Abstract

The system that is currently running in recording inventory at PT Berlina Tbk Tangerang is considered ineffective and efficient because it still uses paper and the process of inputting and recapping goods data is semi-computerized in Microsoft Excel. which causes problems, namely too much stock of goods so that it increases the load in the warehouse and too little stock of goods which results in an exhaustion of stock in the warehouse. To solve this problem, we need an inventory control information system. The method of analysis uses the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. For the system design process using sublime as the writing language and programming PHP, and XAMPP as localhost, the database uses MySQL. This study aims to design an inventory control system in the HRD department at PT Berlina Tbk Tangerang, and to make it easier for the HRD Department to input and create inventory reports. With this research, it can produce an inventory control system design that is more effective and efficient and can find out the storage costs in the warehouse. From the calculation of the EOQ method, it is found that it is 20% smaller than the previous storage and the total cost of ordering in a year is 2x orders. Thus, it means that there is a very real difference between the inventory policies implemented by the company and the EOQ method.

Abstract

PT. Mitra Pemuda Baja sebagai objek penelitian merupakan perusahaan yang sudah dikukuhkan sebagai Pengusaha Kena Pajak yang bergerak dibidang jasa fabrikasi yang setiap transaksinya mengandung pajak pertambahan nilai yang akan disetor ke kas Negara dengan menggunakan sistem Pajak Masukan dan Pajak keluaran. Pada empat tahun awal pendirian PT. Mitra Pemuda Baja melakukan pembelian beberapa unit mobil serta bangunan dimana faktur pajak masukan yang diterima oleh PT.Mitra Pemuda Baja merupakan faktur pajak yang tidak dapat dikreditkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisa faktur pajak yang tidak dapat dikreditkan terhadap Pajak Pertambahan Nilai Terutang pada PT.Mitra Pemuda Baja. Variabel yang menjadi fokus dari penelitian ini adalah Faktur Pajak Yang Tidak Dapat Dikreditkan sebagai variabel bebas (X), Pajak Pertambahan Nilai Terutang sebagai veriabel terikat (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif yaitu pengumpulan data, penjabaran data, dan perbandingan data dilapangan dengan data teori yang ada. Data analisis menggunakan analisis Uji Regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Faktur Pajak Yang Tidak Dapat Dikreditkan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pajak Pertambahan Nilai Terutang di PT.Mitra Pemuda Baja. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggukan Uji Regresi, menunjukkan nilai Y = 14.325,5 dengan meramalkan nilai X untuk tahun depan sebesar 2.870. Hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktur pajak yang tidak dapat dikreditkan dengan PPN terutang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya pengaruh peran komite dan pengawas terhadap pengelolaan dana BOS (Bantuan Operasional Sekolah) di sekolah dasar negeri. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sedangkan untuk responden penelitian adalah 158 orang guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar di Kota Tangerang dan pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan rumus Slovin yang menghasilkan 115 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan probability sampling. Data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara tidak terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data, peneliti menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 16.00. Hasil penelitian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen komite sekolah adalah 0,015

Abstract

Sistem informasi pengolahan data cuti karyawan saat ini masih menerapkan sistem semi komputerisasi (Microsoft excel) untuk pencatatan hasil pengolahan data cuti menggunakan form yang dicetak dengan kertas A4. Banyak permasalahan yang ditimbulkan dari sistem yang berjalan ini antaranya waktu yang cukup lama dalam membuat laporan. Dari ermasalahan diatas maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah dalam pembuatan laporan sehingga tidak memakan waktu yang lama.dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis PIECES dan black box sebagai metode pengujiannya. Untuk memudahkan dalam merancang tampilan menggunakan tool Mock Up. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharpak mampu memudahkan dalam proses pengajuan cuti, penginputan hasil pengajuan cuti, dan menyediakan informasi yang up to date

Abstract

SPP payments still often experience obstacles such as data collection and payment information processes that are done manually where recording reports still use a ledger, making work neglected and spending a lot of time and financial staff in searching student data and archiving. In the current technological era, it is necessary to innovate the use of technology in the world of education to assist the administration of school finance so that the data collection and information process of Payments run effectively and efficiently. In this journal will discuss about the design of web-based SPP payment information systems and sms gateways using sms gateway notifications. This design aims to assist the finance department in recording SPP payments and as a means of informing payments to parents / guardians. The research method used is the SDLC type Waterfall method. This application helps the finance department in recording SPP payments and parents / guardians get payment information every month through SMS notifications.

Abstract

In processing the cake sales report at PT Flavors Internasional still uses a manual system so that the related officers experience some problems in making sales reports. So we need a system that can handle errors in making the cake sales report which is currently still using a manual system. In this study, several methods are used including data collection which includes observation, interviews, and literature studies, the SDLC method as the analytical method used, UML is used as a tool in designing systems in the form of usecase, activity, seqeuence, and class diagrams. With this system, problems that exist in the process of making cake sales reports can be resolved properly and can provide time and process efficiency for the company, as well as more regular data report processing.

Abstract

Technological developments continue to grow rapidly. in any field such as economic, social, transportation and others participate in technological developments. Many consumers demand industrial development to be able to meet all their needs quickly and with quality, so we need a facility that can assist in carrying out the production of the intended needs. Currently the running system is still using Microsoft Excel in making reports in the furniture production sector, this section really needs a technology that can facilitate its work effectively and efficiently. In making reports, officers experience difficulties so that it takes a long time and prior to processing, they must obtain approval from the supervisor in charge so that they can be processed to the next stage, namely the production stage. then we need a system as a medium to assist officers in making reports and make it easier to approve reports and provide convenience to officers in finding and storing data that has been made. The framework used in designing reporting research applications is the CodeIgniter framework as a framework for creating a system or application, the programming language uses Javascript, CSS and PHP. With this application, it is hoped that the system can provide a sense of comfort in working and ease of reporting.

Abstract

Clarity & Fluency School of English is one of the businesses in the field of education with the type of English courses and Tutoring. Every business, both agency and individual, cannot be separated from information needs. The data needed in the form of accounting information in the form of financial statements. In an age where information needs more rapidly then needed analysis of a system according to requirement. Reporting activity is the most important aspect in companies or government agencies because any expenditure and cash receipts made by companies or government agencies should be made a report for decision making. In the Clarity & Fluency School of English cash flow statement, both cash receipts and disbursements still use office applications, namely Microsoft Excel. the method used in this study uses the SWOT analysis method, PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. Meanwhile, the data obtained were analyzed and illustrated using UML (Unified Modeling Language)

Abstract

The absence of a teacher provides valuable insight into the need to reform teacher performance and learning. At the very least, must ensure that the teachers are already in the classroom, to do what they have to do. Disciplined teachers are teachers who are usually present on time, obey all the rules applied at school, and behave in accordance with applicable norms. In the presence of the teacher in the classroom, errors often occur in making reports and the teaching and learning process because it is still done manually. To overcome the problems above, it is necessary to design an information system that can accommodate attendance records and teaching and learning activities. The Pieces method is used in this study to make it easier to identify problems with the current system. To design the system, it is made in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language) according to user needs. With this system, it will be a way out for related parties to check and compile teacher attendance reports so that the teaching and learning process runs smoothly and well. Keywords—Attendance; Teaching And Learning Process; Attendance Ketidakhadiran seorang guru memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang perlunya mereformasi kinerja dan pembelajaran guru. Paling tidak, harus memastikan bahwa para guru sudah ada di kelas, untuk melakukan apa yang harus mereka lakukan. Guru yang disiplin yaitu guru yang biasanya hadir tepat waktu, taat terhadap semua peraturan yang diterapkan disekolah, serta berprilaku sesuai dengan norma-norma yang berlaku. Dalam kehadiran guru di kelas sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan dan proses belajar mengajar karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas, maka perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengakomodasi dalam pencatatan kehadiran dan kegiatan belajar mengajar.Metode Pieces digunakan dalam penelitian ini agar memudahkan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah pada sistem berjalan saat ini. Untuk merancang sistem dibuat dengan bentuk UML (Unified Modeling Language) sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem ini akan menjadi jalan keluar bagi pihak terkait untuk mengecek dan menyusun laporan absensi guru sehingga proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan lancar dan baik. Abstract

Property sales business is a business activity of buying and selling goods and services related to property (buildings and land). Business in the property sector is a type of business that is quite promising. With the increasing number of competitors in this property business, developers must be more active and innovative in introducing products, so a solution is needed to attract many buyers by using an e-commerce system. The problems faced in this sales system are still in a less broad scope, data management still uses a handwritten media system on a sheet of paper so it takes a long time, and monthly report storage media still uses a ledger that requires accuracy. The designed system produces fast, precise, and accurate information in the entire process, both in terms of data input, transaction processing (orders), to output. The development method used is a prototype model and the PHP programming language so that the website runs dynamically which is supported by a MySQL database. The solution obtained from the above problems is to build a website-based online sales system, so that sellers and buyers do not meet face-to-face. With this system, it is expected to expand the area and facilitate sales marketing and increase and make it easier for the public to get information.
