Abstract

Digital technology has required organizations to be more flexible. The technological changes that occur seem to exceed the speed of the organization in preparing human resources to adapt to the latest technology. Digitalization shapes organizations, work environments, and processes into new challenge zones that leaders must-have. Many organizational researchers and social science experts have tried to understand this phenomenon, but the findings are well-known in the scientific discipline do not come together in a clear picture. This study aims to add to the literature on leadership and digitization. The method used is library research to provide an analysis of leadership studies and digitization by identifying patterns of thought from previous findings. The findings in this study indicate that leaders are key figures in organizations who are ready to move toward organizations that are flexible and adaptive to digital change. Leaders need to create relationships with stakeholders and focus on collaborative efforts. With this research, it is hoped that we can contribute to advancing theoretical studies on digital transformation and digital leadership (e-digital). Limitations of this study are the absence of empirical findings to expand understanding and create a more systematic research model framework. Future research opportunities are still wide open to advance knowledge in this field.

Abstract

An organizational transformation that results in "dramatic" events that must be addressed by all members of the organization. This study uses three basic theories from Kurt Lewin that explain the process of change in an organization, namely unfreezing, movement, and refreezing. The phenomenon that occurs at Tidar University as a new university is the optimization of human resources towards Indonesia 2045. Humans with self empowerment and flexibility as agents of change in developing management strategies for successful organizational performance towards equality with other PTN. This research was conducted to examine the implementation of the role of professional resources on organizational transformation as an agent of change. This research was conducted through a literature study that refers to research and critical review of previous theories. As for the relevance of our data, we distributed questionnaires to 25% of the total employees as baseline deep in interviews in group discussions to share professional experiences, understand our own assumptions and assumptions of others and to understand the profession. The analysis uses Lewin's three-step process approach to agents of change in change in organizations. In a critical review change management has a constructive framework for managing organizational change through the process phase. The results of this study provide theories and practical implications of a process of change by the "agent of change".

Abstract

Leadership is an interesting and important topic to be discussed for all time. It is related to the important role of leaders in an organization or group of people. Whether or not the condition of the organization or group in the future depends on the role of the leader at this time. A leader is expected to have professional technical and managerial skills. The technical skills are under their fields, while managerial skills require their role in leading others. These skills are reflected in his actions, such as selecting, educating, motivating, developing up to terminating employment relations. Leadership and adjusting to change are the biggest challenges facing leaders today. Leaders must use leadership styles that are most effective in influencing subordinates' perceptions about the goals to be achieved and ways to achieve them. There are three leadership theories, namely, traits theory, behavior theory, and contingency theory. All three theories have different basic assumptions. This article only focuses on the theory of traits theory and behavior theory. Trait theory believes that leaders are born with several inherent characteristics such as courage, intelligence, strength, initiative, responsibility. In contrast to trait theory, behavior theory believes that leaders can be formed with education and training, where leadership functions such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling are more prominent than the leader's character.

Abstract

Mempertahankan suatu usaha bukanlah hal yang mudah ditengah persaingan yang ketat dan adanya permasalahan yang timbul akibat sesuatu yang tidak terduga seperti bencana alam yang sedang dihadapi hampir seluruh bidang usaha di dunia yaitu permasalah yang timbul akibat pandemi covid-19 yang menimpulkan adanya peraturan pemerintah dalam pembatasan sosial dan juga adanya penurunan daya beli masyarakat yang juga mempengaruhi pendapatan suatu usaha. Untuk menghadapi itu sangat penting bagi seorang wirausaha untuk menetapkan strategi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan usahnya. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah BS Coffee Donuts yang mana cafe tersebut masih mampu bertahan dan menjalankan usaha ditengah pandemi covid-19 dan ketat persaingan terbukti dengan tidak pernah sepinya pengunjung yang melakukan pesanan dine-in maupun take away. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah mengkonsumsi produk BS Coffee Donuts dan bersedia untuk mengisi kuisioner yang disebarkan oleh peneliti. Penentuan sample pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada dua kriteria yaitu orang yang pernah membeli produk BS Coffee Donuts yang berjumlah 41 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel citra merek dan promosi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen BS Coffee Donuts. Maintaining a business is not easy in the midst of intense competition and there are problems that arise due to something unexpected such as natural disasters that are being faced by almost all business fields in the world, namely problems that arise due to the covid-19 pandemic which has led to government regulations in social restrictions. and also a decrease in people's purchasing power which also affects the income of a business. To deal with it, it is very important for an entrepreneur to set the right strategy to maintain his business. The object in this research is BS Coffee Donuts, where the cafe is still able to survive and run a business in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic and tight competition as evidenced by the never empty visitors who order dine-in and take away. This research method is descriptive analysis. The population in this study were people who had consumed BS Coffee Donuts products and were willing to fill out the questionnaire distributed by the researcher. Determination of the sample in this study is based on two criteria, namely people who have bought BS Coffee Donuts products, amounting to 41 people. The results of this study indicate that brand image and promotion variables are factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions for BS Coffee Donuts.

Abstract

H Jamu memiliki fungsi dan khasiat yang dipercaya dapat dimanfaatkan secara turun temurun untuk menyembuhkan segala penyakit. Kepercayaan konsumen terhadap jamu tradisional didasarkan oleh perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan bagaimana upaya yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh penjual jamu untuk tetap menjaga kepercayaan konsumennya melalui strategi komunikasi pemasaran. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian deskriptif. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara dengan mengumpulkan jawaban kuesioner yang kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggambarkan kesimpulan melalui berbagai teori dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk menjaga kepercayaan, penjual jamu perlu mengerti dan memahami bagaimana supaya produknya sampai ke konsumen dan juga tetap menjaga kepercayaannya terhadap produk jamu tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the training analysis and development of existing PD. BPR BANK BAPAS 69 Magelang Regency. This study explains the analysis of needs, methods, types, objectives and benefits, as well as evaluating training and development. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the purpose of training and development is to improve the quality of human resources they have and is also useful for encouraging the progress of individuals and organizations. PD. BPR BANK BAPAS 69 uses organizational needs analysis, using two training and development methods, namely the classroom and simulation methods. The training and development carried out is formal or official because it has been planned by the organization. The evaluation is based on the value obtained from the trainer, then reviewed further and then used as material for consideration of determining career path or promotion.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 19 or Covid-19 has spread to many countries, including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic had many impacts on people's lives, especially in the economic sector. Many workers have experienced layoffs or layoffs due to this pandemic. This layoff is considered one of the efficiencies imposed by the company amid the pandemic. However, in this case, sometimes some companies cut off their work relationships during the Covid-19 pandemic, often using force majeure reasons, even though the company is still producing as usual. A situation is said to be force majeure, which is a state of coercion that is beyond the control of the parties concerned. There is a condition if the company can carry out layoffs, which is also contained in the provisions. So in this case, this termination should not necessarily decide unilaterally, especially on the grounds of force majeure. If there is a reason for Termination of Employment, there is a reason according to Article 164 paragraph (3) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower which states that the company can lay off because the company is closed while it turns out that the company continues to produce as usual or because it has suffered a loss for 2 consecutive years even though if it is associated with this Covid-19 pandemic, it has not yet reached 2 years to be said to have been laid off. So that the layoffs include the termination of one of the parties not together. Companies should take steps that can be taken such as reducing wages, reducing work shifts, and restrictions related to overtime work. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive policy from the government in the event of a force majeure so as not to harm the workers or companies that employ them and reduce the direct economic impact.

Abstract

The community service program carried out in Balesari Village, Windusari District, Magelang Regency,aims to solve mismanagement problems that occur in terms of financial administration, marketing, and human resources. Preliminary observations have been made before, which found that MSMEs in this village still receive minimal guidance in the form of small business management. By knowing the mapping of constraints or problems experienced by MSME actors, it is hoped that they can obtain accurate training materials so that these MSMEs can develop forward and encourage the economy of the surrounding community. The method used is the tutorial and discussion extension method. The material presented is about the basics of management science in business. MSMEs require good knowledge of human resource management, marketing management, and financial management for the progress of their business. MSME owners or managers are expected to have skills in managing their human resources, as well as the ability to manage facilities and infrastructure in their businesses. If MSME managers have good management knowledge, it will make it easier for their business to continue to develop and be adaptive in facing all the demands of changing times. Therefore, this community service is carried out by assisting related partners to develop their business and to be able to compete with other MSMEs. The flow of activities, namely the delivery of material, training, and assistance on the basics of management science. As a result ofthis dedication, the partners who received admitted aid that they had a better understanding of how to design effective and efficient marketing strategies, how to manage finances in a simple manner, and a little understanding of how to design suitablehuman resource needs

Abstract

Komoditas kopi baru-baru ini menjadi sangat populer dikarenakan kewajiaban bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas di dalam rumah dan adanya pembatasan masyarakat untuk keluar rumah. Dimana budaya meminum kopi ini menjadi sangat menjamur ditengah masyarakat yang melakukan segala aktivitas di rumah. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai UMKM Kopi Bubuk Jack.id yang berada di Kabupaten Temanggung dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dan Pemetaan melalui Matriks SWOT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang tepat digunakan bagi pelaku UMKM agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing di tengah maraknya pandemi Virus Covid-19. Dan setelah melakukan analisis yang dilakukan dengan memasukkan data yang didapat langsung oleh narasumber dan sumber lain, hasil dari analisis tersebut adalah UMKM Kopi Bubuk Jack.id ini berada pada kuadran 1 dimana UMKM ini memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yang bagus untuk bersaing tetapi hanya kekurangan dalam bidang konsistensi produk serta media penjualan dan pemasaran. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan UMKM ini perlu untuk menerapkan strategi Growth Oriented Strategy agar kedepannya usaha UMKM ini mampu berkembang secara maksimal.

Abstract

Coffee shop businessmen are the group that has had a huge impact during this Covid-19 pandemic. This makes them have to survive by looking for various ways in order to survive without loss and can continue to attract consumers. In the world of entrepreneurship, the main goal is not only how consumers buy their products but how their products are able to continue to compete with competitors and consumers make repeat purchases. One way to survive during this Covid-19 pandemic is to maintain a brand image that is already owned and attached by consumers. Brand image is an important factor that drives consumers to choose the product. Not only by maintaining a brand image, factors such as facilities can also be a factor that needs to be taken into account by coffee shop entrepreneurs because consumer convenience is an important factor. The object in this study is the Oasis Coffee Shop, where the Oasis Coffee Shop is still able to compete during the Covid-19 pandemic with the ability to maintain a brand image on its boba products and the facilities it has provide convenience for its consumers so that it can influence consumers to make repeat purchases. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative where data collection uses questionnaires and interviews with 30 consumers of the Oasis Coffee Shop. The results of this study indicate that the variable brand image and facilities affect repurchase intention.
