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran AutoCAD. Waktu Perencanaan Karya Inovatif ini dilakukan mulai tanggal 1 Desember 2011 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2011. Perancangan Karya Inovatif ini dilakukan berdasarkan tujuh tahap. Ketujuh tahap itu adalah: observasi (pengumpulan data), penyusunan materi, penyusunan alur informasi, kompilasi data, pengembangan awal, evaluasi dan pengembangan akhir. Evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan 2 tahap validasi dan revisi. Tahap validasi pertama adalah validasi media yang dilaksanakan oleh ahli media dari Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) UNJ. Tahap validasi kedua adalah validasi substansi dan instruksional yang dilaksanakan oleh 2 orang guru pengajar AutoCAD di SMKN Jakarta. Hasil validasi menujukan bahwa media yang dikembangkan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik sesuai dengan hasil validasi ahli media yaitu 4,49 dari skala 5, validasi ahli substansi dan instruksional yaitu 4,23 dari skala 5. Dari review yang dilakukan, media pembelajaran yang telah dibuat ini dinilai baik dan perlu dikembangkan untuk lembaga-lembaga yang memerlukan di tanah air

Abstract

In construction world, the labour’s productivity is one of the determining factors for development project. There are many tools to measure the productivity levels. One of which is by examining LUR (Labour Utilitation Rate) for each worker, that is to explore the labour’s effectivity in running their work. The purpose of this research is for knowing the labour’s productivity rate. This research was conducted on revitalization of BNI branch office at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. by observing the labours in mechanical and electrical work. LUR observation are carried out based on daily reports of completed mechanical and electrical work.

Abstract

This research is purpose to control time in Girder beam production using CPM (Criticial Paht Method) and LoB (Line of Balance) to get maximum productions amount with time adaptability precisely. This research is using count method and management of secondary and primary data that illustrated to graphic and diagram. Case study at project of building the overpass LRT (Light Rail Transit), to productions girder beam at PT. Adhi Karya Factory Precast Sentul. The result of this research shows that productions capability girder beam increase as much 21 unit girder beam per mount with speed track 59,4268 unit per hour, balance delay 42,3678 %, line efficiency 42,267 with time cycle that using is 68,5 hour in first cycle, 69 hours in second cycle, 69 hours in third cycle, 69 hours in fourth cycle and having waiting time that happen to every trun of cycle is one hour. So that the result of research can declare is happen productions acceleration with using CPM (Criticial Paht Method) and LoB (Line of Balance) is 10 hour per mount.

Abstract

Kapal Tunda adalah kapal yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan manuver / pergerakan, utamanya menarik atau mendorong kapal lainnya di pelabuhan, laut lepas atau melalui sungai atau terusan. Pemanduan kapal tersebut dimaksudkan untuk kepentingan pertimbangan keselamatan pelayaran dan untuk itu, maka pengoptimalisasian armada kapal tunda sangat penting demi tercapainya pelayanan jasa penundaan yang efektif di divisi kepanduan dan jika dilihat dari peran dan fungsinya yang sangat penting maka diperlukan perawatan guna menjaga kondisi kapal dalam keadaan siap operasi yaitu dengan meningkatkan kunjungan kapal yang tinggi dan kinerja pelayanan pemanduan guna tercapainya pelayanan jasa kapal untuk menunjang availability 80%.Tingkat kesiapan sarana pemanduan belum mencapai target sasaran mutu yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II ( Persero ) Cabang Tanjung Priok, yaitu rata – rata hanya berkisar sebesar 70 %. Beberapa solusi dan saran yang membangun yaitu dengan cara mengantisipasi arus kunjungan yang meningkat di masa yang akan datang, perlu diadakan peremajaan, penambahan armada kapal tunda dan penyewaan armada kepanduan dari pihak swasta ( charter ) untuk memenuhi pelayanan pelanggan. Serta peningkatan keterampilan dan kemampuan para personel pandu dan tunda agar terhindar dari hal –hal yang tidak diharapkan seperti kecelakaan dalam pelayanan pemanduan kapal.

Abstract

PT. Mitra Samudera Jaya Lines merupakan perusahaan agen pelayaran. Mereka mengageni kapal-kapal container dan kapal-kapal Roll on Roll off (RORO) milik K-Lines. Khusus kapal-kapal RORO, disandarkan di dermaga TPT yang merupakan terminal khusus kendaraan (vehicle) di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realisasi dari standar kecepatan bongkar dan kecepatan muat yang ditetapkan oleh TPT belum dapat dicapai secara optimal da n dari hasil perhitungan berdasarkan data-data pada bulan September 2008-Mei 2009, rata-rata kecepatan bongkar dan muat kapal RORO di dermaga TPT yaitu kecepatan bongkar 71 unit/jam dengan rata-rata 0,85 menit/unit dan kecepatan muat 146 unit/jam dengan rata-rata 0,41 menit/unit. Kecepatan ini belum mencapai hasil yang optimal yang seharusnya sekitar 280 unit/jam dengan rata-rata 0,21 menit/unit dan kecepatan muat seharusnya 220 unit/jam dengan rata-rata 0,27 menit/unit. Rendahnya kecepatan bongkar muat tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain: menunggu datangnya kendaraan muat, kendaraan yang dibongkar dan dimuat merupakan jenis alat berat, kondisi kendaraan bongkar dan muat yang rusak, kendaraan baru yang belum dikenal driver, lokasi di kapal, perjalanan menuju tempat parkir, driver, lapangan parkir kendaraan

Abstract

Commercial buildings in the Bassura Mall area (Jalan Jenderal Basuki Rahmat) have resulted in congestion in the area. Vehicles use road bodies to park their vehicles, sidewalks that are used as trading places by street vendors, and the position of the entrance / exit of Bassura Mall for four-wheeled vehicles that is not strategic. These things have caused the author to choose a location in the Bassura Mall area (Jalan Jenderal Basuki Rahmat), East Jakarta which is a local route, where East Jakarta as one of the big cities in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta also experiences high vehicle growth, p. This can be seen on roads in East Jakarta which often experience congestion during rush hour. The purpose of this research is to determine the traffic performance in the area. The method used in this research is direct observation method at the research location and field data collection in the form of parking volume data, pedestrian volume, vehicle volume entering / exiting Mall Bassura, traffic volume, and road performance. Observations were made on weekdays and holidays. The results of the analysis of the performance of the road sections show that the traffic volume on the roads around Mall Bassura is 32,433 SMP / hour on weekdays and 22,577 SMP / hour on holidays, with the service level index being in the F category on weekdays and holidays. Thus, the congestion factors mentioned above have resulted in a decrease in road capacity which has an impact on road performance.

Abstract

Abstract In Indonesia, an average of three people die every hour due to road accidents. The number of accidents is caused by human factors, namely those related to the ability and character of the driver, vehicle factors related to the fulfillment of roadworthy technical requirements and infrastructure and environmental factors. In addition to the problem of underage drivers, the most violations are followed by traffic sign violations and incomplete driving attributes. There are also some riders whose driving attributes are not standard such as helmets plus the blind spot knowledge factor is an important factor considering that the Bekasi City area has many heavy vehicles. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the understanding of blind spots on vehicles in order to reduce the number of traffic accidents, especially for teachers and students who are one of the highest groups of victims of traffic accidents. The purpose of this socialization is to fulfill the activities of the Tridharma of Higher Education, to reduce the number and number of victims of traffic accidents caused by Blindspot in the Karang Bahagia sub-district, Bekasi Regency. The method of carrying out activities with lectures and discussions through the Zoom application. The results of the implementation of the activity went well. This can be seen from the increase in the average pre-test score of participants by 55.8 to 88.7 in the post-test average value, which illustrates that the increased knowledge and understanding of participants regarding blind spots to support safe and comfortable driving. Abstrak Di Indonesia, rata-rata tiga orang meninggal setiap jam akibat kecelakaan jalan. Jumlah kecelakaan tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor manusia yaitu yang terkait dengan kemampuan serta karakter pengemudi, faktor kendaraan terkait dengan pemenuhan persyaratan teknik laik jalan dan faktor prasarana dan lingkungan. Selain masalah pengendara di bawah umur, pelanggaran paling banyak disusul pelanggaran rambu lalu lintas dan tidak lengkapnya atribut berkendara. Ada pula beberapa pengendara yang atribut berkendaranya tidak standar seperti helm ditambah faktor pengetahuan blind spot menjadi faktor penting mengingat daerah Kota Bekasi banyak kendaraan berat. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sosialisasi pemahaman blindspot pada kendaraan dalam rangka menekan angka kecelakaan lalu lintas khususnya bagi guru dan siswa yang menjadi salah satu kelompok tertinggi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas. Tujuan sosialisasi ini untuk memenuhi kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, menekan angka serta jumlah korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang diakibatkan oleh Blindspot di wilayah kecamatan Karang Bahagia Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan ceramah dan diskusi melalui aplikasi Zoom. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya peningkatan nilai pre-test rata-rata peserta sebesar 55,8 menjadi 88,7 pada nilai rata-rata post-test, dimana menggambarkan bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan dan memahami peserta mengenai blind spot guna mendukung berkendara secara aman dan nyaman

Abstract

The public as users of construction service products are increasingly aware of the need for quality products that meet the required quality standards. Efforts to obtain construction products with the desired quality is to improve the quality of human resources. One of them is the collaboration between universities and vocational schools in accordance with the mandate of Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 2016, through increasing the competence of vocational students in terms of knowledge about building maintenance and maintenance within the scope of housekeeping in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number: 24/PRT/M/2008. Implementation on Saturday, September 12, 2020 via a Webinar with the "Zoom Cloud Meeting" application. The number of participants who took part in the activities from 5 vocational schools in Jakarta and Bekasi was 67 participants. The results of the evaluation using pre-test and post-test question instruments for 61 respondents showed: (1) there was an increase in the knowledge of SMK students about regulations in the construction industry related to building maintenance and maintenance competencies in the range of 16% - 26% before the webinar and after that 65% - 80%; and (2) Increased knowledge of building maintenance and maintenance work related to housekeeping increased between 25% to 50% or there were additional 15 - 30 people.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of health and comfort based on Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 29 of 2006 concerning Guidelines for Technical Building Requirements for Bidara Cina Flats. The method used is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were families who lived in flats. The sampling technique used a formula developed by Isaac and Michael to obtain 194 samples. The results of this research show that the perception of the residents of the Bidara Cina Flats regarding health, with a percentage of 72.075%, can be said to be that the level of health in the Bidara Cina Flats is Medium. It is shown based on the results of each aspect of health, namely the ventilation system, lighting system, sanitation, and The use of building materials in Block II is better than in Block I. Then the occupants' perception of comfort in the Bidara Cina Flats is still considered moderate, with a percentage of 66.355%. This is shown based on the results of each aspect of comfort, including movement space, air condition, sight (visual), sound (audio), and social environment in Block II are better than in Block I.

Abstract

Abstract The introduction of Technical Drawing knowledge to students in high schools is still lacking, especially in schools in remote areas far from big cities. This is very unfortunate because drawing technology at this time has developed far, while this knowledge is needed for high school students, especially those who will continue their education to the undergraduate level of engineering and design. According to the situation Study Program Building Construction Engineering Technology, FT UNJ hold the commuity service activity for senior secondary school with the aim that students have additional knowledge about AutoCAD software-based Engineering Drawings which can open their horizons for further education after school and/or related professions. The implementation of this community service was carried out for students of the State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Muara Gembong, Bekasi. The result of this activity is an increase in knowledge after students are given material on the implementation of this PKM by 27.93%, through pretest and posttest. In addition, the enthusiasm and interest of the students in trying to understand the material shown at the time of implementation, from the documentation, and the pre and post test scores were very visible. Abstrak Pengenalan pengetahuan Gambar Teknik pada siswa di sekolah menengah atas masih sangat kurang, khususnya pada sekolah-sekolah di pelosok-pelosok yang jauh dari kota besar. Hal ini sangat disayangkan karena teknologi Gambar pada masa ini sudah jauh berkembang, sementara pengetahuan ini dibutuhkan bagi siswa SMA khususnya yang akan melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang sarjana keteknikan dan desain. Untuk itu dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Prodi STR TRKBG FT UNJ, menyasar pada siswa sekolah menengah atas dengan tujuan agar siswa memiliki tambahan pengetahuan mengenai Gambar Teknik berbasis perangkat lunak AutoCAD yang dapat membuka wawasan mereka akan pendidikan lanjutan setelah sekolah dan/atau profesi yang terkait. Pelaksanan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Muara Gembong, Bekasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah siswa diberikan materi pada pelaksanaan PKM ini sebesar 27,93%, melalui pemberian pretest dan posttest. Selain itu, sangat terlihat antusiasme dan ketertarikan siswa dalam berusaha memahami materi yang ditunjukkan pada saat pelaksanaan, dari dokumentasi, dan nilai pre dan post test yang diberikan.
