Abstract

Abstrak: Para guru di SMP Ganesa Satria terbiasa menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional dalam kegiatan mengajar. Di sisi lain, mereka menggunakan media sosial untuk sekadar bagian dari gaya hidup sehari-hari. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan YouTube sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif. Media sosial dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperkaya dan melengkapi proses pembelajaran media konvensional yang sudah lazim digunakan. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas dan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar khususnya dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran. Setelah adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, guru dapat mengefektifkan media sosial yang dimiliki guru tidak hanya sebagai gaya hidup namun juga dapat menunjang karir guru khususnya dalam pembelajaran. Guru dapat mengetahui sarana dan fasilitas yang terdapat di Facebook, Instagram dan YouTube. Penggunaan media sosial ini dimanfaatkan guru dengan membuat video dan grup mata pelajaran yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Guru pada akhirnya memiliki grup mata pelajaran di Facebook, dapat mempublikasikan kegiatan mengajar melalui YouTube yang dapat diakses oleh guru-guru lainnya, peserta didik maupun masyarakat luas.Abstract: The teachers at SMP Ganesa Satria is used to use the conventional learning media in teaching activities. On the other side, they use social media only for daily lifestyle. This PKM activity is aimed at introducing the social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube as an alternative learning media. Social media is useful to enrich and complement the conventional learning media that is commonly used in this school. The results of the activities showed improvement in the quality and creativity of teachers in teaching especially by using social media as a learning medium. After this community devotion activity, teachers can effectively effective social media that teachers have not only as a lifestyle but can also support the teacher's career, especially in learning. Teachers can find out the tools and facilities found on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The use of social media is utilized by teachers by making videos and subject groups that can be accessed through the Internet. The teacher ultimately has a subject group on Facebook, able to publish teaching activities through YouTube that can be accessed by other teachers, students, and the wider community.

Abstract

Penggunaan TIK saat ini menjadi sangat penting sebagai media pembelajaran karena dapat mencari sumber ilmu pengetahuan dari penjuru dunia untuk menambah keilmuan baik bagi untuk guru itu sendiri maupun untuk peserta didik. Guru di MTS Al-Qur’aniyah Ulujami terdiri dari 23 guru dan staf. Guru-guru di MTS Al-Qur’aniyah tidak semua bisa menggunakan TIK dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas dimana masih ada guru yang menjelaskan materi menggunakan papan tulis dan spidol. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan observasi, sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Target luaran dari kegiatan PKM guru di MTS AL-Qur’aniyah antara lain 1) Guru dapat menggunakan TIK dalam pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan komputer, laptop, internet sebagai media pembelajaran, 2) Memudahkan guru dalam membuat administrasi pembelajaran seperti silabus, RPP dan program semester, 3) Guru menjadi kreatif dan inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas sebagai tenaga pengajar yang profesional dan, 4) Luaran lain dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat dijadikan wacana untuk melanjutkan kegiatan ini dengan melakukan penelitian.

Abstract

Banyak tantangan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi pada saat pembelajaran online di masa pandemi, seperti kurangnya minat siswa. Model blended learning merupakan salah satu alternatif pembelajaran selama pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi model blended learning di TKIT Al Fatah. Metode penelitian ini adalah deksriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa TKIT Al Fatah dan objek penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Blended Learning di TKIT AL Fatah. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan snaw ball sampling yaitu guru dan siswa di kelas TK B. Teknik analsis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) implementasi blended learning di TKIT AL Fatah menggabungkan model pembelajaran online (zoom meeting, whatsapp group dan youtube) serta menggunakan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas yang terbagi menjadi dua sesi setiap pertemuannya, 2) Pemilihan media pembelajaran zoom meeting, whatsappgroup dan youtube untuk pembelajaran online berdasarkan kesepakatan orang tua murid dan pihak sekolah, 3) Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas pada siswa berjalan sesuai dengan aturan dan siswa sangat antusias mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Various online learning media has become an option for lecturers during online learning. Choosing the right learning media needs to be taken carefully in accordance with the needs and the characters of students and lecturers. Google application has been chosen by many lecturers during online learning. Lecturers of Pancasila course in the Informatics Engineering study program use Google application to support Pancasila learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the Google application in Pancasila course and to see the advantages and disadvantages of google application in online learning. The method used was descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were students and lecturers of Pancasila course in Informatics Engineering study program. The data techniques were observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data reductions, data presentations and conclusions. The result of this research discovered that Google application was very helpful for online learning in Pancasila courses because through google application, lecturers and students were able to discuss virtually through Google Meet, collect assignments through Classrooms, and list attendance using Google Forms. The lack of Google application were there was no notification of how many students had downloaded material or videos, and it was only limited to the user of the Google account.

Abstract

AbstractClinical supervision were really needed by the teachers to increase their job performance of education profesionalism. The principal can develop their teachers by clinical supervision about manage the teaching process. Clinical supervison may be divided by some activities, there are meeting the teacher, observation, evaluation and analysis. . The method of this research is descriptive qualitative . Data was collected by in the interview, observation, and literatue study. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion on verifications. The results of this research are 1) implementation clinical supervision applied step by step of principal Ganesa Satria junior high school to develop the teachers increase their job performance on learning process, 2) The principal by cinical supervision can increase job performance of teachers, 3) The principal as a implementer must be understand and have best some strategics to get better  changes for teachers.  Keywords: clinical supervision, job performance, teacher AbstrakSupervisi klinis sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru yang profesional. Melalui supervisi klinis, kepala sekolah dapat melakukan pembinaan kinerja guru dalam mengelola proses belajar mengajar. Supervisi klinis yang dilakukan kepala sekolah di SMP Ganesa Satria dapat dilakukan menjadi beberapa kegiatan antara lain pertemuan, observasi, evaluasi dan analisis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deksriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain 1)Implementasi supervisi klinis diterapkan dengan bertahap oleh kepala sekolah di SMP Ganesa Satria sebagai upaya pembinaan bagi guru-guru untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam pengajaran, 2) Kepala sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi klinis mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru lebih baik, 3) Kepala sekolah sebagai pelaksana dari supervisi klinis harus paham dan memiliki strategi yang mampu memberikan perubahan bagi guru. Kata Kunci: Supervisi klinis, kinerja, guru

Abstract

Abstrak Semua kegiatan manusia membutuhkan komunikasi baik secara verbal maupun non verbal. Salah satu bentuk kegiatan manusia yang membutuhkan komunikasi adalah kegiatan belajar mengajar. Didalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang bertindak sebagai komunikator adalah pengajar sedangkan komunikannya adalah peserta didik.  TALKinc sebagai lembaga pendidikan non formal yang bergerak di bidang pengajaran keahlian komunikasi memiliki keberhasilan mencetak lulusan-lulusan yang sukses dibidangnya. Hal tersebut yang mendasari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa proses komunikasi dan pola komunikasi pengajar di TALKinc dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi. Hasil observasi menyimpulkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang terbentuk dari proses komunikasi di TALKinc adalah pola sirkuler (Osgood dan Schamm,1954) dimana bentuk komunikasinya adalah komunikasi dua arah dimana pola tersebut terdapat unsur feedback (reaksi dari komunikan). Kata Kunci: Pola Komunikasi, Pengajar, Motivasi  Abstract Almostall activities of human requiresa communication skill whether it is verbalor non verbal communication. One of the example is teaching process. Teaching process involve teacher as a senderand student as a recipient in the communication process. TALKinc as an informal school of communication has succesfully graduated professional public speakers or communicator in a variety of industries. Based on that, this research purpose to analyse how the communication process and how the communication pattern between teacher and student to escalate student motivation. The research method was using qualitative method and the data collection was using observation. The result is the communication pattern that has been used by teacher isCircular model from Osgood and Schamm (1954). Abstract

Nasionalism is a transcendent value of Pancasila and students must have fill independence as a next generation to give the contributions  for our country. So it can come true of students character can competitives and tough in the middle of globalization. The purpose of this study is to find the PPKN teacher for developing the nasionalism character of students in SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok. Methodology research is descriptive. Technique data collection was carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. Technique data analysis in this research using reduction data, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusion. The results of this research are 1) PPKn teacher in SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok have very large role in developing an attitude of nationalism and the formation of the students character are implement through subjects PPKn, 2)through PPKn training teacher, the organization of  OSIS in this school can growing the nationalism attitude and form students character appropiate transcendet value of Pancasila, 3)Growing attitude of nationalism student character not only job for the PPKn teacher but its job for the other teacher in the school and specially for their parents, 4) PPKn teacher have high quality to growing the nasionalism students character  at SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok, its can show from his job performance as a teacher have good quality and his profesionalism as a teacher did obligations and excercise right will be models for the students in formation of students character.

Abstract

Kindergarten students in golden age are very important to develop their personality that have character values to produce bright generations in the future. The fading of the values of discipline, honesty, independence, lack of a sense of responsibility to students is certainly a problem found in schools. Because noadays, many students have faded in applying character values. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of character education for students in kindergarten in Islamic-based education schools. The methodology of this research was descriptive qualitative. The object of this research was the implementation of character education while the research subjects were teachers and students at TKIT Al Fatah. Data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted from January to April 2022. The results of this study 1) the implementation of character education in TKIT Al Fatah ran by implementing activities inside and outside the classroom that contained character values for students, 2) TKIT AL Fatah implemented character values namely religious, independent, disciplined and responsible for producing a generation that has good morals, 3) teachers, parents and the community played a very important role in instilling character values to students.

Abstract

PB Tirta Badminton merupakan sebuah organisasi dibidang olahraga dengan jumlah siswa yang semakin bertambah tentunya memerlukan pengajar yang selalu berkomitmen.Hal ini perlu dibina dan dipupuk agar tetap menjalankan komitmennya, secara kualitas maupun integritas untuk memajukan dan mengembangkan organisasi agar bermanfaat untuk masyarakat.Berdasar hal tersebut,kami tergerak melakukan sosialisasi kepada pengajar PB Tirta Badminton tentang pentingnya komitmen didalam organisasi yang berisikan unsur kesetiaan, kesediaan dan kerja keras serta keinginan untuk terus berada didalam organisasi guna mewujudkan misi visi bersama.Metode pelaksanaan  yaitu dengan mengadakan observasi ke pengurus, pengajar dan siswa dan juga kegiatan yang diadakan oleh PB Tirta Badminton.Adapun hasilnya masih terdapat beberapa pengajar yang belum sepenuhnya memiliki komitmen. Hal ini terlihat dari tidak dipatuhinya beberapa kebijakan yang dilanggar oleh sebagian pengajar.Setelah diadakan sosialisasi kepada semua pengajar diharapkan seluruh pengajar paham untuk mematuhi dan menjalankan komitmen tersebut dengan integritas yang tinggi.

Abstract

Library, as a place holding pivotal roles to support instructions at schools, should be led by a competent and qualified leader. The present research is purposefully conducted to assess the training program intended for school library leader candidates. Qualitative method was employed by the implementation of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model. The data were collected through observations, interviews and document analysis. Snowball sampling technique was utilized to choose the research participants. The participants involved in this research were the head of assurance council, the head of training program, and the training partners. The present research indicates the following findings. Generally, the training is regarded as successfully implemented. To be more specific, 1) context evaluation assesses legal standing, objectives, and target of the training; 2) input evaluation assesses resource of the training; 3) process evaluation assesses trainee recruitment, teaching and learning process, and monitoring-evaluation of the training; and 4) product evaluation assesses cognitive, affective and skill domain of the trainees. The present research implies program segmentation for each level of education due to different problems encountered in reality. Training resource aspect also needs special attention.
