Abstract

Clarity & Fluency School of English is one of the businesses in the field of education with the type of English courses and Tutoring. Every business, both agency and individual, cannot be separated from information needs. The data needed in the form of accounting information in the form of financial statements. In an age where information needs more rapidly then needed analysis of a system according to requirement. Reporting activity is the most important aspect in companies or government agencies because any expenditure and cash receipts made by companies or government agencies should be made a report for decision making. In the Clarity & Fluency School of English cash flow statement, both cash receipts and disbursements still use office applications, namely Microsoft Excel. the method used in this study uses the SWOT analysis method, PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. Meanwhile, the data obtained were analyzed and illustrated using UML (Unified Modeling Language)

Abstract

The absence of a teacher provides valuable insight into the need to reform teacher performance and learning. At the very least, must ensure that the teachers are already in the classroom, to do what they have to do. Disciplined teachers are teachers who are usually present on time, obey all the rules applied at school, and behave in accordance with applicable norms. In the presence of the teacher in the classroom, errors often occur in making reports and the teaching and learning process because it is still done manually. To overcome the problems above, it is necessary to design an information system that can accommodate attendance records and teaching and learning activities. The Pieces method is used in this study to make it easier to identify problems with the current system. To design the system, it is made in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language) according to user needs. With this system, it will be a way out for related parties to check and compile teacher attendance reports so that the teaching and learning process runs smoothly and well. Keywords—Attendance; Teaching And Learning Process; Attendance Ketidakhadiran seorang guru memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang perlunya mereformasi kinerja dan pembelajaran guru. Paling tidak, harus memastikan bahwa para guru sudah ada di kelas, untuk melakukan apa yang harus mereka lakukan. Guru yang disiplin yaitu guru yang biasanya hadir tepat waktu, taat terhadap semua peraturan yang diterapkan disekolah, serta berprilaku sesuai dengan norma-norma yang berlaku. Dalam kehadiran guru di kelas sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan dan proses belajar mengajar karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas, maka perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengakomodasi dalam pencatatan kehadiran dan kegiatan belajar mengajar.Metode Pieces digunakan dalam penelitian ini agar memudahkan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah pada sistem berjalan saat ini. Untuk merancang sistem dibuat dengan bentuk UML (Unified Modeling Language) sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem ini akan menjadi jalan keluar bagi pihak terkait untuk mengecek dan menyusun laporan absensi guru sehingga proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan lancar dan baik. Abstract

Library automation is the use of information technology in library management activities such as circulation, catalogs, collection processing, membership, and others by using library hardware (hardware) and software (software). The application of automation in libraries can simplify library management work, improve service quality, and facilitate collaboration. SLiMS is a web-based Free Open Source Software that has facilities that can meet the needs of library Automation systems. The SLiMS application is widely used by libraries because it is easy to use. Like the Raharja University library, which has implemented a library automation system using the SLiMS application. This study was conducted to determine the use of the SLiMS application library automation system at the Raharja University Library which refers to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) based on usability and convenience aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with interview techniques. Based on the results of interviews conducted, it can be concluded that the SLiMS application provides various benefits in helping work in the Raharja University library. The use of the SLiMS application at Raharja University has been very good. They take advantage of the SLiMS application features such as circulation services, collection inventory, reports and statistics, as well as system modules (barcodes, labeling, etc.), by utilizing the SLiMS application and its features users can increase work productivity, work performance, work effectiveness, and work can be completed faster. Keywords—Utilization, Automation, Libraries, SLiMS Automasi perpustakaan adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan pengelolaan perpustakaan seperti sirkulasi, katalog, pengolahan koleksi, keanggotaan, dan lain-lain dengan menggunakan perangkat keras (hardware) dan perangkat lunak (software) perpustakaan. Penerapan Automasi pada perpustakaan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan pengelolaan perpustakaan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan memudahkan dalam kerjasama. SLiMS merupakan Perangkat Lunak Open Source Gratis berbasis web yang memiliki fasilitas yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sistem Automasi perpustakaan. Aplikasi SLiMS banyak digunakan oleh perpustakaan karena mudah digunakan. Seperti perpustakaan Universitas Raharja yang telah menerapkan sistem Automasi perpustakaan menggunakan aplikasi SLiMS. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penggunaan sistem Automasi perpustakaan aplikasi SLiMS pada Perpustakaan Universitas Raharja yang mengacu pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) berdasarkan aspek kegunaan dan kemudahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi SLiMS memberikan berbagai manfaat dalam membantu pekerjaan di perpustakaan Universitas Raharja. Penggunaan aplikasi SLiMS di Universitas Raharja sudah sangat baik. Mereka memanfaatkan fitur-fitur aplikasi SLiMS seperti layanan sirkulasi, inventaris koleksi, laporan dan statistik, serta modul sistem (barcode, pelabelan, dll), dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SLiMS dan fitur-fiturnya pengguna dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, kinerja kerja , efektifitas dalam bekerja, dan pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan lebih cepat. Abstract

This research aims to determine promotional strategies in increasing the competitiveness of catering purchases at Budhe Jaya Catering. The data used is primary data obtained directly from the research location in the form of the type of advertising used and secondary data in the form of a brief history of Budhe Jaya Catering. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Based on the research conducted, the data obtained shows that the promotion carried out by Budhe Jaya Catering was not successful because it only used brochures and signboards, this greatly af ected the level of orders and income of Budhe Jaya Catering to increase purchasing competitiveness. Therefore, it would be better for Budhe Jaya Catering to use more ef ective media in carrying out its promotions so that the public can know about the existence of Budhe Jaya Catering so that the level of orders increases.
