Abstract

Dalam konsep Paulo Freire seorang praktisi dan teoritisi pendidikan radikal dari Brazil, mengatakan bahwa, pendidikan yang benar adalah pendidikan yang mampu menjadi kekuatan penyadar dan pembebas manusia. Artinya, pendidikan harus bisa membebaskan dan menyadarakan manusia tentang adanya elemen-elemen yang menindas dalam struktur sosial. Dalam Islam, konsep pendidikan sebenarnya jauh lebih radikal dari konsep Paulo tersebut. Dimana manusia sebagai subyek harus memberi nama (to name) yakni ketika Allah mengajarkan nama-nama pada Adam, tujuannya adalah agar ia sadar akan esensi ciptaan, esensi sifat Tuhan, hubungan Tuhan dengan ciptaan-Nya, dan manusi terpilih menjadi khalifah di dunia sebagai pembawa kedamaian.Karena itu, konsepsi dan filosofi  pendidikan Islam sejak awal tidak hannya bersumber dari intelektualitas semata, melainkan juga spritualitas, dan tujuan akhir dari sebuah pendidikan adalah sang Pencipta. Untuk menjawab persoalan dan tujuan dari sebuah pendidikan, maka pada tulisan ini penulis mencoba untuk membahas tentang; apa itu pendidikan Islam, konsep pendidikan Islam terpadu, format pendidikan terpadu dan bagaimana frofil lulusan sekolah terpadu.

Abstract

Hadith which is believed to be a speech, deeds, decrees (taqrir), and all the conditions of Prophet Muhammad’s saw. second source of teachings after the Qur'an. In terms of its transmission, the hadith of the Prophet is different from that of the Qur'an. All the transmission of the verses of the Qur'an transpires as mutawatir, while the hadith of the Prophet is transmitted in part mutawatir and some others are transmitted in ahad. In interpreting the Qur'an, many scholars use the bi al-ma’sur method, or interpreting the verses of the Qur'an with other verses of the Qur'an, verses of the Qur'an with the hadith of the Prophet, and verses of the Qur'an with the agreement between the Prophet’s close friends and scholars. Even with Shaykh Nawawi al-Bantani, in his interpretations books entitled Tafsīr Marāḥ Labīd , he used the method of interpretation above. However, when interpreting the Qur'an with the hadith of the prophet, Shaykh Nawawi did not include the quality of the hadith that he meant. In addition, he is inconsistent when putting the hadith, sometimes mentioning the mukharrij and the close friends, sometimes only mentioning the close friends, and sometimes he immediately propose a hadith to the Prophet saw. As the main issue of concern in this research is how is quality of the hadith contained in the book of Tafsīr Marāḥ Labīd particularly on the second Juz of Surah al-Baqarah? As the purpose of this research is to know the quality of hadith contained in the book of Tafsīr Marāḥ Labīd particularly on the second Juz of Surah al-Baqarah. In this study, the author uses the research library. As for analyzing the data, the author uses the method of takhrij hadith and descriptive to obtain and describe the data that has been collected in full, then analyze it to get the intended results, namely to know the quality of hadith in the book of Tafsīr Marāḥ Labīb. The results of the study can be concluded that the quality of the hadiths that exist in the book of Tafsīr Marāḥ Labīb on second Juz of Surah al-Baqarah, the majority are ṣaḥiḥ. quality while the ḥasan and ḍaʻif quality hadith, there are only a few and no more than two.

Abstract

The written article aims to describe the hermeneutics and Alquran textualism from classic until contemporer. Alquran in moeslim discourse, has a central position which cannot be ignored, because of the Alquran is not only a Muslim theological foundation to be religious, but also becomes law resource, moral and world view. Broadly Alquran study is consist of three main section: first, exegesis or the study of the text Alquran itself; second, the history of interpretation; and third, the role of the Alquran in life and moeslim thinking (ritual, theology, law etc). the refered hermeneutic is focus to exegesis textual as a distinctive and central element in hermeneutic. The contribute of this research is to provide thought contributions to reader to understand the hermeunetict and Alquran textualism from classic until modern.

Abstract

In Indonesia, a university/college archives institution (UAI) is a new concept officially recognized by the law in conjunction with the Law Number 43 of 2009. However, the UAI has been established since 2004 in Indonesia, along with the launching of university archives of Gadjah Mada University. The Law legalizes the UAI as a University/College archives authorizing in managing records and archives for the institution and a new actor in that area. As a new actor, the UAI needs to be givenbetter attention both physics and non physics than the previous one especially related to assessment, mentoring and tutoring. The form of organization are still varies, though, there are still not enough organization tools such as records management file has not been established fully. As a records and archives manager, UAI shall have tasks to implement all records and management functions, for example, acquisition, arrangement and description, preservation and publicservice. On the other hands, the UAI shall have a responsibility for tutoring UAI archives at universities/colleges. To reach the outcomes, UAI should be given high quality and profesional human resources, adequate infrastructures, as well as sufficient budgets.
