Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam mengantisipasi penyebaran covid-19. Universitas Trunojoyo  Madura melalui LPPM melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan media webinar serta sosialisasi door to door dengan materi pola hidup bersih untuk mengantisipasi pencegahan penyebaran virus, penggunaan masker dan kebiasaan cuci tangan dengan sabun. Adapun jumlah peserta adalah 50 pemuda dan pedagang pasar pumara yang terletak di Kelurahan Mlajah Kecamatan Bangkalan Kabupaten Bangkalan. Hasil kegiatan abdimas ini agar para pemuda dan para pedagang memahami bagaimana pencegahan serta menjadi agen sosialisasi kepada lingkungan sekitar. Sehingga para pemuda dan pedagang ikut serta dalam langkah sinergis bersama pemerintah serta perguruan tinggi dalam upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19.Abstract:  The literacy gap related to the understanding of Covid-19 prevention and health protocols in the Madurese community requires the role of the community in disseminating correct information. Youth and traders in PUMARA need to get education related to digital literacy that is easy to understand about Covid-19 and how to prevent it. This has made the basis for the LPPM Community Service Team at Trunojoyo Madura University to take part in preventing and breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19 by providing counseling and socialization about Covid-19 to youth and traders in Mlajah village, Bangkalan sub-district, Bangkalan district through webinars and door-to-door socialization along with distribution of hand sanitizers and masks. The purpose of this activity is so that young people and traders understand how to prevent and become agents of socialization to the surrounding environment. So that young people and traders participate in synergistic steps with the government and universities in efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 starting from yourself.

Abstract

This study aims to examine corporate governance on market performance in banking companies. The sample in this study is banking in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2019. The results showed that corporate governance has a positive effect on banking performance by using Tobin Q and return on equity (ROE). Furthermore, there is additional information from the results of this study. The number of directors and independent commissioners has a positive influence. Whereas the presence of foreign board directors has a positive impact because the expertise they have is different from that of local directors. The number of meeting activities also has a positive effect on performance because the market sees that the supervisory and controlling activities of the directors' performance are in line with the expectations of shareholders. However, the existence of female directors and doctoral-educated directors has a negative effect because the socio-cultural aspects of Indonesian society are still patriarchal and the level of education does not always have the competencies and abilities needed

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 19 or Covid-19 has spread to many countries, including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic had many impacts on people's lives, especially in the economic sector. Many workers have experienced layoffs or layoffs due to this pandemic. This layoff is considered one of the efficiencies imposed by the company amid the pandemic. However, in this case, sometimes some companies cut off their work relationships during the Covid-19 pandemic, often using force majeure reasons, even though the company is still producing as usual. A situation is said to be force majeure, which is a state of coercion that is beyond the control of the parties concerned. There is a condition if the company can carry out layoffs, which is also contained in the provisions. So in this case, this termination should not necessarily decide unilaterally, especially on the grounds of force majeure. If there is a reason for Termination of Employment, there is a reason according to Article 164 paragraph (3) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower which states that the company can lay off because the company is closed while it turns out that the company continues to produce as usual or because it has suffered a loss for 2 consecutive years even though if it is associated with this Covid-19 pandemic, it has not yet reached 2 years to be said to have been laid off. So that the layoffs include the termination of one of the parties not together. Companies should take steps that can be taken such as reducing wages, reducing work shifts, and restrictions related to overtime work. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive policy from the government in the event of a force majeure so as not to harm the workers or companies that employ them and reduce the direct economic impact.

Abstract

Teknologi berkembang semakin canggih menyebabkan munculnya inovasi baru dalam bidang teknologi ini. Hal ini dapat dirasakan melalui mudahnya mengakses kebutuhan dengan cepat. Teknologi digital saat ini telah berkembang penggunaannya hampir di dalam seluruh lapisan kehidupan mulai dari transaksi jual beli, kendaraan, keuangan, pariwisita, dan transaksi jual beli lainnya saat ini dapat dilakukan melalui teknologi digital. Penelitian dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui apakah manfaat dan kemudahan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan pembayaran digital. Data bersumber dari pelaku UMKM di sekitar wilayah Pantai Slopeng dengan responden berjumlah 50. Hasil penelitian menandakan adanya pengaruh antara manfaat dan kemudahan terhadap minat penggunaan pembayaran digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the existence of Capital Structure (LDER), Profitability (ROE), and Likuidity (CR) partially at Automotive Company listed in Indonesia Stock Change (BEI) period 2015-2019.“The date used in this secondary date, namely the financial purposive sampling method which produces 13 componies. For testing instruments using classic assumption test, while date analysis techniques used to determine the hypothesis using multiple linera regression using t test.Based on the results of the t test indicate that Capital Structure (LDER) have negative significant influence to Firm Value (PBV), Profitability (ROE) have negative not significant to Firm Value (PBV), and LIkuidity (CR) have negative not significant to Firm Value (PBV).The results of this study are only limited to the automotive manufacturing sector. So that the information contained in this study cannot be generalized to objects such as banking, where the liquidity factor is strictly guarded by central bank regulations. So that further research can explore different objects related to different industrial sectors

Abstract

This study aims to determine how MSMEs' incomes are affected by e-commerce and financial technology in the tourist area of Slopeng Beach, Sumenep Regency. A quantitative method was used in this studi. Participants on this study is members of the MSME business community who live near Sumenep's Slopeng Beach tourism. With a total of fifty respondents, the technique of purposeful sampling was used for the sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for the data analysis. The study demonstrates that financial technology has not effect on MSME income. Nevertheless, income increases as a result of e-commerce. Sumenep's SME sector. E-commerce and financial technology, on the other hand, simultaneously raise SMEs' incomes in Sumenep.
