Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan mengetahui cara pembuatan olahan wortel untuk meningkatkan pendapatan warga desa sekitar dan mengetahui cara memasarkan olahan wortel menjadi nugget  yang  memiliki nilai jual di masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah diskusi dan praktek langsung pembuatan olahan wortel. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh para Ibu rumah tangga yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada peserta pelatihan untuk mengolah wortel menjadi olahan yang sehat dan juga mempunyai nilai jual tinggi. Pelatihan pengolahan cemilan sehat dari wortel ini berhasil dan efektif dengan persentase 90% dimana 10% dari peserta masih fokus dengan usaha yang dijalani sebelumnya. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah produk nugget. Setelah pelatihan, peserta telah mulai memasarkan produk tersebut kepada warga sekitar, teman dan kerabat sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan peserta pelatihan. Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat; life skills;  makanan sehat; olahan wortel ABSTRACTThis service aims to find out how to make processed carrots to increase the income of the surrounding villagers and to find out how to market processed carrots into nuggets that have a selling value in the community. This community service activity uses the lecture discussion method and direct practice of making processed carrots. This activity was attended by housewives totaling 30 people. The results of this community service program provide knowledge and skills to training participants to process carrots into healthy preparations that also have a high selling value. The training for processing healthy snacks from carrots was successful and effective with a percentage of 90% where 10% of the participants were still focused on their previous business. The result of this training is a product of nuggets. After the training, participants have started marketing the product to local residents, friends and relatives so that they can increase the training participants' income. Keywords: community service; life skills; healthy food; processed carrots

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal dalam melakukan strategi pengembangan usaha kopi bubuk di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. (2) Merumuskan strategi yang dapat dijalankan usaha kopi bubuk di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuisioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara judgment sampling di Desa Air Meles Atas. Analisis yang digunakan adalah IFE, EFE, QSPM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan utama yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha kopi bubuk adalah tingkat kualitas kopi bubuk, kuantitas bahan baku kopi, pengalaman dan penguasaan olahan kopi bubuk. Faktor kelemahan adalah perlakuan penyimpanan produk seadanya, kapasitas produksi yang terbatas, kurangnya promosi kopi bubuk. Faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang terbesar yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha adalah resiko produk kopi bubuk cukup rendah, potensi peningkatan skala usaha, prospek pasar dan harga kopi bubuk. Faktor ancaman adalah adanya persaingan penjualan produk lokal dengan produk wilayah lain, tingkat inovasi produk kopi bubuk, serta produk sejenis. Strategi terpilih yang tepat dilakukan oleh Ud. Cap Gentong Mas di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong untuk mengembangkan agroindustri kopi bubuk yakni pengembangan produk kopi bubuk nilai TAS 7,451.

Abstract

Robusta coffee powder processing techniques greatly affect the value of production, the greater the value of coffee powder is not necessarily able to provide big profits for the businessman, because the value of production is strongly influenced by the selling price and production of Robusta coffee powder in each processing. This research was conducted at UD. Cap Gentong Mas. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the benefits obtained in the robusta coffee powder processing business at UD. Cap Gentong Mas. The method used is purposive (intentional), with the criteria of one business that has been established for more than fifteen years with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data and income analysis methods and efficiency values. Benefits obtained at UD. Gentong Mas Cap is Rp. 5,376,077 / month. The acquisition of efficiency value is 1.2, meaning that the business has advantages and can be developed.

Abstract

In Bengkulu Province, the area of coffee plantations reached 124,510 hectares spread in several districts with production reaching 60,790.08 tons per year (BPS, 2018). Most coffee production (Coffea Spp) is produced by smallholder farmers. Nearly a quarter of the coffee production was produced by Rejang Lebong Regency, namely: 13,459 tons with a total plantation area of 27,828.12 hectares of coffee plantations. Constraints in the development of coffee are in the case of coffee marketing channels that have not been maximized by farmers, transportation due to the topography of the area and the location of the factory that is far away, low marketing production, quality of coffee (quality ), and capital that influences the selling price of the coffee. This situation is certainly inseparable from the influence of the factors of the coffee industry production itself, namely in the form of capital, raw materials, labor, transportation, marketing and income of business owners that also affect the income of workers. For this reason, researchers are interested in researching the marketing channels of Coffee in Rejang Regency. Lebong, and analyze the efficiency of the Coffee marketing channel in Rejang Lebong Regency. From the results of the study, it was found that the coffee marketing channel occurred in Rejang Lebong Regency had 5 types of marketing channels. Marketing margins and the biggest profits are obtained by large traders.

Abstract

The computerized promotion is a device used in the current presentation of the computerized period. the number of dynamic online entertainment customers in Indonesia will reach 191 million in January 2022. Elaborate plants are currently making the beauty of many people from different walks of life. Besides having delicious varieties and shapes, elaborate plants can also be an exceptionally encouraging activity. Aglonema plant is one of the high potential ornamental plant enterprises. This study aims to find out how consumer interest in buying aglonema Zaky Flowers is affected by promotional materials and electronic word-of-mouth. Accidental sampling was used to identify respondents. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The sequelae of reviewing the information obtained the condition Y = - 3.109 + 0.238 X1 + 0.333 X2. The conclusion that online promotional media has a significant impact on consumers' buying interest is supported by the fact that the t-hitung value of the promotional media variable (X1) of 6,968 is greater than the value t-table of 3.177. The t-hitung esteem on the Electronic Informal (X2) variable of 13,562 is more remarkable than the t-table value of 3,177 and it is assumed that the Electronic Verbal (X2) primarily affects the expectation to buy d 'aglonema on Zaky Blossoms. The fact that the calculated F value of 234,229 is greater than the F table value of 3.09 is known.

Abstract

Marketing Mix is ??a combination of marketing activities carried out by companies to market certain goods and services during a certain period of time and a certain market. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal factors and external factors encountered in the application of the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) at Semut Sari Aren Sugar UMKM AND To find out and identify the application of the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) at Semut Sari Aren Sugar UMKM. This research was carried out in June - July 2023 on Jl Pramuka No. 5 Hamlet I Air Meles Atas, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. This research method uses the IFE, EFE, SWOT analysis and 7p marketing mix methods. The results of this study are the internal factors that are the main strength in the UKM Sari Aren Sugar Ants in Air Meles Atas Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, namely a competent workforce, the availability of a lot of raw materials for palm sugar and palm sugar products which have different characteristics from other products. other sugar. Weakness factors consisting of the lack of interest in buying by the local community, and limited market information and limited capital. External factors that become opportunities for the Semut Sari Aren Sugar MSMEs in Air Meles Atas Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency are the support from the government, the development of science and technology in supporting the formation of the sugar palm agroindustry, and exhibitions held by the government to market palm sugar products. Factors that pose a threat are consumer demands for quality, demands for high export quality standards and changing seasons.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the agribusiness system for gerga oranges in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District and to determine the income and efficiency of gerga orange farming in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District . The total area of orange plantations in Indonesia is more than 57,000 hectares with a production of 2.5 million tons. The import value in 2019 was 100 thousand tons. The type of Siamese orange/tangerine that has great potential to be used as a superior commodity product is the Gerga orange or Rimau Gerga Lebong (RGL) orange. The limited cultivation locations and advantages they have mean that the price of gerga oranges is still quite high. The selling price currently ranges from IDR 20,000.00 to IDR 30,000.00 per kilogram. One of the villages that has participated in developing RGL gerga orange cultivation and is considered successful is Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District. Kayu Manis Village has an average annual farmer income of Rp. 112,617,188/year, while the average total production cost is Rp. 64,119,401, From this figure, the R/C ratio of the Gerga orange farming business is 1.7

Abstract

The research entitled Analysis of Marketing Efficiency of Shallots in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency, aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing efficiency of shallots in Kayu Manis Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The research was conducted in June-July 2023. The method for determining shallot farmer respondents was carried out using the purposive sampling method, while for marketing institutions the snowball sampling method was used. The data analysis method itself uses quantitative descriptive by finding out marketing channels and calculating margins. Share margins, marketing profits and marketing efficiency values. The results of this research show that there are two marketing channels, namely: (I) Farmers-collectors-retailers-consumers. (II) Farmers-Consumers. In channel (I) the marketing margin is IDR 11,000,- while the margin share received by farmers is 68.5%. The profit received by collecting traders is IDR 3,237/Kg and retail traders IDR 4,715/Kg, and the marketing efficiency value is 8.7%. . In channel (II) the marketing margin is IDR 0,- while the margin share received by farmers is 100%. The profit received by farmers who are also traders is IDR 27,800/Kg, and the marketing efficiency value is 0.71%.

Abstract

In the Rejang Lebong Regency area, one of the areas in Selupu Rejang District is that there is a Ground Coffee business called Cap Dua Putra which makes processed robusta coffee into ground coffee. The Cap Dua Putra ground coffee processing business has been running for more than twelve years. With the criteria of length of business and the number of competitors in the coffee processing industry. Researchers are interested in looking at business feasibility through a profitability approach, which is a comparison between profit and capital. This research aims to determine the profitability and profit value of Cap Dua Putra ground coffee. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data, namely annual data on ground coffee production in 2022. This data comes from field questionnaires. This research was carried out at the Cap Dua Putra Ground Coffee business, the research period was from April to completion. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with the criteria being a business that has been established for more than twelve years. Results and research show that the production costs incurred in the Cap Dua Putra ground coffee business are IDR. 163,235,000,-/year. The production value of this business is IDR. 228,000,000/year with production of 4200 kg/year. The selling price is Rp. 60,000,-/kg. the profit obtained is Rp. 63,407,000,-/year. The profitability value from the comparison of profit and capital is 38.84 percent. This means that the business makes profits that are much greater than the prevailing interest rates.
