Abstract

Program pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia saat ini masih terus gencar dilakukan, berbagai macam program pemberdayaan dilaksanakan, hal ini untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat kearah yang lebih baik.  Oleh karena itu pemerintah selalu berupaya untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengurangi beban kesejahteraan yang kurang dengan menghadirkan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diawali dengan melakukan identifikasi tentang kondisi yang ada di Desa Suro Lembak Kecamatan Ujan Mas Kabupaten Kepahiang sehingga berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap 28 orang penerima PKH Desa Suro Lembak Kecamatan Ujan Mas Kabupaten Kepahiang diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkatan pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga tentang pengelolaan keuangan keluarga masih sangat rendah. Tahapan selanjutnya yang perlu dilakukan adalah memberikan penjelasan tentang pentingnya melakukan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada keluarga penerima Program Keluarga Harapan dengan adanya pengelolaan keuangan keluarga mampu mengurangi resiko hutang dan mempunyai dana cadangan yang dapat digunakan dalam waktu tertentu. Penerima Program Keluarga Harapan nantinya diharapkan mampu melaporkan perkembangan tentang hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian, yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan dan tidak lagi berlaku sebagai Penerima manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan akan tetapi bertindak sebagai pemberi manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables on the level of formal education and the level of non-formal education on the income of palm sugar craftsmen in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. This research was conducted in January 2022 located in Selupu Rejang District. Determination of respondents in this study using the slovin method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using a dummy variable, namely the level of non-formal education that has been attended by palm sugar craftsmen, both government and non-government institutions. The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 28.257 + 0.211X1 + 3.388Di + e with the results of the analysis that the results of the t test calculated the level of non-formal education had a significant effect on the income of palm sugar craftsmen with a tcount of 2.069 greater than the ttable value of 0.683.

Abstract

PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1895 dengan didasari pelayanan pada masyarakat kecil yang sampai sekarang tetap konsisten yaitu fokus memberikan fasilitas kredit kepada golongan pengusaha kecil. Bank rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit II Kepahiang terdiri 1 Orang kepala Unit dan 6 orang Mantri pada setiap tahun masing-masing mantri rata-rata memiliki lebih kurang 300 nasabah yang akan diproses pengajuan kredit usaha rakyat yang diajukan. Adapun tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui factor tertolaknya usulan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) pada BRI Unit II Kepahiang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2022 - Maret 2022 di BRi Unit II Kepahiang. Penelitian yang dimaksud menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif adalah metode pilihan untuk penelitian ini. Strategi yang digunakan dalam pemeriksaan ini adalah menjelaskan teknik subjektif. Metode kualitatif didasarkan pada gagasan bahwa subjek yang dipelajari dan peneliti berinteraksi satu sama lain daripada bertindak secara independen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di BRI Unit II Kepahiang maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur pemberikan Kredit Usaha Rakyat merupakan aturan baku yang teah ditetapkan dan sesuai standar yang berlaku di Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) adapun penyebab tertolaknya KUR pada BRI Unit II Kepahiang adalah Riwayat pinjaman nasabah yang terdeteksi BI Checking dan Jenis Usaha yang akan dijalakan menyesuaikan dengan standar yang telah ditetapkanKata Kunci: KUR; Kredit; Mikro.

Abstract

The computerized promotion is a device used in the current presentation of the computerized period. the number of dynamic online entertainment customers in Indonesia will reach 191 million in January 2022. Elaborate plants are currently making the beauty of many people from different walks of life. Besides having delicious varieties and shapes, elaborate plants can also be an exceptionally encouraging activity. Aglonema plant is one of the high potential ornamental plant enterprises. This study aims to find out how consumer interest in buying aglonema Zaky Flowers is affected by promotional materials and electronic word-of-mouth. Accidental sampling was used to identify respondents. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The sequelae of reviewing the information obtained the condition Y = - 3.109 + 0.238 X1 + 0.333 X2. The conclusion that online promotional media has a significant impact on consumers' buying interest is supported by the fact that the t-hitung value of the promotional media variable (X1) of 6,968 is greater than the value t-table of 3.177. The t-hitung esteem on the Electronic Informal (X2) variable of 13,562 is more remarkable than the t-table value of 3,177 and it is assumed that the Electronic Verbal (X2) primarily affects the expectation to buy d 'aglonema on Zaky Blossoms. The fact that the calculated F value of 234,229 is greater than the F table value of 3.09 is known.

Abstract

Ecological supportability can be accomplished assuming the local area is answerable for the neatness and magnificence of the general climate. The household should be the first place in society to handle waste management. Waste management is a very important job for housewives. The interview and outreach method was used to carry out community service activities with 21 PKH beneficiary housewives, 11 of whom were unaware of the significance of waste management. so that housewives benefit greatly from this activity in terms of their knowledge of waste management, waste sorting, waste processing for fertilizer use, and plastic waste submission to the Garbage Bank

Abstract

Marketing Mix is ??a combination of marketing activities carried out by companies to market certain goods and services during a certain period of time and a certain market. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal factors and external factors encountered in the application of the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) at Semut Sari Aren Sugar UMKM AND To find out and identify the application of the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) at Semut Sari Aren Sugar UMKM. This research was carried out in June - July 2023 on Jl Pramuka No. 5 Hamlet I Air Meles Atas, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. This research method uses the IFE, EFE, SWOT analysis and 7p marketing mix methods. The results of this study are the internal factors that are the main strength in the UKM Sari Aren Sugar Ants in Air Meles Atas Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, namely a competent workforce, the availability of a lot of raw materials for palm sugar and palm sugar products which have different characteristics from other products. other sugar. Weakness factors consisting of the lack of interest in buying by the local community, and limited market information and limited capital. External factors that become opportunities for the Semut Sari Aren Sugar MSMEs in Air Meles Atas Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency are the support from the government, the development of science and technology in supporting the formation of the sugar palm agroindustry, and exhibitions held by the government to market palm sugar products. Factors that pose a threat are consumer demands for quality, demands for high export quality standards and changing seasons.
